Abstract

Identify the problem in this research whether the leader sets the standard of Work Time, Employee Performance Assessment, and What form of employee standard work. This research is qualitative descriptive, data collecting method with field research by using method, observation and direct interview on research object to get description of research subject. From result of research, obtained data and information, that leader set standard work time 8 (Eight) hours per day , provided that the company does not work on religious holidays, especially Islamic holidays. The standard of assessment carried out for the workforce is the objective standard, in which the management of the company has determined the unit of outcome of the working time used. To produce the Culvert for the size of 80.60, and 40 Cm standard of production objectives set by the company as much as, 36 units employing 6 (people) Labor, while for the size of 30.20, and 15 Cm, ??employed 4 people with labor standard 45 Goal Units. Furthermore For Production Pavin Blok has 3 (Three) production type, Rectangle, Six and Nuts. Standard destination 1.800 Units, with 4 Persons labor, and other production is the Hole of the Wind that is Utuk Pagas and Layang, the workforce can produce as many as 80 Units, labor used 2 Person.

Abstract

The continued increase in the number of people with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in Indonesia is a serious problem. One of the big problems for people with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is the emergence of complications of diabetic wounds. To date the strategy for treatment of diabetic wounds has been limited to the use of wound dressing, cell therapy and oxygen therapy. The problem is that the strategy is not fully successful. Thus, it is very important to look for new strategies to improve the quality of diabetic wound healing, such as by applying a combination of plasma medicine and local natural product, like the extraction of Daun sirih (Piper betle) leaves. Plasma medicine is a relatively new and multidisciplinary study involving plasma science, biomedical, pharmaceutical and other health sciences aimed at applying plasma to therapeutic health. Plasma is the fourth phase of matter, after the solid, liquid and gas phase. The medical aspects of plasma are related to the ability of plasma to produce biological molecules Reactive Oxygen and Nitrogen Species (RONS). If RONS is controlled in the right dosage it can be efficacious for health therapy. This study intends to examine the effects of combinative treatment of plasma medicine and Piper betel leaf extract for proliferation phase of wound healing in diabetic small animal model. This study used male Balb c mice with acute wounds which were divided into 5 groups, namely groups of untreated normal mice (ND-TP), groups of untreated diabetic mice (D-TP), groups of diabetic mice wounds with Piper betel leaf extract (DS ), the wound group of diabetic mice with plasma medicine (DP) and the wound group of diabetic mice with plasma medicine and Piper betel leaf (DPS). The plasma medicine was treated on wound with condition non-contact style (the plasma jet did not touch the wound) with a distance of plasma jet reactor nozzle to the surface of wound about 20 mm, for 2 minutes, every day. Macroscopic observation of wounds is carried out every day from day 0 to 7. On day 7 it was seen that the size of the wound area for D-P-S was smaller than the other groups. The results of this study indicated that Piper betel leaf extract can potentially be used to optimize the performance of plasma medicine in accelerating diabetic wound healing during the proliferation phase. Further investigation, however, is important to be conducted to study the effect for all phases of wound healing and its mechanism histo-pathologically.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Terpadu (PPMT) ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Bercak, Desa Blondo, Kecamatan Mungkid, Kabupaten Magelang. PPMT dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan kader, perwakilan setiap RT, dan karang taruna dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam upaya preventif terhadap Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan. Perubahan pola pikir dan gaya hidup masyarakat saat pandemik ini memerlukan adanya sosialisasi dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam upaya preventif terhadap Covid-19. Beberapa kegiatan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi sosialisasi penanggulangan serta pencegahan Covid-19, sosialisasi tanaman obat untuk kekebalan tubuh selama masa pandemik, sosialisasi handwashing, dan praktik cuci tangan 6 langkah, penanaman tanaman obat keluarga (toga), pelatihan pembuatan handsanitizer, pelatihan pembuatan face shield, pelatihan pemanfaatan tanaman toga untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dalam bentuk jamu empon-empon. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PPMT tersebut mampu memberikan penguatan peran masyarakat terhadap Covid-19.

Abstract

Ventilasi merupakan unsur penting untuk menjaga kualitas udara yang baik di dalam sebuah bangunan. Namun, penggunaan ventilasi yang berlebihan menyebabkan tingginya konsumsi energi dari sistem HVAC. Standar ASHRAE telah memberikan aturan bahwa laju ventilasi tergantung dari banyaknya penghuni dan luas ruangan di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu kuantifikasi populasi penghuni perlu diketahui sebagai acuan sebuah kontrol ventilasi. Pada penelitian ini, jumlah penghuni diestimasi menggunakan metode Bayesian MCMC berdasarkan level CO2 di dalam ruangan. Persamaan kesetimbangan massa CO2 digunakan sebagai model perhitungan Bayesian MCMC. Pengujian metode Bayesian dalam mengestimasi jumlah penghuni diaplikasikan pada sebuah ruangan kantor skala kecil berukuran 96,7 m3 yang dilengkapi dengan sistem ventilasi, sehingga estimasi penghuni dan kontrol ventilasi dapat dilakukan secara bersamaan. Pengujian juga mencakup kontrol ventilasi konvesional menggunakan level CO2 secara langsung tanpa mengkonversinya menjadi jumlah penghuni. Laju ventilasi berdasarkan jumlah penghuni pada ruangan pengujian mengacu pada standar ASHRAE 62.1. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa kontrol ventilasi berbasis pada estimasi jumlah penghuni menggunakan metode Bayesian berhasil dilaksanakan dengan nilai laju ventilasi per penghuni lebih mendekati standar ASHRAE 62.1 dibandingkan dengan ventilasi metode konvensional.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee job satisfaction, leadership on employee performance, work environment on employee performance, leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. as an intervening variable in Lubuklinggau Selatan I and Selatan II Districts.       The initial design stages in this study were formulating research problems, making hypotheses, tracing references / literature as study material, making research instruments or questionnaires, distributing questionnaires and distributing questionnaires to 102 employees of Lubuklinggau Selatan I and Selatan II Districts, then to analyze data using regression test, partial test, Path analysis and Sobel test with the help of statistical analysis tools IBM SPSS 22 for windows.    The results showed that leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the tcount for the leadership variable of 2.024, with a significant 0.046. Work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the tcount for the work environment variable is 2.464, with a significant 0.015. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the tcount for the work environment variable amounting to 10.818, with a significant value of 0.000. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with that the tcount for the work environment variable is 3.643, with a significant 0.000. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable with tcount (2,74) greater than ttable (1.98), so there is an influence between leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable and work environment has a significant effect. on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable with tcount (5,56) greater than ttable (1.98), so there is a direct and indirect effect between work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable. Keywords:  Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, PerformanceLeadership, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

Since 2010 Solo Raya has became part of the metropolis candidates that will continue to grow along with the agglomeration of Jogjakarta and Semarang. The problems that trail is the tendency of metropolitan magnitude that resulted in less functioning of the city as a catalyst for regional development. Further impact is the lagging of small and medium-sized cities (Tjahjati, 1995). The development of urban system is determined by both the comparative advantage and the competitive advantages, such as location, natural resources and human resources (Metropolitan Directorate, 2003), so that in planning the development it should focus on the ability to cooperate or synergize between regions (spatial synergism) either in urban and rural area or on a wider scale, cooperation between cities.The purpose of this research was to arrange aspects and decision criteria in developing metropolitan area of Solo Raya. The method used is literature study approach which is then analyzed descriptively.The result of analysis showed that in metropolitan area of the world there are 4 (four) main characteristics and problems, they are: (1) city as center of population, economy and government activity, (2) city with environmental problems (air, land and water), as a result of population density, public transportation, and garbage, (3) city with problems in the land aspect (land prices and housing provision) and (4) city with problems on social aspects (criminals and terrorists). The formulation of metropolitan area development planning is done with 3 (three) considerations, they are: (1) avoiding high social segregation between and among regions, (2) creating a balance population mobility and intra and inter-regional services (spirit of togetherness), (3) creating a regional economy (growth, equity and welfare) based on the local potential which has inter-regional connectivity (harmonization). Aspects and criteria are: regional management (spatial planning policy, regional competitiveness, regional marketing, inter-regional cooperation), urbanization (migration, urbanization, agglomeration and conurbation, social integration), economic development (economic growth, employment, economic equalization, urban poverty), regional connectivity (transportation, rural-urban linkage, territorial function), and environment (environmental supporting capacity, disaster risk, environmental degradation, disaster mitigation). The decision priorities include: Industrial City, Service City, City of Tourism and Culture, Trade City, and Agriculture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis interaksi sosial antara sekolah dan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 3 Wawonii Barat Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah dan orang tua siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: interaksi sosial antara sekolah dan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 3 Wawonii Barat, antara lain interaksi dalam bentuk kerjasama sukarela, pemikiran, pembiayaan dan pengambilan keputusan. Faktor pendukung interaksi sosial antara sekolah dan masyarakat adalah interaksi/hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat terjalin secara harmonis, kepedulian orang tua yang tinggi, komitmen sekolah yang tinggi dan koordinasi sekolah dengan komite sekolah baik serta keterbukaan sekolah mendapat dukungan dari masyarakat sangat tinggi

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi di dunia termasuk di Indonesia memiliki visi menuju World Class University (WCU). Salah satu indikator menjadi WCU adalah kampus harus memiliki infrastruktur Information and Communication Technology (ICT) yang inklusif. Salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan ICT dengan menerapkan teknologi yang diperlukan dalam pembelajaran. Smart laboratory adalah teknologi berbasis IoT yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk mendukung pembelajaran, memudahkan dalam pengelolaan laboratorium dengan kontrol dan monitoring laboratorium menggunakan smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan pembuatan dan hasil pengujian smart laboratory. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D yang mengacu pada model pengembangan Spiral yang menghasilkan 5 tahapan yaitu communication, planning, modeling, construction dan deployment. Produk penelitian ini berupa alat dan aplikasi smart laboratory dengan pengendali utama mikrokontroler ESP-32 untuk membaca suhu dan kelembaban, mendeteksi aktivitas pada laboratorium dan memantau kondisi pintu. Selain pemantauan, dapat melakukan pengontrolan lampu, Air Conditioner (AC) dan penguncian pintu. Hasil pengujian keseluruhan diperoleh persentase kelayakan 100% untuk uji aplikasi dan uji functionality alat smart laboratory memiliki interpretasi sangat baik sehingga dinyatakan bahwa smart laboratory yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Komitmen seorang pegawai merupakan hasil (resultante) dari dukungan dan penghargaan yang diberikan organisasi pada pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil tentang pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Pegawai, Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Pegawai Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan Motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Kelas II Lubuklinggau (Muara Beliti). Tahapan penelitian dengan melakukan observasi, pengelompokkan data hasil observasi, mengidentifikasi masalah, merumuskan masalah, penelusuran referensi/literatur, membuat kerangka berpikir dan hipotesis, menentukan teknik pengumpulan data, penentuan populasi dan sampel, membuat instrumen penelitian atau kuesioner, melakukan penyebaran kuesioner, menganalisis data dari hasil jawaban 96 pegawai ASN di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Klas IIA Lubuklinggau (Muara Beliti) menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu komputer menggunakan program Lisrel 8.70. Adapun langkah-langkah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dilakukan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Identifikasi model, modifikasi model dan menguji kecocokan model (Goodness-of-Fit). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefesien pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi pegawai sebesar 0,43, dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,35. Karena nilai t hitung sebesar 3.35 > 1,96, maka komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi pegawai. Dengan demikian dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi, maka semakin tinggi motivasi pegawai

Abstract

Bahan volkan hasil erupsi gunung api merupakan bahan induk tanah yang dijumpa tidak hanya di sekitar lingkungan gunung api tersebut, namun dapat tersebar lebih jauh dari sumbernya yang kemudian di bawah kondisi lingkungan setempat membentuk tanah dengan karakristik beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik dan tingkat pelapukan tanah berbahan induk volkan dari gunung api Burni Telong yang telah tersebar di Kecamatan Jeumpa (JE), Juli (JU) Kabupaten Bireun dan Kecamatan Pintu Rime Gayo (PR) Kabupaten Bener Meriah, Provinsi Aceh. Identifikasi sifat tanah dilakukan melalui profil tanah yang dibuat berdasarkan adanya bahan induk volkan dan jarak dari sumber bahan volkan. Pada setiap lokasi ini dibuat satu profil tanah sehingga seluruhnya terdapat 3 profil tanah. Profil tanah yang terdekat hingga terjauh dengan sumber bahan volkan adalah PR, JU dan JE. Sifat tanah yang identifikasi meliputi morfologi, fisika dan kimia tanah. Hasilnya menunjukkan sifat-sifat morfologi, fisika dan kimia tanah profil JE berbeda dengan profil JU dan PR, begitu pula dengan tingkat pelapukan tanahnya, profil JE lebih terlapuk daripada profil JU dan PR
