Abstract

Salah satu teknologi di bidang hiburan yang berkembang dengan cepat dan begitu populer di masyarakt adalah video game. Bahkan Esport (kompetisi video game) yang semakin menerima pengakuan industri sebagai hiburan olahraga. Dalam pembahasan esport pasti akan muncul pembahasan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peluang untuk menang. Berbagai studi trlah melakukan penelitian mengenai hal ini. Akan tetapi belum ada yang membahas pengelompokan karakter berdasarakan karakteristik yang dimiliki tanpa melihat role play default dari developer sebagai panduan untuk memilih hero alternatif agar komposisi role play dalam pemainan tetap terjaga namun karakter yang digunakan tetap sesuai dengan keinginan player. Untuk itulah penelitian ini menyusun pengklasteran terhadap hero pada video game Vainglory menggunakan algoritma k-means. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan tiga klaster karater hero yang meiliki karakteristik yang dekat. Klaster pertama terdiri dari hero dengan regenerasi HP yang cepat dengan karateristi serangan jarak dekat. Klaster kedua memiliki karakter hero dengan HP yang tinggi dan pertahanan yang mumpuni denga damage yang tinggi. Klaster ketiga mengumpulkan karakter hero dengan HP dan pertahanan rendah namun memiliki keunggulan dari jangauan serangan yang luas.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Diabetes Melitus (DM) tipe 2 tergolongdalam penyakit kronis yang akan diderita seumur hidup, perlu kerja sama antara dokter, perawat, ahli gizi, farmasis/apoteker, psikolog dengan pasien dan keluarganya dalam upaya pengelolaan penyakit tersebut. Peran praktisi kesehatan dalam pengelolaan penyakit DM tipe 2 adalah memberikan terapi yang sesuai dengan kondisi masing-masing pasien menurut pedoman tatalaksana pengelolaan penyakit. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan tahun 2014 nomor 30, 35, dan 58 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas, apotek, dan rumah sakit menuntut apoteker untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya dalam implementasi asuhan kefarmasian (pharmaceutical care). Peran yang harus ditingkatkan tidak hanya terbatas pada pengelolaan obat, tetapi juga pada pemberian layanan farmasi klinik, salah satunya adalah konseling. Konseling yang dilakukan apoteker pada pasien bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, kesadaran, dan kepatuhan sehingga terjadi perubahan perilaku dalam penggunaan obat dan menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi pasien.

Abstract

Separation of leaves chloroform extract of Micromelum minutum (Rutaceae) yielded a new coumarin, 8-hydroxyisocapnolactone-2¢,3¢-diol. The structure of this compound was characterized by UV, IR, MS and NMR spectroscopic methods, including 1H, 13C, HSQC, COSY, HMBC dan NOESY experiments. This compound is significantly toksisk towards several cancer cell lines (CEM-SS, HL60, HeLa, HepG2, MCF7, T47D and NS1), active against chloroquin sensitive (D10) and resistance (FCR3) Plasmodium falciparum and showed strong antibacterial activity against Bacillus Subtilis mutan, Bacillus. Subtilis wild type, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa dan Staphylococcus aureus resisten meticilin).  ABSTRAK Pemisahan ekstrak kloroform daun Micromelum minutum (Rutaceae) menghasilkan suatu kumarin baru, 8-hidroksiisokapnolakton-2Î?,3Î?-diol yang strukturnya diidentifikasi secara spektroskopi UV, IR, MS dan NMR termasuk 1H, 13C, HSQC, COSY, HMBC dan NOESY. Senyawa tersebut secara signifikan toksik terhadap beberapa sel kanker (CEM-SS, HL60, HeLa, HepG2, MCF7, T47D dan NS1), aktif terhadap Plasmodium falciparum yang sensitif (D10) maupun resisten (FCR3) kloroquin dan mempunyai aktivitas antibakteri yang kuat terhadap Bacillus Subtilis mutan, Bacillus. Subtilis wild type, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa dan Staphylococcus aureus resisten meticilin).

Abstract

The aim of this project is to show the aerodynamics experiment results of a truck in terms of drag coefficient (Cd) within aerodynamics forces. The test was conducted in the Wind Tunnel laboratory at the University of South Australia in the school of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. In addition to the test, fairing and without fairing effects were investigated. Results, Cd truck with fairing was lower than that of with fairing by 0.108 or from 1.518 to 1.41. By adding the fairing on the truck’s cap, fuel consumption could be saved

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of the collector on the fluid mass flow rate variations in sunlight collectors on the configuration of the combined 'parallel-serpentine'. Value of the mass flow rate is 0.09, 0.18 and 0.36 ltr/min. Fluid drained from the reservoir of cold water through the collector pipe and into the parallel configuration serpentine configuration and then stored in the hot water tank. The test results showed that the efficiency of a mass flow rate achieved at the optimum 0.36 liter / min. This result is probably leading to suitable for domestic purposes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and show the configuration of the integration between the steering system on both front wheel drive system and the controller at the rear wheels on the vehicle type agricultural tractors. The system comprises four tractor steering wheel. Model analysis of the movement of the system displayed good mathematical equation model moves toward forward, rewind and play with various configurations. Further analysis was performed in Mathlab program that makes it easy to see variations of the steering angle, wheel speed drive and motion of different models using the specific parameters that correspond to the size of one type of agricultural tractors. The ability to move the steering wheel in different directions and the steering wheel angle greatly affect the ability of the tractor to resist external forces that occur when the through road, especially elevation and slippery. This analytical model can be developed for other types of agricultural vehicles, such as lawn mowers and off-road vehicles.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the parameters affecting the approach of analyzing both drum and disc brakes on Mitsubishi L300 vehicle of pick-up type. Supporting data was procured by measuring intensively the car brakes component in the Automotive engineering laboratory of Tadulako University and in the Duty Communication of District in Palu. Result of calculation indicates that rotation drum brake both CW and CCW affects the braking force (F). They are 643 and 2.828 kg, respectively. Associating with disc brakes, the tread of pedal brake influences oil pressure on brakes leading to force brakes on the axle. Permitting pedal force is about 19 kg. To pursue brakes analysis on the vehicle, simulation should be taken.

Abstract

Abstract: Configuration of Serpentine-Parallel and Parallel-Serpentine in Solar Hot Water Tube Thermosiphon System. The aim of this research is to compare the performance of two differences tube configuration in solar hot water collector thermosiphon system. Not only the tubes configuration are not the same, but also the collector materials, such as hot water reservoir and heat absorber are differences. For example, fiberglass and stainless steel reservoirs are compared in terms of long-lasting heat isolation. Likewise, copper tubes configuration between serpentine-parallel and parallel-serpentine are shown in association with mass flow rates and times consume to heat the water within the tubes. The test results show that parallel-serpentine configuration has higher performance (around 50%) than that of serpentine-parallel (approximately 35%). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji alat penukar kalor pipa ganda dengan penambahan pengarah helix 40° dan tanpa pengarah, pada arah aliran fluida berlawanan arah dengan variasi kecepatan fluida dingin yaitu sebesar 0.67 m/s, 0.60 m/s dan 0.52 m/s. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan kondensor tipe double pipe dan untuk bahan shell digunakan akrilik dengan diameter dalam 74 mm dan diameter luar 80 mm. Pada tube menggunakan bahan stainless steel dengan diameter dalam 24 mm dan diameter luar 26 mm dengan panjang 1500 mm. hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa semakin cepat aliran fluida pendingin yang diberikan maka akan meningkatkan nilai efektifitas, laju perpindahan kalor dan penurunan temperature fluida panas. Penurunan temperatur yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan pengarah helix tiap variasi kecepatan sebesar 34,275 oC; 34,45 oC; 25,99 oC dan perpindahan kalor sebesar 7262,8; 6560,8; 5530 Watt. Kata Kunci : Pengarah helix 40ᵒ, kecepatan fluida dingin, perpindahan kalor.
