Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal: 1) How does the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance Transport Department of Communication and Information Agam; 2) How does organisasit commitment on employee performance Transport Department of Communication and Information Agam; 3) How does the influence of job satisfaction and organisasit commitment  on performance Department of Transportation employee Agam Communications and Information Technology.Object of study is the Department of Transportation employee Agam Communication and Information. The study population was all employees of the Department of Communication and Information Agam numbering 70 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.Results of the study are: 1) There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction on job performance at the Department of Communication and Information Agam with regression coefficient 0.206. Means to increase employee performance can be done by improving the job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Information Agam, 2) There is a positive and significant effect between organizational commitment on job performance at the Department of Communication and Information Agam with regression coefficient 0.109. Means to increase employee performance can be done by improving the organization’s commitment to the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Agam. To achieve high performance, the employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees in Agam District should be improved. Keyword: Job Satisfaction, Organisasit Commitment, Employee Performance multiple regression.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal : 1) How does the performance of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina District West Payakumbuh; 2) How does the feature of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina Payakumbuh West District; 3) How does the reliability of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina Payakumbuh western districts; 4) How does the conformation of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erin a District West Payakumbuh; 5) How does durability to consumers to buy brands Erina gelamai District West Payakumbuh; 6) How does the esthetic of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina District western Payakumbuh; 7) How does the quality of the product dimension to the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina District west Payakumbuh Object of study is the consumer brand gelamai Erina District West Payakumbuh. The study population was all consumer brands gelamai Erina District West Payakumbuh Payakumbuh consumers with a sample of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.Based the results of statistical tests, using the t test showed that the variable performance, feature, reliability, conformance, durability and esthetics has a significant level <0.05 so that these variables have a significant influence on consumer buying interest gelamai brands Erina. Based on the calculation of F count, together variables of product quality have significant level <0.05, it is proved that these variables significantly influence buying interest gelamai brands Erina. Based on the test results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R Square) showed that consumers to buy brands Erina gelamai influenced by variable performance, feature, reliability, conformance, durability and esthetic of 33.8%, while the remaining percentage of 66.2% is explained by other variables or causes beyond regression models of this study. Keywords : Dimensions of Product Quality, buying interest, multiple linear regression

ABSTRACT Andri Saputra , NPM : 09,090,003. Effects of Leadership Styles and Work Motivation on Employee Performances Statistics Agency (BPS) of Padang. Main supervisor : Rizky Natassia, SE , MM and Second Supervisor : Dina Amaluis , SE , MM.This study aims to reveal the influence of leadership style on employee motivation Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) of Padang , the influence of leadership styles on employee performance Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) of Padang , the influence of work motivation on employee performance Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) Padang , the influence of leadership style and employee motivation Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) of Padang.Type of research is descriptive research Associative. The population in this study was the overall employees of the Central Statistics Agency BPS ) Padang totaling 30 employees . Sampling technique using Total Sampling amounts 30 employees. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale measuring devices that have been tested errors and reliability in the Central Bureau of Statistics ( BPS ) of West Sumatra Province . The data analysis technique used is the Path Analysis (Path Analysis).The results of this study are : there is a positive and significant effect between leadership styles on employee motivation Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) Padang , there is a positive and significant effect between leadership styles on employee performance Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) Padang , there positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee performance Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) Padang , there is a positive and significant effect between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) of Padang . Total direct and indirect effects of leadership style variable and employee motivation is at 36 % while the remaining 64 % is influenced by other variables.From the analysis of the data in this study , the authors suggested that the leadership of the Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) Padang further enhance and apply leadership style in order to better motivate employees who are owned by the Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) Padang be increased as well . The author suggests that the leadership of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Padang further enhance and apply leadership style as well as provide motivation to employees so that employee performance can be increased also for the progress of the organization. Abstract

Abstract  Human resources is a factor that determines the success or not of an organization in achieving a goal. Efforts should be made to improve the performance of employees, among others, with good leadership and motivation in the workplace is high. Attainable goal of this study was to determine, influence or leadership and motivation on employee performance in Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Padang. Object of study the research is employee to Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Padang with population a mean 113 people employeer. This study used a sample of 85 people selected by random cluster sampling technique. Analysis technique used is path analysis. Obtained in a partial amount of leadership influence on job motivation employee amounted 0,231 with significant meaning hypotheses 0,034 positive and significant effect between leadership variables to job motivation, obtained in a number of partial influence of leadership on employee performance is equal to 0.291 with a mean of 0.007 significant positive and significant effect hypothesis between the variables of leadership on employee performance, obtained in a number of partial influence of motivation work on the performance of employees is equal to 0.212 with a mean of 0.045 significant positive and significant effect hypothesis between the variables of work motivation on employee performance and obtained in a number of partial influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance with a value of 7.692 with a significant F value of 0.001 means that a positive and significant effect hypothesis between the variables of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. To achieve high employee performance and motivation of the employees leadership at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Padang must be improved. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Performance and Path Analysis

Abstract

ABSTRACTIssues that are examined in this study is the effect of product quality dimensions on consumer loyalty XL mobile card on society of Nagari Talango Babungo Kec. Hiliran Gumanti Kab. Solok. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of performance (X1), durability (X2), ease of repair (X3), features (X4), reliability (X5), aesthetics (X6), and the impression of quality (X7) on consumer loyalty card cellular XL on society of Nagari Talang Babungo Kec. Hiliran Gumanti Kab. Solok. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, the data were analyzed by linear regression method berganda.Hasil research shows that First : performance a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty XL mobile card indicated by the coefficient value of 0.291 with a test value of thitung is 4.768 and significant at 0.000 < α = 0.05 . Second : durability a positive   and significant effect on consumer loyalty shown by the coefficient value of 0.051 with a test value of thitung is 1.123 and the value of the test is significant at 0.045 < α = 0.05 . Third : ease of repair a positive and  significant effect on consumer loyalty shown by the coefficient value of 0.286 with a test value of thitung is 4.764 and significant at 0.000 < α = 0.05 . Fourth : features a  positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty shown by the coefficient value of 0.012 with a test value of thitung is 0.238 and significant at 0.024 < α = 0.05 . Fifth : reliability a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty shown by the coefficient value of 0.154 with a test value of thitung is 2.354 and significant at 0.019 < α = 0.05 . Sixth : aesthetics a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty shown by the coefficient value of 0.104 with a test value of thitung is 2.167 and significant at 0.0,031 < α = 0.05 . seventh : the quality impression a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty shown by the coefficient value of 0.256 with a test value of thitung is 5.426 and significant at 0.000 < α = 0.05 . Test Fhitung 42.666 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 and test the coefficient of determination ( R Square) of 73.3 % , while the remaining 26.7 % is explained by other variables or causes beyond regression models of this study . Based on the results of this study concluded that all dimensions of quality products and a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty in the XL mobile card purchase products on society of Nagari Talang Babungo Kec. Hiliran Gumanti Kab. Solok.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to reveal how the promotional mix to influence the customers decision to purchase insurance products and how the influence of word of mouth on customers decision to purchase insurance products Parolamas. The object of research is the customer service life insurance Parolamas Padang. The study population were all customers of life insurance services Parolamas Champaign in 2012 with a sample of 100 customers.  The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression,  based on the results of multiple linear regression equations are as follows : Y = 0.432 + 0.349 + 0.549+0.213. Based on the results of statistical tests, using the t test showed that the promotional mix variable has a significance value 0.000 < 0.05 and word of mouth has a significance value 0.000 < 0.05 so that these variables have a significant influence on the customers decision to purchase insurance products Parolamas soul . Based on the calculation of F count, are jointly independent variable is the promotional mix and word of mouth has a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, this proves that these variables significantly influence the customers decision to purchase life insurance products Parolamas. Based on the test results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination ( R Square ) indicates that the customers decision to purchase insurance products Parolamas promotional mix variables are influenced by word of mouth and by 73.4 %, while the remaining percentage of 26.6 % is explained by other variables or causes beyond regression models of this study. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research is motivated by the influence of stress in the work environment factors , organizational factors and individual factors on employee performance on PT.Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Area II Office of Padang . This study aims to determine the influence of environmental factors , organizational factors and individual factors on employee performance on PT.Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Area II Office of Padang .This research is a descriptive study associative . The population in this study were all employees of PT . Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Area II Office of Padang . The sampling technique used is total sampling . Analysis tools used are validity , reliability test , normality test, multicollinearity , multiple linear regression , t test , F test , and test the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) .The results of this study are : a significant difference between occupational stress factors with employee performance PT.Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Area II Office of Padang . T value to variable environmental factors 2.918 > t table value 1.671 , t value variable organizational factors at 4.464 > t table value of 1.671 , and the t value variable individual factors t value 4.241 > t table value of 1.671 , and the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) of 0.752 .Based on these results , it is advisable for the company considering the factors such as job stress causes environmental factors , organizational factors such as the work load as well as individual factors such as family problems or innate characteristics .

Abstract

 ABSTRACTSales activity is an activity that should be done by the company to market its products in the form of goods or services. Turnover activities undertaken by the company aims to achieve the expected sales volume and favorable to achieve maximum profit for the company by way of sale to the consumer. Issues that are examined in this study was the effect of the cost volume of the promotional mix Sampoerna A Mild cigarette sales in the city of Padang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the advertising (X1), personal selling (X2), sales promotion (X ), and publicity (X ) against cigarette sales volume Sampoerna A Mild - desert city. Data collection techniques using the documentation, the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression method.. 246.155 Fhitung test with significant values of 0.000 < α= 0.05 and test the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 99 %, while the remaining 1 % is explained by other variables or causes beyond regression models of this study. Based on the results of this study concluded that the entire cost of the promotion mix such as advertising costs , the cost of personal selling , sales promotion costs and publicity costs and a significant positive effect on the volume of sales of cigarettes Sampoerna A - Mild in the city of Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see influence the effect of Assurance, tangible and reliability of patient satisfaction at the Lapai Public health. This type of research is associative, this research using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all patients who used services at the Lapai Public Health. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people who were taken using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that all assurance, tangible and reliability had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Lapai Public health.
