Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of marketing mix variables (product, price, promotion, and place) to the consumer's decision to save the Rural Bank Prisma Airmadidi Fund. The research was conducted in November to December 2010. The primary data obtained through interviews with 50 respondents, customers using questionnaire. Analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 17.0. Hypothesis testing using test-f, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2).The results showed that all four marketing mix variables jointly influence consumer decisions. Variable products and variable space has a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions, promotion variables have positive but not significant, while the price variable and no significant negative effect on consumer decisions. RB Prism Fund is expected to remain maintain product quality while expanding the market to increase the number of consumers / customers. The interest rate should be above the savings rate savings banks. Promotion strategies are needed in the form of prizes to increase the number of BPR Prism Funds.Keywords: marketing mix, decision to save

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the effect of social change especially attitude and social value to the decrease of Tasikria tourism object at Mokupa Village Tombariri Dictrict.The collecting has been conducted for one year, from December, 2014 to December, 2015. The obtained data are primary and decundary data. The primary data are obtained directly from the government at Mokupa Village, Tombariri Sub-Disctrit. The sampling uses purposive sampling chosen at Mokupa Village involving village society such as teacher, government employee, To know the effect of social change especially attitude, it uses Likert Scale Analysis. The research result showed that the effect of social change to tourism object at Mokupa Village Tombariri Sub-Dictrict was high based on attitude and social value of local society.*jnkd*

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the forms of community participation of farmers and non-farmers in the Agricultural Road construction Aertrang Malalayang 1 East Village in the Manado City. The benefits of this research are: research is expected to provide information for the public and education about the forms of participation of farmers and non-farmers in agriculture road construction in the Village of Aertrang Malalayang 1, Manado City. This research collect primary dan secondarydata. Primary data collection through direct face to face interviews and field observations (observation) to 20 respondents using questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study are presented in tabular form. The findings in this study are: (1) The forms of community participation in development activities of agricultural roads in the village Malalayang I Aertrang East, namely: labor, money, materials such as cement, stone and sand. And also, provision of consumption / food to the community members who do the work of farm road construction, (2) community members actively involved in agricultural road construction activities in the Village Malalayang I Aertrang East.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Implementation of Minapolitan Area Development Program with CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product in Bitung City) This research was conducted from May until July 2016 in Bitung City The data collection method used is primary and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis which is used to clearly describe the condition of development of Minapolitan area in Bitung City Evaluation model used is CIPP Evaluation Model (Context, Input, Process, Product, Result) The result of the research is Context Evaluation (1) Based on the evaluation of the implementation context of the development program of Minapolitan area in Bitung City is very suitable if the City of Bitung stipulated by the decree of the minister of marine and fishery Number KEP.32 / MEN / 2010 because Bitung City meets the requirements of a region determined as gai area minapolitan one of which is a strategic location and natural resources available. (2) Based on input evaluais seen from several aspects, among others: (a) infrastructure aspect, (b) institutional aspect and regulation, (c) funding aspect, (3) Based on process evaluation, where the blue ocean port becomes the motto of the mover and the harbor continues to be developed to match the fishing port in the Philippines. (4) Based on product evaluation, the implementation of minapolitan program in Bitung City increases the volume and value of capture fisheries production in Bitung City.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study conducted to determine noodles customer satisfaction the generally seen from the aspect of the product, price, place and service. Research carried out for two months the January 2015 to March 2015 from preparation to making the report. Research was conducted in Pinasungkulan market Manado Karombasan in this case Mie Steven factory, which is focus of consumers who directly buy noodles. Data collected by using the primary data and  secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly through direct interviews with consumers who buy noodles by using  a list of questions / questionnaire that has been prepared, while the secondary data obtained from  related companies of this study, the data analyted using quantitative analysis. Data were measured using a customer satisfaction index (Customer Satisfaction Index). The results showed that the Consumers Statisfaction Index Average of Product, Price, Place and service is satisfied with customer satisfaction index of 72.95 percent. It means that the product, price, service has to meet consumer expectations, while the place has not keep the expectations of consumrs because respondents mean provide an assessment quite satisfied.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the condition of tourist areas in Likupang, to know the internal factors and external factors Likupang tourist location development and its strategies of development. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Selection of sample research used purposive sampling method. The data collections in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews, observations and discussions and documentation. The interview was based on the questionnaire. The discussion was conducted by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Activities. While secondary data collected from various agencies, among others, Central Bureau of Statistics and North Minahasa District Office. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis and Development Strategy. The result of research shows that the development strategy of Likupang tourism area based on SWOT analysis result lies in position of Quadrant I which is located between external opportunity and internal strength where the result of analysis obtained by total score of IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Summary Analysis) is 3,498 and EFAS (External Strategic Factor Summary Analysis) is 3,854. The research concludes that Likupang tourism area development strategy can be done by maintaining panorama and sustainability of beach and Marine Park and also trying to complete infrastructure facilities especially the availability of electricity, water and internet network. Further accelerate the construction of new connecting road from the airport to Likupang so as to shorten the distance and travel time and also set up tourist information center for tourists.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Giving credit program with the intermediary of bank aims to add capital farmers so that they can expand their business. Farmers need more capital obtained through loans, in order to develop farming, so that the results of farming can increase. Problems faced by farmers in Rurukan that farmers have not been able to optimize its production because of capital constraints that hindered farmer?s income could not increase.  Based on the description above, the problem in this research is how the role of agricultural credit from BRI Bank to the income of carrot?s farmers in Rurukan villages. The objective of this research is to analyze the role of agricultural credit from BRI Bank to the income of carrot farmers in Rurukan villages. The method used is descriptive based on survey research area.   The research result showed that loans received by farmers from banks is used for the addition of the factors of production used by farmers as increasing the number of labor, increase the use of fertilizers, seeds and tools, so that production of farmer could increase. The increase in production has resulted in increasing farmer's income as well. So it can be seen that there is a difference between the income of carrot?s farmer before receiving credit and after receiving credit. In other words, credit borrowed from banks have a positive impact on carrot?s farming activities.  Keywords : Giving Credit Program And Farmer?s Income

Abstract

AbstrakThe objective of this research is to determine the effect of marketing mix (Product,Promotion, Place, Price, Process, People and Physical Evidence) to the decision of consumerswho save money on PT. BPR Dana Raya Manado and to see which variable is dominant tothe decisions of consumers who save. The research was conducted at PT. BPR Dana RayaManado. Data is processed by using the method of multiple regression analysis, with SPSS 20statistical calculations. This research used primary and secondary data. The first primary datawas obtained from interviews with respondents by on a list of questions (questionnaires).While the secondary data obtained from the relevant authorities in this study. The method ofdata analysis is to test the validity and reliability testing and multiple regression analysiswith F test and t test.The results of the research showed that 70,3% of independent variables(X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6 and X7) jointly have an influence on the dependent variable (Y),while the remaining 29,7% of consumer decisions is explained by other causes in outsideresearch. The results of the F test analysis showed that the F calculated > F-table with avalue of 17,578 > 2,2371 which means that the variable X (product, promotion, place, price,process, people and physical evidence) significantly influence consumer decisions. Through thet test analysis, each variable X has the value t-count > t-table, where the dominant promotionvariable (X2) that is equal to 0,291 (29,1%).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research has been purposed to describe the effectiveness of Savings and Loans For Woman Group Activity (SPP) in Kauditan Subdistrict North of Minahasa Regency on 2012-2013. The benefit of this research is to provide information about the effectiveness of activity operated by saving and loans for woman group in Kauditan Subdistrict North of Minahasa Regency and to give an information to those who need that information.Data collected are primary data and secondary data. The primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents and the secondary data was obtained from the institutions associated with this research. The sampling method was done by "cluster sampling". The selected respondents were all members of savings and loans for woman group. The total sample is 30 members of savings and loans special for woman group.The results of this research showed that the effectiveness of savings and loans for woman group activity in Subdistrict Kauditan relatively effective with a percentage of 93%. It means that all members of the group used the funds for productive activities by adding capital to business in order to further develop the business.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the perceptions of the peasant community towards the tradition of rambu solo / traditional funeral in Marinding Village. This study lasted for 4 (four) months starting from April 2018 to July 2018 in Marinding Village, Mengkendek Sub-district, Tana Toraja Regency. The data collection method used is primary data collected through direct interviews with the community members and secondary data obtained from the Marinding Village Office. The sampling method used the purposive sampling method. The number of respondents is 15 people. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that there were two types of perceptions from the farmers community towards the tradition of rambu solo / traditional funeral in Marinding Village, Mengkendek Sub-district, Tana Toraja District, namely not supporting and supporting. There are 8 out of 15 respondents who do not support the rambu solo tradition because it is considered a waste that costs very large and expensive and is often for showing their social status in the community. But there is also support in which 7 out of 15 respondents support this tradition because the tradition of the rambu solo tradition reflects the life of the Toraja people who like togetherness and family. In addition, the implementation of solo signs opened up markets and huge profits for the rice farmers, coffee, and cattleman, especially for buffalos and pigs, because they could sell their all agricultural products to people who carried out rambu solo tradition which were usually carried out after the harvest period.*eprm*.
