Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mesndeskripsikan peranan, program, hambatan, upaya BEM UNY dalam meningkatkan civic skills aktivisnya. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Penentuan subjek dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara. Teknik keabsahan data teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis dengan  reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian (1) peranan BEM UNY dalam meningkatan civic skills adalah Partner kampus, fasilitator, pengabdian, selain itu BEM UNY mengalami dilema terkait kaderisasi dan diversifikasi gerakan. (2) program BEM UNY yang dapat meningkatkan civic skills, forum sekretaris kementerian, lembar pemantauan, sekolah kader bangsa, sosialisasi 100 hari kinerja BEM,  dialog kebangsaan. (3) hambatan internal  upaya meningkatkan civic skills, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, banyaknya program kerja, keuangan. Hambatan eksternal, hal teknis dan perubahan kondisi sosial politik. (4) Upaya internal mengatasi hambatan peningkatan civic skill, perekrutan kader secara sistematik, mengutamakan program kerja, menjalin kemitraan. Upaya eksternal pengaktifan papan pengumuman, rapat kementerian secara rutin, pembacaan situasi sosial.Kata kunci: civic skills, BEM UNY THE MASTERY OF CIVIC SKILLS OF STUDENT EXECUTIVE BOARD ACTIVISTS (A STUDY IN STATE UNIVERSITY OF YOGYAKARTA),AbstractThis study aims to describe the role, program, obstacles, BEM UNY efforts in improving the skills of civic activists. Using qualitative research approaches. Determining the subject with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques of observation, documentation, interviews. Technique authenticity of data triangulation technique. Mechanical analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study (1) UNY BEM role in improving the civic skills are Partner campus, facilitator, devotion, besides UNY BEM has a dilemma related to the regeneration and diversification of movement. (2) UNY BEM program to improve civic skills, forum secretary ministry, monitoring sheets, school cadre nation, socialization 100 days performance of BEM, national dialogue. (3) internal barriers efforts to improve civic skills, limited human resources, the number of work programs, finances. External barriers, technical issues and changes in political and social conditions. (4) Efforts to overcome internal barriers to increase civic skills, recruitment of cadres systematically, prioritize work program, a partnership. Abstract

Abstract: Students Conceptualization on Citizen Participation in Digital Era: A Mixed Method Research. Objective: This study aims to find out how to conceptualize citizen participation in the digital era with a focus on Ahmad Dahlan University students, Yogyakarta. Methods: This research uses mixed methods. The location of the study was at Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta. In data collection, the researcher provided online questionnaire by using Google Form and process the data by using SPSS 24 programs. Findings: The results of the study revealed that 1) students at Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta had experience as citizen engagement through several individual and group dimensions. 2) Most of the informants stated that the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of citizens needs to be realized in a structured format. 3) The experience of student participation is expected to be able to increase civic intelligence. Conclusion: This study concludes that student participation culture is influenced by civic literacy, information literacy, self-awareness, and participation alone, but there are also some students who are enthusiastic about following the civic context, but some are passive and only participate.Keywords: communication culture, university student, participation, citizen.Abstrak: Konseptualisasi Mahasiswa tentang Partisipasi Warga di Era Digital: Suatu Penelitian Mixed Method. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konseptualisasi partisipasi warga di era digital dengan fokus pada mahasiswa Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed methods. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Yogyakarta. Kuisioner online dengan Google Form digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dan selanjutnya diproses dengan program SPSS 24. Temuan: Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa 1) mahasiswa Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta memiliki pengalaman sebagai citizen engagement melalui beberapa dimensi individu dan kelompok. 2) Sebagian besar informan menyatakan bahwa pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban warga negara perlu diwujudkan dalam format yang terstruktur. 3) Pengalaman partisipasi mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menambah kecerdasan kewarganegaraan. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan jika Budaya partisipasi mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh literasi kewarganegaraan, literasi informasi, kesadaran diri, dan partisipasi semata, namun juga Ada beberapa siswa yang antusias mengikuti konteks kewarganegaraan, namun ada juga yang pasif dan hanya berpartisipasi. Abstract

Keberadaan kesenian tradisional disikapi sebagai kearifan lokal masyarakat, sebagai kesenian tradisional yang dianggap kurang sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penguatan pendidikan karakter pada nilai nilai religius, nilai nasionalis, nilai kemandirian, nilai gotong-royong, dan nilai integritas pada kesenian pencak silat di Paguron Purwa Kencana Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode desktiptif. Data yang dianalasis adalah data hasil wawancara dengan pengurus pencak silat, pelatih pencak silat, tokoh masyarakat, peserta didik dan orang tua peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui penguatan pendidikan dapat dibentuk melalui kesenian pencak silat melalui nilai religius, nilai nasionalis, nilai kemandirian, nilai gotong-royong dan nilai integritas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran KKN Universitas Pasundan Bandung dalam mengembangkan civic engagement di Perguruan Tinggi, Mengetahui upaya dan hambatan dalam aktualisasi civic engagement KKN UNPAS di Desa Mekarraharja Kecamatan Talaga Kabupaten Majalengka . kasus. Data primer dapat diperoleh melalui informasi yang telah dipilih secara manual. Data sekunder adalah dari studi literatur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (KKN) Pasundan Bandung berdampak pada praktik pelibatan bagi mahasiswa, selain itu melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Pasundan Bandung dapat mendiversifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat sehingga semoga bermanfaat bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah civic engagement di perguruan tinggi yang salah satunya dapat difasilitasi oleh Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (KKN). Abstract

Abstract: The Covid 19 pandemic requires teachers to apply blended learning. This raises several patterns of interaction between teachers and students and various potentials that support and hinder them. This study aims to understand the patterns of educational interaction in blended learning at SDN 210/X Bandar Jaya during the pandemic as well as the obstacles and support in interaction patterns. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained from school principals and teachers. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study indicate that there are three types of interaction patterns in blended learning at SDN 210/X Bandar Jaya, namely one-way interaction that occurs when the teacher uses the lecture method, two-way interaction that occurs when the teacher uses the combined lecture method with question and answer, and interaction three directions that occur when the teacher uses the discussion method. The supporting factors for educational interaction patterns consist of teachers, facilities and infrastructure, and educational staff, while the inhibiting factors for educational interactions consist of teachers, internet networks, and passive students.Keywords: Educative Interaction, Blended learning, Covid 19 Pandemic  Abstrak: Pandemi Covid 19 mengharuskan guru menerapkan pembelajaran blended learning. Hal ini memunculkan beberapa pola interaksi antara guru dan peserta didik dan berbagai potensi yang mendukung dan menghambatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pola interaksi edukatif dalam pembelajara blended learning di SDN 210/X Bandar Jaya pada masa pandemi serta hambatan dan dukungan dalam pola interaksi. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data didapatkan dari kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis pola interaksi dalam pembelajaran blended learning di SDN 210/X  Bandar Jaya yaitu interaksi satu arah yang terjadi ketika guru menggunakan metode ceramah, interaksi dua arah yang terjadi ketika guru menggunakan metode gabungan ceramah dengan tanya jawab, dan interaksi tiga arah yang terjadi ketika guru menggunakan metode diskusi. Faktor pendukung pola interaksi edukatif terdiri dari guru, sarana dan prasarana, dan tenaga kependidikan, sedangkan faktor penghambat interaksi edukatif terdiri dari guru, jaringan internet, dan pasifnya peserta didik.Kata kunci: Interaksi Edukatif, Blended learning, Pandemi Covid 19

Abstract

A number of efforts to protect victims of sexual violence are efforts to fulfill information and needs in the fields of education, health, economics, politics, law, protection and prevention of acts of violence and trafficking of women and children. The presence of the Integrated Service Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children (P2TP2A) has become a place to provide all forms of protection for victims of sexual violence. This study aimed to describe how P2TP2A in West Bandung Regency could play a role to protect victims of sexual violence. The study was qualitative research with case study as method. The study was conducted in the Integrated Service Center for Women and Children Empowerment (P2TP2A), located in West Bandung Regency, Indonesia. The data were collected using interview, observation, documentation, and literature studies, while the analysis was conducted using the analysis model of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. This study resulted that P2TP2A provided prevention, treatment and rehabilitation for victims of sexual violence. In its preventive effort, P2TP2A conducted campaigns, counseling and socialization regarding the dangers of sexual violence. In the handling efforts, P2TP2A received cases, facilitating psychological services, health and legal assistance. Meanwhile, in its rehabilitative efforts, P2TP2A provided safe-house protection and technological guidance to each task force in West Bandung P2TP2A. From the results, this study concluded that P2TP2A is the front guard in providing protection for victims of sexual violence.

Abstract

Studies on civic disposition recently have been carried out with an emphasis on building moral character. However, very few have explored the use of information literacy for fostering civic disposition that examines the interaction between citizenship education, technology, and language. The goal of this research is to discover how to promote civic disposition which focuses on the interaction between citizenship education,  technology, and language in the Citizenship Education course. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, which was located at Yogyakarta State University. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature readings. The research conclusions indicate that fostering civic disposition through information literacy in Citizenship education courses enables students to 1) strengthen their critical thinking skills, 2) learn about civic affairs prudently and effectively, and 3) become self-reliant (independent) members of society. The development of civic disposition through information literacy in Citizenship education courses at Yogyakarta State University is considered as good. through this article, the researchers conclude that fostering students’ Civic Disposition in Citizenship Education courses through information literacy is a form of habituation to smart and good citizenship.

Abstract

Using the STEAM approach in civics education in elementary schools is an idea to update students' skills in building a unified character by using STEAM in Civics. In particular, this study aims to analyze, study and explore the building of the character of unity using the STEAM approach in civics education in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative literature study. After conducting the study, the researcher can confirm that building the character of unity in civics education in Elementary Schools by using the STEAM approach can be emphasized in two stages, namely 1) Strengthening civics education in STEAM-based Elementary Schools, 2) The character of the 3rd precept through STEAM in civics education in Elementary Schools . The conclusion of this study is that the STEAM approach in PPKn in Elementary Schools will begin to be applied, especially in facing the new normal era in the world of education.

Abstract

Revitalisasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Abad 21 menjadi isu penting dalam menghadapi tantangan abad 21 yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis. Ketrampilan abad 21 menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kewarganegaraan, yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan generasi yang siap menghadapi tantangan global dan menjadi warga negara yang aktif dan berkontribusi pada masyarakat. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data ketrampilan abad 21 yang terkait dengan pendidikan kewarganegaraan di abad 21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan melibatkan partisipan dari guru dan siswa pada sebuah sekolah menengah atas di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum dan materi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketrampilan abad 21 yang diajarkan dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan meliputi kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan kemampuan beradaptasi dengan perubahan. Namun, implementasi pembelajaran ketrampilan abad 21 masih menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman konsep dan peran ketrampilan abad 21 dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan serta kurangnya dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, revitalisasi pendidikan kewarganegaraan di abad 21 perlu dilakukan dengan melibatkan semua pihak terkait, baik guru, siswa, maupun pihak sekolah dan pemerintah, agar ketrampilan abad 21 dapat diajarkan dan diterapkan secara efektif dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan di abad 21.

Abstract

The golden generation aware of the law is a reality that must be pursued by the people of Indonesia, considering the strong influence of globalization and the positive and negative impacts on the Indonesian nation. This study aimed to explore, study, and obtain an overview of increasing the legal awareness of the golden generation in culture and identity in responding to the challenges of the 2045 golden generation. The method used in this study was a qualitative approach using the case study method. The research location was STKIP Pasundan, Cimahi. Primary data were obtained from purposively selected sources of informants. Secondary data were obtained from library sources. They collect data using interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. The research results showed: (1) The strategy for increasing the golden generation to answer the challenges of the 2045 golden generation is to increase morality and creativity in the digital era through Citizenship Education Learning which teaches creativity in the digital era so that a law-aware culture is formed. (2) Improving the legal-aware golden generation is also carried out by strengthening their national identity, namely by various perspectives from a legal, entrepreneurial, and health perspective, and to create a legal-aware, creative, and planning-generation golden generation in 2045. This study was to increase the legal awareness of the golden generation to answer the challenges of the 2045 golden generation, which is a strategic step because it can increase student citizenship knowledge so that there is alignment between civic knowledge, civic skills, and civic disposition.
