Abstract

Penelitian survei ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan program peningkatan kompetensi guru rumpun bahasa SD-SMP satu atap (SATAP) di Wilayah Timur yang mencakup: (1) penjaringan kemampuan awal dan akhir peserta program pelatihan; (2) penyelenggaraan program pelatihan; dan (3) tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program pelatihan. Data penelitian mencakup data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif, sedangkan data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan berlangsung secara efektif. Keefektifan tersebut tampak pada: (1) penjaringan kemampuan awal dan akhir peserta program pelatihan meningkat 35%, dari 49% menjadi 84% termasuk kategori sangat baik; 2) penyelenggaraan program pelatihan 84%, kategori sangat baik; dan (3) tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program pelatihan 58% menyatakan sangat puas, dan 29% menyatakan puas. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan pentingnya monitoring dan evaluasi ke sekolah secara berkala dan berkesinambungan. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi  ini menjadi masukan bagi pengambilan keputusan penyelenggaraan program di masa mendatang.Survey research aims to describe the effectiveness of programs to increase the competence of SD-SMP Satu Atap (SATAP)language teachers in the eastern region which includes: (1) networking capabilities beginning and end of the training program participants, (2) the implementation of training programs, and (3) the level of satisfaction of the participants of the training program. Data study includes quantitative and qualitative data. The qualitative data were analyzed with descriptive techniques, while quantitative data were analyzed using simple statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that the training program is effective. The effectiveness shown in: (1) networking capabilities beginning and end of the training program participants increased by 35%, from 49% to 84% are very good, (2) the implementation of training programs 84%, are excellent, and (3) the level of satisfaction participants of the training program 58% are very satisfied, and 29% are expressed satisfaction. The results of the study recommended the importance of monitoring and evaluation to school regularly and continuously. Monitoring and evaluation results become input for decision making implementation of the program in the future.

Abstract

This research is based on research on curiosity towards the use of think writing method in biographical text learning in class X. The formulation of the method can be used to talk about it. in learning biographical texts? Method for learning on biographical texts on class X students from SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. The method used is the experimental method. This study uses the design of one group pretest-posttest. The research data is quantitative data that is analyzed through statistical analysis techniques. Class X TEI-B with a total of 27 students being used as research samples. The results of the initial test and the final test were compared with the average initial test 38 and the average final test 75. So, it can be concluded that the Think Talk Write method is effectively used in learning to write biographical texts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know (1) poetry reading skill of junior high school student using demonstration method compared with ordinary learning method. (2) learning motivation to read poetry using demonstration method compared with ordinary learning method. (3) the relationship between students' learning motivation and poetry reading skills. In this study the data were collected through observation on the implementation of student activity learning, questionnaire in the measurement of student learning motivation and poetry reading the test to measure poetry reading skill and pre-test and post-test to measure student's knowledge. The following data were analyzed using document analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study are (1) the reading skill of junior high school students whose learning using demonstration method is better than with ordinary learning. (2) learning motivation to read poetry using better demonstration method. (3) student learning motivation influences improvement in poetry reading skill.

Abstract

This research is triggered by the more the use of language Alay among teenagers in particular the rise of the student research aims 1) the use of language in student ikip siliwangi, and 2) to know the impact of the use of language Alay among students siliwangi. the technique of data collection benupa questionnaire respondents in the language Alay is students siliwangi a number of 30. the results showed 1) daily among students IKIP Siliwangi used used in communicaton activities language good with friends Seb or by the environment, and 2) the impact of the use of Alay among students, berpengruh to the use of Indonesian, of which students less familiar with standard language, and students less understand the use of spelling the right.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti mengenai adanya pengaruh inflasi, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan  metode purposive sampling dengan mengambil data yang memenuhi kriteria saja dalam waktu kurun 5 tahun sehingga diperoleh 115 data basis yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian R Square dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga saham dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel inflasi, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan sebesar 23,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 76,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan properti dan real estate. Variabel profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan perusahaan properti dan real estate. Variabel ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan perusahaan properti dan real estate. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel inflasi, variabel profitabilitas dan variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Kata Kunci : Inflasi, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan

Abstract

This research was carried out because it was found in the short story "Rain" by Nurillaiyah which had many masters in each series of stories written. Understanding of the reader in understanding the meaning of a reading that is still lacking in the background of the implementation of this style or language analysis. So in this study the researchers took two formulations of the problem, namely what meaning is implied in the short story "Rain"? and what style of language is used in the short story "Rain"? The purpose of this study is to analyze the majas in the short story "Rain" so that the reader is able to distinguish the types of majas, the meaning of the majas and appreciation of the majes outlined by the writer. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research method to analyze the composition contained in the short story "Rain", this research was conducted by reading the short story first, then analyzing and marking which text is included in the paper, then from the data that has been analyzed researchers found various kinds of majas in the short story "Rain", namely there are comparative forms, including personification, metaphor, allegory, hyperbole, sinekdok and simile, affirmation forms including repetition, rhetoric, asindeton, pleonasme, enumeration, and contradictory forms namely paradox and satire majesty namely innuendo. The conclusion is that this research is expected to be able to add insight in understanding understanding of discourse in terms of semantic knowledge.

Abstract

This article discusses language acquisition in children aged 2 years in terms of phonology. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe language acquisition regarding aspects of vowel or consonant phonology in children aged 2 years. The research subject is a 2 year old child named RSH. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This technique uses data resulting from observations by inviting the child's direct communication, then the data is processed through appropriate exposure to the data in the field. The results obtained from this study show that the acquisition of RSH phonology, especially in vowels, has been mastered, but there are several vowels that are sometimes replaced, for example vowel [o] becomes [u], but so far, RSH has mastered the vowels [a], [i] , [u], [e], [o]. The first vowels he mastered were the vowels [a] and [u]. Likewise, the consonant sounds [b], [t], [h], [w], [y], [n], [m], [p], [j] have been well mastered. If the consonant sound is in the middle, the utterance has been obtained even though it is not correct, but if you find a consonant sound at the end of a word, RSH always interchanges it with a consonant sound [h].

Abstract

Language style is a way of expressing thoughts through language that has a certain effect and becomes a characteristic in showing the soul of the author's personality in writing poetry. In the poem “Alkene Distillation”, everyone who reads it gets swept up in feelings of heartbreak. In the poem, it tells the story of separating two hearts in a bond of feelings by using a unique diction, namely a diction that analogizes chemical scientific terms with life. Therefore, the research is focused on the style of language used by Wira Nagara in the poem entitled “Alkene Distillation”. The research method used is structuralism-semiotic analysis. This method is qualitative by describing in a description. The results obtained in the study show that there is the use of several styles of language. The use of the language style includes 1. The association in the poem is the word like a, 2. The metaphor in the poem is the phrase falling in love, 3. The personification in the poem is a moody cloud, my dream expands, he penetrates, and others, 4. Paradoxes in poetry those are regret-happy, sad-understanding, lonely-crowded, and others, 5. The hyperbole in the poem is a statement of loving you breathlessly, falling in love even before God planned Adam and Eve to be sent down to earth, and others, 6. Anaphora in the poem is the phrase how is it possible and at least.
