Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh modal kerja,likuiditas dan solvabilitas terhadap rentabilitas pada KPRI obor Guru Kota Bima periode tahun 2014-2019. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan Keuangan dan neraca periode tahun 1966-2019. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 6 tahun penelitian yang memenuhi syarat sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan metode analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap rentabilitas, variabel likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap rentabilitas, variabel solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap rentabilitas. Secara simultan variabel modal kerja, likuiditas dan solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rentabilitas.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of the nonphysical work environment on the work discipline of employees at the Regional Planning and Development Agency of Bima City. This research uses associative research type. The research instrument used is a questionnaire used, namely a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Bima City, amounting to 53 people, 38 civil servants, 2 honorary k-2 workers, 11 contract workers, and 2 volunteers. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. The considerations of researchers using purposive sampling are (1) To facilitate researchers in the sampling process; and (2) The researcher only examined employees with the status of civil servants (PNS), totaling 38 employees. The results showed that non-physical work environment variables had a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, etos kerja, support pimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh penyuluh pertanian Kota Bima yang tersebar pada empat UPT Balai Pelaksana Penyuluhan Pertanian berjumlah 44 orang penyuluh pertanian. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 44 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh., sedangkan etos kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan support pimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian. Penelitian ini disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan kebijakan yang pro penyuluh pertanian sehingga berpengaruh pada penyuluh  untuk melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Selain itu, penyuluh pertanian yang bertugas di UPT Balai Pelaksana Penyuluhan Pertanian agar mengembangkan profesionalitas, menyusun materi penyuluhan, mengevaluasi dan melaporkan hasil, serta menerapkan metode penyuluhan.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee morale at PT Telkom Branch Bima. The number of samples of 53 people was obtained and is a population study because it uses the entire population to be the sample. with a saturated sample technique (total population). The instrument in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression with correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination and t test. The results showed that the leadership style variable (X) had a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Telkom Branch Bima. From the t-test calculation, the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (4.622> 2.007) with a significant level smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). In addition, the R Square value of 0.543 (54.3%) indicates that leadership style has a strong enough relationship with employee morale at PT. Telkom Branch Bima.

Abstract

Implementation of community service in addition to the other two dharmas, it is hoped that there will always be an interelection between the university and the surrounding community. Mentoring activities through community service at KKN locations were also continued with gotong royong activities which have become the culture of the Indonesian people. Through MBKM KKNT activities we are required to practice science, technology, and art. We are expected to be motivators and facilitators of development efforts, especially in rural areas. Community service carried out by the author uses the mentoring method through attracting community participation to do mutual cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. The objectives of the activity are; as a solution to reduce the level of slums that occur in Kendo Village. Based on mentoring activities in the form of mutual assistance in realizing clean and healthy living behaviors, it is expected to strengthen community capacity through physical and spiritual health. Mutual cooperation activities as a form of tolerance for humanity are the goals of the Stie Bima KKNT MBKM work program.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik terhadap kepuasan pelanggan elektronik di marketplace shopee. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif dan lokasinya di Kota Bima. Dalam pemilihan responden, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sehingga memperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian terdiri atas observasi, wawancara, angket/kuesioner, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Kemudian instrumen penelitian akan dilakukan tes instrumen dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, uji t (parsial), dan uji f (simultan). Hasil tes instrument membuktikan bahwasannya semua instrumen yang digunakan dapat dinyatakan valid dan reliabel atau konsisten. Lalu dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan elektronik.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan elektronik; Kualitas Layanan elektronik; MarketplaceAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic service quality on electronic customer satisfaction in the shopee marketplace. This type of research is quantitative associative research and its location is in Bima City. In selecting respondents, the researcher used purposive sampling technique. This obtaining a sample of 100 respondents. Research data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, questionnaires/questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Then the research instrument will be tested using the instrument test validity and reliability test. The data analysis method in this study used simple linear regression, t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous). The results of the instrument test prove that all the instruments used can be declared valid and reliable or consistent. Then in this study it was found that the quality of electronic services had a positive and significant effect on electronic customer satisfaction.Keywords: E-Customer Satisfaction; E-Service Quality; Marketplace

Abstract

Mentoring activities through community service at the KKN location took advantage of the 17 August moment as a form of participation in caring for the surrounding environment. The main goal is to build togetherness with the community at the KKN location. To carry out this service activity, the stages carried out are: preliminary study, discussion, activity reporting, and evaluation. The presence of students enlivened the competition by recruiting children who were assisted by the Koran as well as school children to actively enliven the commemoration of August 17, 1945 in Kendo Village. In addition, students are active in approaching the Kendo community regarding community activities to welcome August 17, 1945 in Kendo Village and dig up information on local wisdom that is usually done by the community. The August 17 activity became an incidental agenda for the STIE Bima KKNT MBKM work program because it was not stated in the main work program and daily work program. However, considering that KKN activities are a form of community service, it is deemed necessary to participate actively in these activities.

Abstract

Various innovations from today's technological developments continue to diversify in various implementations, especially in the economic sector. Almost all activities in the digitalized era are fast, accurate and efficient. The role of the internet attracts some business actors to switch from traditional business models to online business-based business models as well as inventory with information or physical goods that are modified with electronic products that utilize digital marketing that uses digital technology that has been integrated with new technologies such as smartphones and their supporting applications. . The research objective is to measure the effectiveness of using QRIS as a digital transaction tool in the City of Bima. This type of research is qualitative with purposive sampling. The research sample is millennial generation students who always use QRIS as a means of payment in buying various products or services both online and offline. Interview data collection techniques and literature study. From the results of the interviews it was found that students as a mineral generation did not feel that they were using QRIS in Kota Bima, that in terms of the ease and benefits of using QRIS it was effective, this reflected the results of interviews with informants who stated that they did not find difficulties in using QRIS and even using QRIS made it easier for them to do so. purchase and payment transactions for products/services both online and offline.

Work motivation is the most important element that employees must have in the world of work because motivation is not only a driving force but also directs and strengthens employee behavior and performance. This research aims to determine and analyze work motivation between permanent employees and contract employees at the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency. This type of research is comparative. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this research was all employees of the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency, totaling 62 employees and the sample used was 30 permanent employees and 30 contract employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the quota sampling method. Data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity test, reliability test and independent sample t-test. The research results show that there is a significant difference in work motivation between permanent employees and contract employees at the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency.

The level of work ability plays an important role in an organization so that the goals of the organization are realized effectively and efficiently, for that both State Civil Servants (ASN) and honorary employees. This research aims to determine and analyze the work capabilities of ASN and honorary employees at the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency. This type of research is comparative. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this study were all employees of the National Disaster Management Agency for the City of Bima, totaling 62 employees and the sample used was 30 civil servants and 30 honorary employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the quota sampling method. Data was collected by observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests and independent sample t-tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference in the ability to work as civil servants and honorary workers at the Bima City National Disaster Management Agency.
