Abstract

In line with design research, the use of Bermain Satu Rumah (BSR) as traditional  game to support children’s counting classroom wherein students are encouraged to construct mathematical understanding. Number in traditional games is an interesting aspect that is helpful for children to encounter numerous situations that bring them into contact with sounds, symbols and meanings that relate to numbers. Bermain satu rumah as starting activity would be media to enhance student’s sense of number as well as to be used as learning material. By developing  model-of  problem of bermain  satu rumah as traditional context, resultative counting is counting a number of things with the aim of determining how many are there (the result) that can be showed by using addition and multiplication concepts. Student’s thinking on their level exhibited us their successful conservation when they were in the last grade. The progress of understanding by game, especially bermain  satu  rumah, is concrete effort to support number learning in primary school. Using game in learning process, for instance, mathematics learning for primary school can be a mathematics program for young children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah kreatif (PMK) terhadap disposisi matematis siswa sekolah menengah atas, dan membandingkannya dengan model pembelajaran langsung (PL). Penelitian ini tergolong eksperimen semu (quacy experiment) dimana subjek penelitian siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak berubahnya disposisi matematis siswa seiring perubahan model pembelajaran disebabkan kurangnya keaktifan siswa untuk terlibat dalam membangun kompetensi strategis. Skor disposisi matematis antara model PMK dan PL secara bersama-sama termasuk dalam kategori sedang, tetapi dengan skor 57,89% yang dicapai oleh model PL mengungguli model PMK dengan skor 42,11%. Dengan kata lain, sebagian besar siswa masih cenderung tertarik dengan model lama. Namun, dengan model PMK justru mampu mendongkrak hasil belajar matematika siswa ditunjukkan dengan besar persentase yaitu 74%, sedangkan dengan model PL sebesar 58,33%.This study aims to understand how far the influence of model of learning creative problem solving (CPS) toward mathematical disposition of students in senior secondary school, and compared with model of direct teaching (DT). This research is kind of quacy experiment in which students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh as the research subject. The result of research show that unchangeably mathematical disposition in line with learning model is caused by the lack of students’ activeness getting involved in constructing strategic competence. The score of mathematical disposition between CPS together with DT is in the same of middle category, but the score of DT is 57,89% higher than that of PMK with 42,11%. In the other words, majority of students tend to be interested in the old one. However, CPS model is really able to boost students’ achievement indicated by the score of percentage, that is 74%, whereas the percentage of DT is 58,33%.

Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian tindakan kelas dipilih sebagai jenis penelitian yang berlangsung selama dua siklus. Setiap siklus memuat tahapan diantaranya: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Makassar, dengan subjek siswa kelas II/3 sebanyak 45 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, bukan hanya meningkatkan antusiasme, intensitas, dan kecakapan siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran matematika, tetapi juga membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi pelajaran yang diberikan. Secara statistik, persentase antusiasme berubah dari 58,7% (sedang) menjadi 80,7% (tinggi); persentase intensitas berubah dari 46,9% (kurang) menjadi 77,3% (tinggi); persentase kecakapan berubah dari 18,7% (sangat kurang) menjadi 64% (sedang). Kemudian rerata untuk hasil belajar siklus I ke siklus II meningkat dari 8,26 menjadi 8,27. Subsequently, the average of learning result from cycle I to cycle II increase from 8,26 to 8,27. Abstract

Perkembangan bentuk uang telah berevolusi menjadi uang virtual ataupun digital. Hadirnya alat transaksi dengan cara model baru maka pelayanan keuangan akan berkembang menggunakan fasilitas digital. Namun, hal ini dapat menjadikan sebuah risiko ataupun tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menawarkan sebuah jalan dalam mitigasi risiko melalui pengukuran seberapa besar pengaruh dari industrialisasi keuangan berbasis teknologi atau FinTech terhadap stabilisasi sistem keuangan dan memantau risiko yang akan dihadapi dari sisi manakah yang akan terkena pengaruh oleh FinTech. Sampel menggunakan perusahaan fintech, tehnik analysis pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan analisis strategis mitigasi risiko dengan analysis SWOT. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FinTech mempunyai kandungan risiko yang melekat yaitu risiko finansial dan risiko technologi. Pengelolaan risiko dapat dikelola dengan berbagai cara sesuai dengan biaya yang dibutuhkan dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan. Macam penanggulangan risiko yang diantaranya risiko lebih baik dihindari, risiko dapat ditahan, risiko diversifikasi, risiko ditransfer, risiko dikendalikan, risiko didanai.

Abstract

The principle of horizontal separation in the LoA is a principle that separates the ownership of the land by the right to the property on the ground or attached to the land, where the existence of the object attached to the land there is a time limit provision either by agreement or on the basis of the provisions of the legislation.Based on the analogy of law in the above analogy, it can be concluded that the practice of buying and selling land is not accompanied by coconut trees on it also apply the principle of horizontal separation due to the separation or difference of legal subject holder of property rights to the land with legal subject holder of property rights on coconut trees . But if you look at the various legal bases in the BAL which regulate the principles of horizontal separation such as Right of Use, Right of Use, Right to Use, Lease of Land for Building Establishment, Right of Ride, and Lease of Land for Agriculture all have clear clear time limits on the basis of agreement and also on the basis of the provisions of legislation. And for the duration of the term is not over so long also the holder of property rights on the land should not use his right either to build the building, manage or make it as collateral (collateral) debts and so on. While in the sale and purchase of separate land with coconut trees on it is not so, because there is no provision of clear time limit of the existence of coconut trees on the land rights of others and holders of land rights are still entitled to grow crops on their property rights. So the basic difference is what distinguishes the application of the principle of horizontal separation in BAL with the principle of separation of horisoltan on the practice of buying and selling land is not accompanied by coconut trees on it.

Abstract

Banks as legal entities must also pursue profits. And one source of bank income is the interest on loan loans that have been channeled to customers. And if the bank's revenue target is threatened because the value of the rupiah weakens or floats, the bank is basically allowed to raise lending rates as long as it does not exceed the limit set by the government in this case the Financial Services Authority ... But the facts that occur in this case are not in context changes or adjustments in loan interest rates with rupiah value. But the change in the method of calculating credit interest rates from the type of effective calculation becomes an annuity calculation. So that changes in the method of calculating interest rates should not be done without an agreement from both parties.The Marisa Branch National Pension Savings Bank has carried out defaults since the first credit agreement, changes to the second credit agreement, and arrived at a change in the third credit agreement for changes in interest rates. Thus, of course this has legal consequences that must be borne by the party who defaults, in this case the National Pension Savings Bank. Then the actions of the bank are included in the category of actions that cause losses to debtors due to default of creditors (BTPN), so that the legal consequences can be by canceling the agreement along with guri change or by fulfilling the agreement accompanied by compensation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisa dan mengembangkan model bisnis pada RM Barokah dengan menggunakan evaluasi Model Bisnis Kanvas. Setelah mengidentifikasi Model Bisnis Kanvas, maka akan dilakukan analisis pada setiap elemen yang terdiri dari customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationship, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnership, dan cost structur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah  analisa  deskriptif  kualitatif.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam (semi terstruktur). Hasil analisa Model Bisnis Kanvas,  terdapat  beberapa  elemen  dalam  model  bisnis  yang dapat dikembangkan lebih lagi. RM Barokah sudah memiliki nilai proposisi yang jelas, yaitu dengan memberikan makanan  dengan  kualitas  terbaik  dengan  harga  yang terjangkau. Namun dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat sebagai restoran perlu mencari cara lain untuk mengembangkan nilai proposisinya dan untuk dapat terus bertahan. Layanan setelah penjualan dapat diberikan kepada pelanggan. Demikian perlu  pembenahan  beberapa  sistem  pembelian  dalam perusahaan sehingga dapat lebih fokus dalam pengembangkan restoran kedepan. RM Barokah dapat menangkap peluang pasar diluar seperti membuat katering rumahan dan menerima pesanan yang akan dibahas penulis dalam skripsi berikut.

Abstract

To explore the effect of genotype, environment and genotype x environment interaction on Fe content in rice grain, Fe concentrations of 10 genotypes were analyzed across eight paddy field environments using the GGE-biplot method. Experiments were conducted from 2007 to 2008 using a randomized completely block design with three replications at each environment. Results indicated that environment (E), genotype (G) and genotype x environment interaction (GE) significantly gave effect on Fe rice concentration. Environment explained 74.43% of total (G + E + GE) variation, whereas G and GE captured 5.60% and 19.67%, respectively. The first two principal components (PC1 and PC2) were used to create a two-dimensional GGE-biplot and explained 70.40% and 15.36% of GGE sum of squares. Genotype Barumun was desirable in terms of its highest Fe rice concentration ability and stability. In Cilongok, wet season was the best representative of the overall environments and the most powerful to discriminate genotypes.

Abstract

Presentasi yang masih menggunakan alat bantu konvensional dinilai kurang efektif karena mudah diabaikan dantidak menarik, sehingga murid menjadi tidak fokus memperhatikan. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada penelitian iniMenghasilkan sumber belajar berupa game media pembelajaran dengan metode use and gratification pada materianatomi tubuh pada hewan untuk Kelas IV semester I SD/MI dalam mengajar sehingga lebih menarik dan terlihat lebihfokus memahami isi materi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan produk Research and Development(RnD) dengan memakai 6 dari 10 tahap penelitian.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan alat bantu belajar anatomi tubuh pada hewan berupa game puzzledengan metode used and gratification dengan nilai validitas dari ahli media dinyatakan layak dan valid, danmeningkatkan pemahaman dan ketertarikan siswa dari 27% hingga naik menjadi 73%.Kata kunci: Used And Gratification, Game Puzzle, anatomi tubuh pada hewan.
