This article presents the significance of Islamic counseling for menopausal women. Using multiple approaches, this study reveals that menopause is a biological process that will be experienced by all living creatures, including human beings, especially women. In this menopause phase, there will be some changes in all human parts. All human parts will gradually undergo structural and functional decline, and eventually will be dysfunctional. In Islamic perspective, men and women have equal status. The difference is only in biological aspect and in their role in social life. Therefore, the psychological problems for menopausal women needs counseling based on religious teachings.

The article below traces to find the urgency of saintific ijtihad to solve Islamic law problems of contemporary transaction (muâamalah muâasirah) in the age of globalization. The age of globalization supported by information technologies revolusion makes all aspects of human life changes rapidly especially in economic activities. Many kinds and aspects of transaction that human did not think many years ago, occur in this era, for instance insurance, electronic banking, e-commerce, capital market, unit trust, etc. All forms of transaction in this era need to be solved and justified by Islamic law in order to all muslims in the world can participate in economic activities among other people at the global era. Islam as the last religion revealed by Allah swt. has many tools to anticipate and solve contemporary problems occurring in the global era. Alquran and al-Sunnah as the main sources of Islamic law provide tools to make Islamic teachings always suitable for all time, namely by saintific ijtihad. By doing saintific ijtihad to solve contemporary transaction problems in this global era will make Islamic law always appropriate whenever and wherever.

The development of Thomas Kuhns epistemology has brought certain changes in human civilization and a major influence on thinkers of Islam. Kuhn has interesting fact that the philosophers of science generally ignores the basic hermeneutic issues such as the question of what is actually done by a scientist. According to Kuhn rasioanalitas ambiguous scientific fact that basically is not merely a matter of induction or deduction or rasioanalitas also objective, but rather on matters of interpretation (hermeneutical) and persuasion which tends to be more subjective. Methods renewal of Islamic law and family law in contemporary Islamic thought though shades of change is quite pronounced but reform law paradigm of classical legal methodology to a new methodology be applied is still rare. Because according to legal experts who are still using the classic paradigm of new methods offered does not offer a complete solution in addition to the still strong around the confines of dogmatic result of this apathy is getting stronger, and most of the Islamic State and non- state wear Islamic law and Islamic law most families in particular are still patterned utilitarianistik. But stretching renewal undertaken by thinkers over a bit much to excite a new study in the field of family law in particular and Islamic thought in general and also become a point of departure expectations change when Muslims slumped amid the swift currents of change .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari tentang potensi padang penggembalaan alam, khususnya tentang kapasitas tampung (caryng capacity), komposisi botanis hijauan dan komposisi nutrient hijauan padang penggembalaan alam serta uji kecocokan lahan untuk pengembangan jenis hijauan makanan ternak dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Lore Tengah Kabupaten PosoÂ Sulawesi TengahÂ di laksanakan pada tanggal 15 April 2009 sampai dengan 10 Oktober 2009.Â Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif.Â Menggunakan metode Deskriptif dan Eksploratif. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purporsive sampling. Keberadaan padang penggembalaan alam di Kecamatan Lore TengahÂ Kabupaten Poso seluas Â±1800 HaÂ Â hanya didominasi olehÂ satu jenis rumput yaitu rumput Themeda digantae,Â berpotensi menunjang kegiatan peternakan sapi potong dalam hal ini untuk mendukung peningkatan populasi dan produktivitas ternak sapi potong, walaupun hingga kiniÂ belum ada upaya perbaikan mutu padang penggembalaan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas maupun kualitasnya. Untuk itu perlu adanya sentuhan untuk perbaikan agronomis dan manajemen pemanfaatannya. Selain itu perlu adanya introduksiÂ tanaman baru (rumput gajah, rumput raja, rumput benggala dll) danÂ legume (lamtoro, gamal, turi dll)Â yang lebih produktif, dapat beradaptasi dengan kondisi lingkungan sasaran, persisten, dan tahan tekanan (intensitas) penggembalaan. Hasil dari analisa tanah memberikan gambaran tentang manfaat tanah untuk pertumbuhan tanaman hijauan makanan ternak sesuai sifat-sifat fisiknya,Â kandungan bahan organik, dan komposisi kimianya.Â SehinggaÂ direkomendasikan untuk penggunaan pupuk dan atau penanaman leguminosa untuk membantu menyuburkan tanah terutama untuk meningkatkan unsur Nitrogen tanah.

This study aims to determine the knowledge of zakat, the implementation of zakat, and the relationship between knowledge and the implementation of zakat obligations for civil servants who are Muslim at Makassar State University.The method to be used to achieve the objectives in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Through this approach, this research will describe the real situation in detail and actuality. As for the background of the use of this method, because the phenomenon to be studied requires a description or in-depth description and analysis. Thus, answers will be found that can reveal true events or facts on the ground. The results showed that six variations in the level of knowledge of Civil Servants in the Makassar State University environment on the obligation of zakat. The implementation of zakat obligation for Civil Servants in Makassar State University has not been fully implemented well and basically they have a strong awareness and desire to fulfill their obligations. The relationship between knowledge and implementation of zakat obligations for Civil Servants in the Makassar State University environment.

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of adding rice bran as a source of carbohydrates on the characteristics of market vegetable waste silage. Market vegetable waste used includes cabbage, chicory and corn husks. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications with P0 = market vegetable waste without adding rice bran (0%), P5 = market vegetable waste added with 5% rice bran, P10 = market vegetable waste added with bran rice 10%, and P15 = market vegetable waste added by 15% rice bran. The variables observed were pH, temperature and total colonies of lactic acid bacteria, silage of market vegetable waste. Data were analyzed with Analysis of Variance and continued with Duncan's advanced test. The results of the ANOVA showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the pH, temperature and total colonies of lactic acid bacteria. The conclusion is that the addition of the level of rice bran as a source of carbohydrates does not have a significant effect on the characteristics of market waste silage.

The study to identify the effects of different concentrate supplementation on the reproductive performance of the local rabbits fed with basal ration (i.e.: sweet potato forages – ad libitum) was carried out in Jono Oge village - Biromaru, Donggala–Central Sulawesi. The study used 12 multifarious does which were allocated to four treatments using a Randomized Block design (RBD). The treatments were as follows: does fed with basal ration (R0); does fed with basal ration supplemented with concentrate at 1% (R1), 2% (R2), and 3% (R3) of body weights. Litter sizes, weights at birth and weaning of kids were then recorded. Results showed that concentrate supplementation for the local rabbits fed with basal ration of sweet potato forages did not significantly affect the litter size and birth-weight of kids but the treatments did significantly affect their weaning-weights (21 day old).
