Abstract

The fact that language changes is inevitably touches aspects related to the law especially in implementing the task of being a linguist to deal with cases of duplication. Armed with knowledge of the symptoms of language change, a forgery case can be explained and explained so that justice is revealed. This paper aims to reveal how cases of logo and brand forgery can be revealed through linguistic studies by using forensic and visual studies. The writer will also discuss the rhetorical effects related to the underlying ambiguities between a purely evidential semiotics of the investigated strategies. The method used is descriptive qualitative with document analysis. This method explains in detail the actual state of data and data retrieval. The results found that the 2 data are linguistically and visually duplicate the original logo. Some fake products use the same language as the original product logo, but the copycat uses a language style that is more general and acceptable in the target community. In conclusion, phonological and visual analysis found similarities in the use of original brand consonants and vowels, as well as visualization of the type and size of letters appearing to imitate, deceive, and confusing customers.

Abstract

The new minset, which evolves in society, becomes the minset held by all member of society, including the artists. However, differences show up in the progressing minset. The artists as the social and cultural agent have their own way to provide solution towards the differences thrpugh their creative works. The ideology of arts in the 1990’s tends to voice the injustice happening in the society using aesthetic language, the artists give criticisms to all member of society, from the state to the artists themselves. The progress of visual arts in thw 1990’s can eventually be concluded as having it’s own from and theme; it expresses the artists ideas more than their works. Agus Suwage who starter his career s painter prefer painting as his from of expression. Those who have been helped through his from of campaign posters are non-govermental organizations (Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat/LSM) such as the Commission dor Disappearances and Victims of Violence Kontras (Komisi Nasional untuk Orang Hilang) and Indonesian. Legal Aid Foundation (LBHI/Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Indonesia) in his process of creative works, Agus Suwage tends to make himself as part of problem. He obtains a lot of information from mass media that finally influences his aesthetis works.Keywords: Ideology, Art in The 1990’s

Abstract

South nias regency has a very unique and diverse tourism potential. the diversity of tourism potential starts from the existence of megalithic relics to the beauty of natural panoramas and beaches. in an effort to increase growth in the development sector, the development of potential tourism destinations is one of the best efforts. for this reason, south nias regency requires appropriate recommendations related to the right strategy to explore the potential of tourism areas and evaluate the implementation of policies on sustainable tourism management. this research uses qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive data analysis. data collection was carried out for primary data and secondary data.

Abstract

Serang Regency consists of 326 villages. The existence of villages has the potential for tourist attractions such as nature, culture, culinary and creative economy, but most of the villages have not used them as tourist destinations. Therefore, the community plays an important role in utilizing and managing tourist attractions, one of the institutions at the village that is engaged in tourism is the Tourism Awareness group (Pokdarwis), which acts as a motivator and communicator in an effort to increase the readiness and awareness of the community around the tourist attraction. Training activities aimed at Pokdarwis throughout Serang Regency in order to strengthen knowledge about Tourism Destination Management. The training method are presentation, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), brainstorming and evaluation. The results of this training are expected that pokdarwis have knowledge and be able to implementation in their village.
