Abstract

Nowadays, electricity is a basic human need that must be available. Therefore, efforts to obtain electrical energy from renewable natural resources continue to be explored, especially water energy from watersheds and sub-watersheds. Aceh Province is a relatively widely available area of ​​watersheds and sub-watersheds. This study aims to analyze and categorize the potential of electric power generated by the Lawe Sempali sub-watershed, Aceh province, as a source of hydroelectric power. The method used in this research is the study of literature and field studies. The rainfall analysis of the ten year return period plan was carried out with four approaches, namely (i) normal distribution method (ii) normal log distribution method, (iii) Gumbel distribution method, and (iv) Pearson III log distribution method. Discharge plans that occur are analyzed using the rational method. The categorization of the power capacity of hydroelectric power plants is based on the capacity that can be produced by the sub-watershed. The results of this study were to report that the Lawe Sempali Sub-watershed has the potential to be a source of hydroelectric power generation in the category of micro-hydro and or small-hydro power plants. The capacity of electric power generated with planned discharge in the shortest return period (2 years) is a minimum of 68.21 KW (head 2 m) and a maximum of 3.41 MW (head 100 m).

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji tentang kemampuan berpikir logis matematis siswa khususnya pada materi aritmatika sosial. kemampuan berpikir logis merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang untuk mengambil sebuah kesimpulan berdasarkan pola atau aturan tertentu secara konsisten.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir logis matematis yang dimiliki siswa SMP dalam materi aritmatika sosial. Adapun indikator yang digunakan yaitu berpikir runtun, kemampuan berargumen dan menarik kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu  kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan subjek dilakukan secara probability sampling, artinya subjek dipilih dengan memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap siswa untuk menjadi subjek dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu  tes. Hasil tes kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data deskriptif yang didasari oleh indikator kemampuan berpikir logis matematis. Kata-kata kunci: kemampuan berpikir logis, siswa SMP, aritmatika sosial

Abstract

Tanah adalah media dan sumber daya alam terpenting untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman. Tanaman dapat tumbuh ketika tanah dengan kondisi baik, sehat dan subur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji karakteristik sifat elektro-optik dari tanah berdasarkan spektrum near infrared agar menghasilkan informasi panjang gelombang relevan dengan nutrisi atau properties kimia tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rentang panjang gelombang relevan untuk menggambarkan properties dan nutrisi tanah seperti ikatan O-H yang terdapat pada panjang gelombang 5250 – 5261 Cm-1, 5843 – 5854 Cm-1, C-H pada panjang gelombang 5696– 5715 Cm-1 , 7443 – 7509 Cm-1.Analysis of Soil Spectrum Characteristics Based on Near Infrared SpectroscopySoil is the most important medium and natural resource for plant growth and development. Plants can grow when the soil is in good, healthy and fertile conditions. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of the electro-optical properties of the soil based on the near infrared spectrum in order to produce wavelength information relevant to the nutrient or chemical properties of the soil. The results showed that the wavelength range is relevant to describe soil properties and nutrients such as O-H bonds found at wavelength 5250 – 5261 Cm-1, 5843 – 5854 Cm-1, C-H at wavelength 5696 – 5715 Cm-1 , 7443 – 7509 Cm-1

Abstract

Abstrak. Air merupakan salah satu sumber kehidupan, karena air adalah zat atau unsur esensial bagi kehidupan manusia dan mahluk hidup lainnya. Dapat dikatakan tidak ada kehidupan di muka bumi ini yang dapat berlangsung tanpa air. Tanpa ketersediaan air yang mencukupi kebutuhan manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya konflik. Maka dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar potensi ketersediaan air berdasarkan debit yang tersedia pada Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Krueng Aceh. Ketersediaan air pada DAS Krueng Aceh diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan wilayah tersebut secara kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode FJ. Mock. Metode ini dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan pendekatan model hujan aliran dengan menggunakan data curah hujan, evapotranspirasi potensial, dan karakteristik hidrologi untuk memprediksi besar debit sungai dengan interval waktu bulanan.Calculating Water Supply in Krueng Aceh Watershed using Mock ModelAbstract. Water is a source of life, because water is an essential substance or element for human life and other living things. It can be said that no life on this earth can take place without water. Without the availability of water that meets the needs of human and other living things, conflicts can occur. This study aims to analyze how much potential water availability based on the available discharge in the Krueng Aceh watershed. The availability of water in the Krueng Aceh watershed is expected to meet the needs of the area quantitatively. The analysis used in this study is the FJ Mock method.. This method is carried out by applying a rainfall- run off model approach and using rainfall data, potential evapotranspiration, and hydrological characteristics to predict the amount of river discharge with monthly time interval.

Abstract

The implementation of this service aims to introduce an ultraviolet (UV) drying chamber, drying techniques/manufacture of pumpkin flour, and glutinous rice flour to reduce the dependence of women members in family welfare empowerment group (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga/PKK) and women members in Integrated Service Post (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu/Posyandu) in Ujong XII Village on the use of flour in the market and replace it with processed flour. The approach method offered in this Product-Based Community Service activity is counseling and training on the manufacture of pumpkin flour and glutinous rice using a UV innovation greenhouse effect dryer. The results achieved in this service are the capacity of the drying house ±30 kg with an average drying temperature of 55 °C. The community has the skills and practice of processing and drying timphan flour in the form of pumpkin flour and glutinous rice flour. In conclusion, the application of a UV dryer house can facilitate the drying of raw materials for making timphan.
