Abstract

Background : The prevalence of Leprosy in the world (1998) : Indonesia was placed in the big three after India and Brazil. In 2002, there were still 12 provinces and 111 regencies which the prevalence of Leprosy was over of 1/10.000 people. Fuethermore, data of Leprosy from 2000-2002 showed that Blora Regency was still placed in the big 10 among other Regencies in Central Java with prevalence >1/10.000 peole and proportionof Leprocy among the children was >1%. However, the proportion of Leprocy among children may be false as between the year 0f 2000-20002 there was no school survey done. Because of that, it was important to study the involment of Health School program teathers in the effort early detection of Leprosy clients. The study objective was to search factors that correlate with health school program (UKS) teachers’ behaviors in the effort of early detection of leprosy clients in elementary school students in Blora Regency.Method : This study was in eksplanatory research that employed survey sample method and cross sectionaltechnique. The study population was all Health School Program (UKS) Teachers’ in Blora Regency with the number of 712. the number of 88 samples was recruited from population using simple random smapling technique. The data were collected by interviewing using Quessionnares and analyzed by means of univariate,bivariat, and multivariate.Result : The result of this study showed there was a significant correlation between teachers’ salaraies and the practice of early detection of Leprosy clients with p value=0.04, between the rule of health workers and the practice of early detection of Leprosy client with p value 0.05. Together , variable salary with p value = 0.04 practice of early detection of Leprosy client (p value ≤ 0.05). Otherwise, the variable of the role og health workers with p value = 0.06 had no correlation with early detection of Leprosy clients (p value = 0.05). the most dominant factor that correlates with early diagnosis of Leprosy clients was salary of the sample with p value – 0.04.Keywords : early detection, leprosy, health school program teachers

Abstract

The aim of the research was to survey about the graduate's working appearance based on his / her leader and colleague including the integrity capacity, communication, competency, information and technology, partnership, and self development. A quantitative research by applying survey was conducted to 42 samples (21 leaders and 21 colleagues) gained from 21 users. Research results showed that by enlarge the capacity of integrity, communication, competency, information and technology, partnership, and self development of the graduates were in good category resulted of mean score ranging from 2.57 – 3.14. However, the capability to communicating in English actively, browsing internet, being a team motivator, and involving in profession / community organization were in poor category.

Abstract

PKN IPC sebagai proses pembelajaran dilapangan bagi mahasiswa dikolaborasikan dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu direncanakan secara sistematis dan terpadu berdasarkan permasalahan yang digali dari keluarga dan dirumuskan bersama keluarga. Program PKN IPC dengan tema, Pemberdayaan Kesehatan dan Gizi Keluarga Berbasis Potensi Lokal yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan empati, kepedulian, kerjasama mahasiswa dari berbagai latar belakang keilmuan dengan pendekatan kolaboratif untuk peningkatan kualitas hidup keluarga dan masyarakat dan mendorong terciptanya learning community. Program PKN-IPC sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan untuk membantu menyelesaikan persoalan pembangunan kesehatan di daerah secara kolaboratif. Kegiatan ini terlaksana pada tanggal 2-21 Juli 2018 di 16 desa Kecamatan Bringin dan 9 desa Kecamatan Bancak, Kabupaten Semarang. Peserta berjumlah 432 mahasiswa dari 5 Jurusan dan didampingi oleh 25 dosen pembimbing lapangan.

Abstract

Background- As an institution that has been certified by ISO 9001:2008, at the end of each semester, Responsible for Academic Administration to the Study Program/Department of Semarang Health polytechnic need to conduct surveys of students satisfaction to lecturers. Currently, the surveys are carried out with reference to the process ”paper based” so that the management takes time and requires a fee for copying questionnaire. The purpose of research- This study aims to develop an effective and efficient internet-based system administration on the implementation of student satisfaction surveys to the lecturers in terms of both energy and costs. Research Methods- This research is a quasi experiment with cross-sectional research design involving 10 Responsible for Academic Administration and 90 students in each Department/Study Program in the Semarang Health Polytechnic. Data was collected using a set of questionnaires. Results- The data analysis shows 70% of Responsible for Academic Administration said that internet-based system administration is ”effective” to conduct the implementation of student satisfaction surveys to the lecturers. Moreover, 62.2% of student respondents have a perception "good" on the implementation of the online survey system. Suggestion- It is suggested that the researcher need to explain the effectiveness and efficiency of online survey to all of Heads of Department/Program Study Chairs, it is important for the Heads of Department/Study Program Chairs and Director to support on the implementation of student satisfaction surveys to the lecturers, responsible for Academic Administration should avail the facility of online survey to enhance the effectiveness of time and cost efficiency in the implementation of student satisfaction surveys to the lecturers and it is important to do other researches on the effectiveness of online survey in Semarang Health Politechnic in an effort to optimize resources and improve performance to the organization

Abstract

Entrance Path selection for admission of new students was held at the Ministry of Health Polytechnic Semarang is a search path Interests and Achievements (PMDP), Public paths or Test Write conducted nationally and Independent lines. Patterns and selection methods designed to get raw input excel not only in academics but also has the potential to expand the institution, so it will be candidates qualified health workers to support health care.The purpose of this study was to identify differences in Academic Achievement’s Student of Health Polytechnic Ministry of Health Semarang Based on Entrance Paths in Selection Admissions (Sipenmaru).The selected type of research is explanatory research with cross sectional design, this study will illustrate the correlation between the independent factors and the dependent, by way of approach, observation or data collection at once at a time.Univariate test results showed polytechnic students Ministry of Health Semarang most received through General (written test) in Sipenmaru, derived from the high school, and academic achievement is very satisfying. While the results of the test pair t-test showed that students' academic achievement Ministry of Health Semarang Polytechnic high average student entry through PMDP in Sipenmaru and coming from high school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the description of students' behavior in searching and using the information in the library of Ministry of Health Polytechnic Semarang. It is a descriptive study with cross sectional design which is not intended to test a specific hypotheses and merely describe a variable, symptoms or circumstances. The results shows that The Ministry of Health Polytechnic Semarang students who really need the library to support learning activities is 97 %. While 19% of students is also a member of another library outside the campus. The Ministry of Health Polytechnic Semarang library service is quite good, a statement proved by 54 % of respondents stated that the availability of literature in the library is adequate, 32 % of respondents say that they always find the necessary literature in the campus' library, 82 % of respondents say that the library's reading room is quite comfortable, and 84 % of respondents say that the library staff always manage to help the respondent difficulty in meeting their needs in the library .

Abstract

Pelepasan informasi medis harus mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku karena informasi rekam medis bersifat rahasia dan harus dilindungi dari pihak-pihak yang tidak berwenang. RSUD Kota Salatiga sudah melayani banyak permintaan pelepasan informasi medis, namun dalam proses pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan belum lengkapnya persyaratan dan penulisan formulir permintaan pelepasan informasi medis dan tetap diterima oleh petugas yang menangani. Hal ini belum sesuai dengan standar prosedur operasional yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelepasan informasi medis di RSUD Kota Salatiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan  metode wawancara dan observasi/pengamatan. Data di analisis menggunakan analisa non statistik dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di RSUD Kota Salatiga mempunyai 3 alur pelepasan informasi medis, namun masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan standar prosedur operasional yang ada. Petugas yang terkait dalam proses pelepasan informasi medis yaitu Direktur Rumah Sakit, Petugas Bagian Tata Usaha/ Sekretariat, Petugas Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan, serta Dokter. Terdapat 3 standar prosedur operasional yang mengatur untuk menjamin aspek hukum kerahasiaan rekam medis pada pelaksanaan pelepasan informasi medis. Perlu adanya penegasan untuk memperketat persyaratan yang harus dibawa oleh pasien untuk permintaan pelepasan informasi medis agar tidak disalahgunakan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab.AbstractThe release of medical information have to follow applicable procedures  because information of the medical record is confidential and should be protected from unauthorized persons. RSUD Kota Salatiga who gives many services for the release of medical information, but in the process of implementation is still found incomplete of requirements and writing of request form the release of medical information and still received by the officer in charge. This is not accordance with standart operating procedure. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the release of medical information in RSUD Kota Salatiga.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The methods of data collection is done by interview and observation. Data analysis using non-statistical analysis and presentation of data in narrative form. Research shows that RSUD Kota Semarang possessed 3 flow for release medical information, but there are still not yet approoriate with standart operating procedurre that available. Officers involved in the process of the release of medical information is Director of Hospital, Administration Officer/Secretariat, Medical Record and Health Information Officer, and Doctor. There are 3 standard operating procedures that govern to ensure the legal aspect of confidentially of medical record in the implementation of the release of medical information. It needs affirmation and tighten requirements required by patients to demand the release of medical information to avoid abused by irresponsible parties.

Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan tahun 2013-2017 di RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati menghasilkan rata-rata peningkatan jumlah kunjungan 17% setiap tahunnya. Kenaikan jumlah kunjungan mengakibtkan tertundanya beberapa berkas klaim BPJS. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi kunjungan pasien rawat jalan tahun 2018-2022 di RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah data kunjungan pasien dan pengunjung baru rawat jalan tahun 2013-2017 di RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati dan yang menjadi sampel adalah keseluruhan data populasi. Data diperoleh dari laporan rumah sakit pada rekapitulasi sensus harian rawat jalan. Berdasarkan hasil pehitungan, rata-rata kunjungan pasien rawat jalan per hari tahun 2013-2017 di RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati mengalami peningkatan 17% setiap tahunnya, prediksi rata-rata kunjungan pasien rawat jalan per hari tahun 2018-2022 mengalami peningkatan 9% setiap tahunnya, prediksi rata-rata kunjungan poliklinik per hari tahun 2018-2022 terdapat 22 klinik mengalami peningkatan, 2 klinik mengalami penurunan dan 1 klinik statis, prediksi rata-rata pengunjung baru rawat jalan tahun 2018-2022 mengalami peningkatan 9% setiap tahunnya dan trend kunjungan pasien dan pengunjung baru rawat jalan tahun 2018-2022 mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya meskipun angka peningkatan mengalami penurunan sebanyak 1% setiap tahunnya.  Abstract (English Title : Prediction Of Outpatient Visits In RAA Soewondo Pati Regional Public Hospital Year 2018-2022) Based on the number of outpatient visits in 2013-2017 at RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati resulted in an average increase in the number of visits 17% each year. The increase in the number of visits caused in delays in some BPJS claim files. This research was conducted with the aim to know the prediction of outpatient visit year 2018-2022 in RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati. This research includes descriptive research with quantitative approach. Population of this research is data of outpatient visit and new outpatient visitor year 2013-2017 in RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati and become sample is all of the population. Information were obtained from hospital reports on daily ambulatory census recapitulation. Based on the results of the calculation, the average of outpatient visits every day in 2013-2017 in RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati has increased 17% every year, the average predicted visit every day in 2018-2022 has increased 9% every year, average clinic visits severy day in 2018-2022 there are 22 clinics have increased, 2 clinics have decreased and 1 static clinic, the average prediction of new outpatient visitor in 2018-2022 has increased 9% every year and trend of outpatient visits and new visitor of outpatient the year 2018-2022 has increased every year even though the increase rate decreased by 1% every year.

Abstract

Rumah sakit membutuhkan tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang kesehatan sehingga dapat menjamin mutu, efisiensi dan akuntabilitas pelayanan. RSI Sultan Agung Semarang memiliki 12 petugas pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap dengan rata-rata pasien rawat jalan per hari sejumlah 513 pasien dan pasien rawat inap per hari sejumlah 53 pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kebutuhan petugas pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dan pasien rawat inap berdasarkan metode WISN di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik accidental sampling. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa untuk melakukan kegiatan registrasi pasien baru rawat jalan membutuhkan waktu 7 menit, registrasi pasien lama rawat jalan membutuhkan waktu 3 menit, registrasi pasien dengan menggunakan asuransi membutuhkan waktu 4 menit, registrasi pasien per telepon membutuhkan waktu 3 menit dan admisi pasien membutuhkan waktu 12 menit. Hasil perhitungan dengan rumus WISN diketahui bahwa perlu adanya penambahan 1 orang petugas pendaftaran agar pelayanan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Formulir resume medis adalah formulir yang berupa penjelasan singkat atau merangkum segala informasi penting manyangkut tentang penyakit, pemeriksaan yang dilakukan dan pengobatannya. Dalam pengisian resume medis di RSUD R.A Kartini Jepara masih ditemukan ketidaklengkapan pada identitas sosial pasien, laporan penting dan adanya bagian yang kosong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi review identifikasi pasien, review laporan penting, review autentifikasi dan review pencatatan atau pendokumentasian yang benar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan rata-rata kelengkapan dari masing-masing review, rata-rata kelengkapan tertinggi ada pada review identifikasi pasien yaitu mencapai 82,3%, sedangkan untuk rata-rata terendah ada pada review laporan penting yaitu 25,35%. Review autentikasi persentase sebesar 54,7% sedangkan ntuk review pencatatan atau pendokumentasian yang benar mencapai 65%. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa rumah sakit perlu melakukan perbaikan pengisian formulir khususnya pada resume medis agar fungsi dari resume medis dapat terselenggara dengan baik.
