Abstract

UD Gajah Delta is a familly business managed by a husband and wife in the city of Sidoarjo, East Java. This trading business was started in the 2000s and still survives today. One of UD Gajah Delta's strategies to survive today is to maintain quality and pay attention to every detail of the voice of the customer. In fulfilling the demand for pans, meatball boilers, rice boilers, and soup bowls, UD has 3 factories and dozens of employees who help with the production process. Besides that, to help the success of the production process, there are various types of machines such as cutting machines, press machines, press roll machines, and punch machines. In order to maximize the production process at UD Gajah Delta, it is necessary to calculate the need for raw materials and the number of machines used to assist the production process. Calculating the need for raw materials and machines used can use the method of operation process chart (OPC) and multi product process chart (MPPC). So that it will know the amount of raw material requirements and the right machine in the production process.Keywords: Raw material, MPPC, OPC, Machine

Abstract

Surya Sejati is a company engaged in manufacturing backrests, seats and table bases, in the production process of table mats there are problems of wasting time in the process of refining table mats, this study aims to analyze the activities of the production process and provide suggestions in the form of a sanding machine , and the results obtained are reduced production time, and work efficiency, the feasibility of the sanding machine will be tested by calculating the depreciation, machine costs, and production capacity time on the sanding machine, in calculating the feasibility of the sanding machine investment using the NPV (net present value) approach ) and IIR (internal rate of return) in order to determine whether the investment is feasible or not in business management at UD. Surya Sejati, in the calculation of investment feasibility the NPV value is more than 0, which is Rp.478,626,819. and the IIR (internal rate of return) value is 30% and the MAAR (Minimum Attractive Rate of Return) value is 12%, with a value (IIR > MAAR)

Abstract

PT. Sumbertaman Keramika industri merupakan salah satu dari sedikit perusahan yang masih melakukan proses produksi di belakang. Beberapa teknik dan teknologi terkini telah membantu, PT. Sumbertaman Keramika industri menjadi salah satu produsen keramik paling aktif di Indonesia. Selama bertahun- tahun PT. Sumbertaman Keramika industri telah memproduksi keramik untuk pemakaian sehari-hari. PT. Sumbertaman Keramika industri berdiri sejak tahu 1948 sampai saat ini trisensa cramics berdiri 74 tahun, layanan tim kami akan melayani segala kusus dengan jumlah tertentu dengan anda memesan produkRute usulan hasil penelitian yang dapat dipilih dengan hasil presentase penghematan terbesar adalah model CVRP dengan metode matematis MILP menggunakan software lingo 13.0 hasil yang di dapat kan sebagai berikut.Untuk total biaya pengiriman keseluruan adalah Rp. 5.400.000, dapat menghemat jarak sebesar 14,79%, yaitu 500,5KM dan biaya penghematan sebessar 25% yaitu Rp. 1.800.000, dengan total waktu tempuh pengiriman durasi 600,6 menit. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah Hasil dari penelitan ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi perusahaan untuk memilih rute kendaraan yang dapat menghemat jarak dan biaya yang dikeluarkan.

Abstract

PT. Sekar Wangi Groub is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of rubber products. PT. Sekar Wangi Groub is located on Jl. Ketapang - Suko No.34, Suko Hamlet, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. Products produced by PT. Sekar Wangi Group is Rubber Fender, Elastomeric bearing pad and Rubber Roll. Activities in the company all use machine tools that operate non-stop during working hours, this is able to make the machine experience a decrease in performance, so that at certain time it will make the machine experience trobel. Therefore, efforts to avoid machine trobel or breakdown can be done by scheduling machine maintenance, routine maintenance on the machine can be done by applying the use of the Preventive maintenance method to make the engine life longer and avoid downtime, with regular maintenance and maintenance on the machine, it is expected to increase production and avoid breakdown in the machine. The result obtained is that the cost of machine maintenance using preventive maintenance results in a smaller total maintenance cost of Rp.7.100.000,- per year compared to the previous breakdown maintenance costs which reached Rp.12.070.741, - the total cost expenditure is smaller if implementing preventive maintenance so that this method is appropriately used by the company.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a sophisticated database system. Manufacturing companies have a production process, the production process is a process where raw materials are converted into finished products or have added value. Before carrying out the production process, it is necessary to determine raw material planning using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is a method required for production planning or procurement of components to meet the master production schedule (JIP). In the production process, especially in the procurement of raw materials, there are problems, namely the process of calculating the number of raw materials is only done by estimating the amount of production in advance and there is no calculation using this method and there is no ability within the company to control inventory so that the determination of the materials that will be needed is irregular. Therefore, researchers will determine the planning of raw material requirements for a certain period using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Then integration with the company's ERP system is one way to solve the problem so that it can help companies improve business process performance. Abstract

Farmers in Papungan Village, Blitar Regency, are experiencing problems, namely the lack of subsidized fertilizer from the government to meet the demand for fertilizer for their agricultural land. To meet this shortage, farmers apply organic nutrient fertilizers as a substitute for non-subsidized and chemical fertilizers, but the process of making organic nutrient fertilizers requires a long fermentation process, which is 16-30 days. Therefore it is necessary to have an Anaerobic Bioreactor to help speed up the fermentation. This tool is quite expensive for farmers in Papungan village, so it is necessary to analyze the level of investment feasibility of the Anaerobic Bioreactor tool to find out whether it is worth buying or investing. From the calculation results obtained NPV (Net Present Value) of IDR 9,266,620, IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) of 40.1513% and BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) of 1.0289 so it can be concluded that the purchase of Anaerobic Bioreactors is feasible. Abstract

PT. PMK merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang berdiri di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Perusahaan ini mampu memenuhi permintaan pelanggan dengan jumlah produksi per hari ± 100.000 lembar lantai keramik. Permasalahan pada PT.PMK terletak pada tata letak gudang barang jadi dimana penataan barang dapat dikatakan masik perlu perbaikan, gudang barang jadi PT. PMK mampu menampung barang jadi / Finished Good sebanyak ± 500.000 dos keramik. Usulan perbaikan penataan gudang barang jadi dilakukan menggunkan metode Class Based Storage dengan mempertimbangkan Frekwensi barang masuk dan keluar gudang, serta jarak pada saat proses pemindahan dan biaya yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pemindahan barang. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan dan pengolahan data yang diambil selama kegiatan peelitian ini berlangsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa penurunan nilai jarak tempuh dalam kegiatan pemindahan barang sebesar 1.415,33 meter dan penrunan nilai dari Ongkos material handling sebesar Rp. 2.444.337,- per 3 bulan. Abstract

Proses pemotongan tahu pada UD. Mulya Jati masih menggunakan mistar dan pisau dan di potong pada masing masing sisi nya, proses pemotongan secara manual ini memiliki kendala yakni memakan waktu 54 detik per kotak tahu dan menyebabkan kecacatan apabila mistar diletakkan tidak presisi, dan proses pemotongan manual tidak sesuai dengan ergonomi. Pada penelitian sebelumnya dilakukan perancangan dan uji coba pada alat pemotong tahu untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Alat pemotong tahu yang telah dirancang sebelumnya memiliki beberapa kendala sehingga dilakukan perancangan ulang atau inovasi pada alat pemotong tahu. Dari hasil pengolatan data antropometri yang telah dilakukan pada 4 tenaga kerja pemotongan tahu didapatkan dimensi alat tinggi meja 97,8 Cm, tinggi alat 179,4 Cm, dan Panjang pegangan 65,3 Cm. Perbandingan output sebelum perancangan sebesar 130 unit per jam dan setelah inovasi 291 unit per jam. Peningkatan produktivitas sebesar 4,47% dari sebelum inovasi 3,61% dan setelah inovasi 8,08%.

Abstract

Cigarette packs are rectangular packages made mostly of cardboard containing cigarettes. Packaging is designed from aluminum foil, paper or flavor-protecting plastic and sealed with clear, airtight plastic film. Production process at CV. Langgeng Jaya has 2 types and they are still very inefficient. So, looking at this problem, a proposal is given to innovate a cigarette tongue printing machine to make the cigarette tongue printing machine more efficient and speed up the production process. Innovation: The cigarette tongue molding machine is designed using dimensions from anthropometric calculations and the 50th percentile of workers, so that the height of the material support is 103.75 cm, determines the material entry route of 69.5 cm, and determines the height of the panel box of 93.5 cm. Machine trials must be carried out to determine the difference in output after designing the machine innovation and before the design is carried out. The resulting output must be compared before the innovative design of the cigarette tongue machine is carried out and after the design is carried out. The output produced before the design was carried out was 192, after the innovative design of the cigarette tongue printing machine was carried out, it was 320 kg a day. The increase in productivity after designing the innovative cigarette tongue printing machine was 66%, which means it was successful.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Mutiara Miru Lamongan, didirikan pada 2011, menonjolkan kecemerlangan dalam industri briket. Berlokasi di Desa Miru, Lamongan, perusahaan ini telah menjadi produsen dan eksportir terkemuka selama 12 tahun terakhir. Namun, tingkat kecacatan produk masih tinggi, terutama pada proses mesin cetak, oven, dan pengemasan. Jenis cacat bervariasi, termasuk cacat fisik, fungsional, kinerja, dan pembuatan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, inovasi diperlukan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan dimmer pada mesin pemotong otomatis dapat mengurangi kecacatan produk dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Setelah implementasi, kapasitas produksi meningkat sekitar 3.787 kg, tingkat kecacatan berkurang, dan produktivitas naik menjadi 95,4%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi alat pemotong dimmer otomatis memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas perusahaan.
