Abstract

Relationship marketing establishing, developing and maintaining succesful relational exchanges constitutes a major shift in marketing theory and practice. Relationship marketing refer to all marketing activities directed toward establishing, developing and maintaining succesful relational exchanges.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the use of a new online learning system by students in tertiary institutions, especially in Indonesia. The results of the research show that students' innovativeness has a positive influence on their willingness to use the system. In addition, learning interactions in a subject can increase student learning satisfaction. Innovation can also link between learning satisfaction, intention to use the system, and the expected impact of the system. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing policies, the new online learning system has become a necessary educational service. Although many universities have shifted back to in-person courses, online learning systems can be a meaningful complement to traditional learning methods. This study emphasizes the importance of students' innovativeness in adopting a new online learning system. Good interaction between instructors and students is also important to increase learning satisfaction. The findings of this study indicate that instructors and universities need to provide new opportunities to increase students' willingness and motivation to take online courses and interact in learning. However, keep in mind that this study has some limitations. The data used in this study is limited to students majoring in management and other fields in Indonesia. Furthermore, future research can broaden the scope by involving data from universities in other countries. Abstract

Nurul Ikhlas Qur'an Education Park is located on Jalan Dwi Warna IV RT. 003/RW 009, Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta DKI Jakarta Province, was established in 1990 which was built on a 90 meter plot of land. Nurul Ikhlas Qur'an Education Park is a religious institution whose focus is on memorizing the Qur'an. The method used in community service activities is to provide guidance to teachers and student guardians in developing literacy cultural traditions. The media used in coaching teachers is by application. After coaching about the process of Al-Qur'an Literacy Culture in Improving Al-Qur'an Reading Ability in Qur'an Education Parks using 2 stages, namely the guidance stage of habituation and development. As for the evaluation of students given assignments at home. Factors that support literacy activities are awareness in students and motivation given by teachers/parents to encourage students' interest in reading. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder literacy are students' lack of interest in reading, the family environment and during this pandemic the teacher cannot monitor directly.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Madrasah Trsanawiyah Ruhul Islam have accreditation status. The two Madrasahs were founded in 1973 and have teachers who perform quite well, but in general the learning activities carried out by teachers are still traditional, a small number of teachers master learning methods by utilizing digital technology. In learning the history of Islamic culture, teachers often encounter many obstacles, especially in the motivation and student learning outcomes. This Abdimas provides training on the application of the mind mapping method in general, an introduction to its benefits and how to apply it which can provide added value in the delivery of teaching materials because mind mapping is a new innovation in developing learning. In this training the teachers consisted of teachers for the Islamic Cultural History subject at the Ruhul Islam Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, and besides teachers for the Islamic Cultural History subject at the Ruhul Islam Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The results obtained from this training had quite a positive impact, the partners expressed satisfaction with the training that had been carried out.
