Abstract

Usaha Kopi Pilozz produksi UMKM di Desa Bocek Karangploso dipimpin Ibu Ir. Chresna Cutha Radtra. Keberadaan kopi Pilozz sangat diharapkan petani karena dapat menyerap pemasaran kopi dan meningkatkan produksi kopi lokal. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk memberikan dukungan terhadap mitra kopi Pilozz sehingga mampu menjadi UMKM produktif. Usaha Kopi Pilozz memiliki potensi besar untuk bisa dikembangkan namun masih memiliki beberapa kendala. Sarana produksi yang masih sederhana, kemampuan produksi terbatas (2,5-3 kg/hari), serta biji kopi yang dihasilkan masih banyak pecah merupakan permasalahan mitra yang perlu dibantu penyelesaiannya. Hasil diskusi dengan mitra diputuskan beberapa program prioritas yaitu pembenahan sarana dan prasarana guna peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi. Pembuatan dome, peningkatan kapasitas mesin pemecah kulit ari (huller) dan daya mesin penggeraknya, pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen, menyusun SOP dan SSOP produksi kopi Pilozz hingga memperoleh PIRT, merk dagang kopi Pilozz dan pemasaran secara online merupakan program yang diselesaikan. Melalui pendampingan dari tim PKM maka usaha Kopi Pilozz semakin berkembang, terdapat peningkatan produksi, perbaikan manajemen usaha dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran baik melalui pola kerjasama ataupun pemasaran secara online. Dengan kemasan yang lebih menarik dan mampu menambah masa simpan produk, maka peluang usaha Kopi Pilozz lebih produktif bisa terwujud.

Abstract

The existence of Radio in the midst of the community has a very big role, because it is to meet the needs of the local community. Thus the need for public perception about the image of RRI Ende Flores Pro 1. The purpose of this study is to find out how listeners' perceptions about the image of RRI Pro 1 and the supporting factors of the RRI Pro 1 image of Ende Flores station as a rural broadcast radio. In this study used a qualitative research method with data collection steps carried out through observation, documentation and interviews with informants in the field obtained through sampling. From that step, data analysis is performed using an interactive data analysis model that includes the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research conducted, a conclusion has been reached; (1) Listeners' perceptions about the image of RRI Pro 1 Ende Flores Station as a rural radio broadcast viewed from motivation, attention, cognition, attitude and response. The perception has been built so that the community is greatly helped through rural broadcasts; (2) In building the listener's perception of the image of RRI pro 1 Ende Flores station, the supporting factors are stimulus, informative, time period in listening to rural broadcasts and perception. Which affects the formation of public perception through the program.

Abstract

Abstract: The family hope program in the education sector is a social protection program that has the character of providing conditional cash assistance to very poor households in the education sector as a form of social protection by the government to the poor. Currently the number of beneficiaries up to 2018 reaches 10 million program beneficiaries, a number that is very much even though still from a small number of poor people in Indonesia. The general objective of the family program hopes in the education sector is to improve accessibility to education services in supporting the achievement of short-term quality of life and breaking the long-term poverty chain. The family hope program in the education sector is part of the family program component of hope which is the focus of poverty alleviation in the education sector which aims to change the lives of the poor so that they are more qualified in accordance with the abilities they sharpen in school. Actually the family hope program is a form of poverty alleviation, but this model does not involve the participation of the community as a whole, but only people who are classified as poor and have entered verification data that has been determined. Where the government has a big role in providing minimal assistance so that people can achieve a better quality of life than before. Keywords: Family Hope, Education, Poverty Program Abstrak: Program keluarga harapan bidang pendidikan merupakan program perlindungan sosial yang bersifat memberikan bantuan tunai bersyarat pada rumah tangga sangat miskin dalam bidang pendidikan sebagai bentuk perlindungan sosial oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat miskin. Saat ini jumlah penerima manfaat sampai dengan 2018 mencapai 10 juta penerima manfaat program, jumlah yang sangat banyak walaupun masih dari sebagian kecil jumlah penduduk miskin yang ada di Indonesia. Tujuan umum program keluarga harapan bidang pendidikan adalah untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas terhadap pelayanan pendidikan dalam mendukung tercapainya kualitas hidup jangka pendek dan memutus rantai kemiskinan jangka panjang. Program keluarga harapan bidang pendidikan merupakan bagian dari komponen program keluarga harapan yang menjadi fokus dalam pengentasan kemiskinan bidang pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengubah kehidupan masyarkat miskin agar lebih berkualitas sesuai dengan kemampuan yang mereka asah dalam bersekolah. Sebenarnya Program keluarga harapan adalah bentuk pengentasan kemiskinan namun model seperti ini tidak melibatkan pastisipasi masyarakat secara keseluruhan, namun hanya masyarakat yang memang tergolong miskin dan telah masuk verifikasi data yang telah di tentukan. Dimana pemerintah mempunyai peran besar dalam menyediakan bantuan minimal supaya masyarakat bisa mencapai kualitas hidup yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya.Kata Kunci: Program Keluarga Harapan, Pendidikan, Kemiskinan

Abstract

Abstract: Human life is always filled by decision-making. Decision-making is a science and an art that must be sought, learned, owned and developed maximally to gain benefit and solutions that maximize value, in improving the performance of employees for the benefit of the organization. However, this problem is still an ecological phenomenon between rational and bounded decision making, so employees’ performance becomes the answer to the problem. This research is a quantitative research. The samples used was a purposive sampling, with the main data collection techniques with a questionnaire and supported by the documentation. The results of this study proved that rational and bounded decision making had a very positive effect on employees’ performance known by t count (2.521 and 3.624). There was a performance improvement of 66.7%. Based on these results, in improving the performance of employees required a quick and decisive decision-making process in order to play an important role to create employees’ behaviors. Based on the explanation above, it could be understood that the aspects of performance required loyalty, initiative, honesty, discipline, personality, cooperation, creativity, work result, skills and responsibilities and solutions; Completeness of facilities infrastructure, work facilities availability, and other adequate support such as telecommunications and informatics technology.  Keywords: Rational Decision, Bounded, Employee Performance Abstrak:         Kehidupan manusia selalu diisi oleh peristiwa pengambilan keputusan. Pengambilan keputusan, ilmu maupun seni yang harus dicari, dipelajari, dimiliki dan dikembangkan secara maksimum dalam meraih manfaat serta solusi yang memaksimalkan nilai, dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai  untuk kepentingan organisasi. Namun, masalah ini masih fenomena ekologis antara pengambilan keputusan rasional dan bounded, sehingga kinerja pegawai menjadi jawaban atas persoalan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling, dengan teknik pengumpulan data utama digunakan kuesioner didukung oleh dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengambilan keputusan rasional dan bounded memiliki pengaruh yang sangat positif terhadap kinerja pegawai diketahui dengan nilai thitung (2,521 dan 3,624) terdapat peningkatan kinerja sebesar 66,7%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dibutuhkan proses pengambilan keputusan secara cepat dan tegas sehingga berperan penting untuk menciptakan perilaku pegawai. Berdasarkan penjelasan maka dapat dipahami bahwa aspek dalam kinerja diperlukan kesetiaan, prakarsa, kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kepribadian, kerjasama, kreativitas, hasil kerja, kecakapan dan tanggungjawab serta penyelesaian; kelengkapan sarana prasarana, tersedianya sarana kerja, dan pendukung lainnya yang memadai seperti teknologi telekomunikasi dan informatika. Kata Kunci: Keputusan Rasional, Bounded,  Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Abstract : A visionary leader has an important role in improving the performance and behavior of employees to realize the success of the organization, especially government agencies in providing better administrative service to the community.Visionary Leadrship is expected to provide benefits for the organization to continue to live and grow. This study aimed to determine how bid was the influence of visionary leadership on the performance of employees in providing administrative service. Quantitative descriptive research with the steps: population data collection and sampling techniques purposive sampling, instrument include: questionnaires, observation, documentation, the validity of the test data analysis, reliabelitas, simple regression, correlation and t-test, the coefficient of determination. The result of research proved that visionary leadership style had positive influence on employee’s performance in providing administrative services with t count (4,024) and there was an improvement of employee’s performance in providing administrative services as much as 62,4%.Based on that, then in improving the perfomance of employees,leadership played an important role to create employees behavior to provide good service to the community through visionary leadership. Keyword: Visionary Leadership, Employee Performance Abtraksi : Seorang pimpinan mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja maupun perilaku pegawai untuk mewujudkan keberhasilan organisasi terutama lembaga pemerintahan dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. Kepemimpinan Visioner diharapkan dapat memberikan keunggulan-keunggulan bagi organisasi agar terus hidup dan berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi di Desa Pesanggrahan Kecamatan Batu Kota Batu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan langkah-langkah: pengumpulan data populasi serta teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling, instrument meliputi: kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi, dengan analisi data uji validitas , reliabelita, regresi sederhana, kolerasi dan uji t, koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan visioner memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi di Desa Pesanggrahan Kecamatan Batu Kota Batu dengan nilai thitung (4,024) dan terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi sebanyak 62,4%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai maka pimpinan berperan penting untuk menciptakan perilaku pegawai untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat melalui kepemimpinan visioner. Abstract

Abstract: The bureaucracy role in improving the service quality must be able to fulfill the society need. To get the good service, the official has to be responsible to the customer service. The purpose of this research is knowing the effort of beuraucracy reformation in improving the public service also knowing the supporting and inhibiting factor inside. The ability and the human resource of the bureaucrater is very needed, so that the service orientation reachable gotten. The purpose of this research is knowing the efforts of bureaucracy reformation in increasing the public service and knowing the supportive factors in improving public service. The research used qualitative research. Purposive sampling technique was used in it. The data collecting were observation, interview, documentation. The technique of data anlaysis were data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion-taking. The data validation was examined through credibility exam by using triangulation technique. The result of the research proved that the effort of bureaucracy reformation in increasing the public service, they were: Increasing the quality of human resource based on the SOP, the welfare giving and fairness toward society, based on the Oprational standard of Public service. Paralyzed with the principles of public government and giving protection and the law assurance. The supported factor of the orientation about bureaucracy reformation in improving the public service based on the Law number 24 the year 2014 concerning to the operational standard of service, the work facility and leader motivation. Abstrak, Peran birokrasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan harus dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, agar dapat memperoleh pelayanan yang baik pejabat yang bertugas bisa bertanggung jawab pada tugasnya dalam melayani pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui orientasi reformasi birokrasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat orientasi reformasi birokrasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, teknik penentuan responden menggunakan purposive sampling, teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data: Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui uji kredibilitas yaitu dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa orientasi reformasi birokrasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik mengarah pada peningkatan mutu SDM yang berpatokan pada SOP. Faktor pendukung ialah ketersedian fasilitas kerja dan motivasi pimpinan serta adanya koordinasi antar pegawai yang baik sehingga mampu meningkatkan unsur ketepatan, kecepatan, kesesuaian dan mampu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang baik. Faktor penghambat yaitu masih kurang pemahaman warga tentang persyaratan-persyaratan dalam pengurusan surat menyurat, serta adanya hambatan koneksi internet yang berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan pelayanan. Kata kunci : Reformasi Birokrasi, Pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Abstract: The role of Public Relations is an actualization in optimizing the working quality of human resources which is concerning to create, to build, to increase, to maintain the credibility and to publish any working program of institution. The role of a human resource purposed to create a nice relationship for all public so that it will get th direct feedback from society and presented as the participation and make sure to public for believing the surplus of the institution. The strategy is also needed to maintain the credibility of institution. So, the role of human resource is very essential, the goodside and badside of human resource could influence the public opinion to the institution. In organization world, the human resource’s business car rivalized to anothers. This research assumed to be important for knowing the human resources role in increasing the credibility of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University by using descriptive qualitative research. Beside that, the writer used many ways to get the datas. They are interview and documentation. Then, to check the data validation analyzed used the data triangulation technique. Key words: The role, Human Resources, Credibility Abstrak : Peran public relations atau humas merupakan bentuk mengoptimalkan kerja humas yang bertugas untuk menciptakan, membangun, menigkatkan, mempertahankan citra dan mempublikasikan segala bentuk program kerja lembaga/instansi. Peran seorang humas bertujuan untuk menjalin kerja sama yang baik kepada semua publik sehingga mendapatkan feedback langsung dari masyarakat sebagai bentuk partisipasi dan menyakinkan publik untuk mempercayai keunggulan lembaga/instansi tersebut. Strategi juga sangat diperlukan didalam mempertahankan citra lembaga/instansi. Dengan bgitu peran humas dalam suatu instansi sanat penting, baik atau tidaknya seorang humas dapat mempengaruhi opini publik bagi lembaga/perusahaan tersebut. Didalam dunia organisasi bisnis seorang humas mampu bersaing dengan lembaga lainnya. Penelitian ini dianggap penting untuk mengetahui peran humas dalam meningkatkan citra pada Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriftif. Selain itu penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa hal untuk bisa memperoleh data, yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk memeriksa keabsahan data yang sudah dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Kata Kunci : Peran, Humas, Citra

Abstract

Abstrac: Basically, public service is an effort to fulfill public needs, with the main purpose for the satisfaction of society. However, the public services provided by the service providers still do not meet the public satisfaction. This study aimed to determine how big was the influence of public service to the level of satisfaction felt by the community. This research used quantitative descriptive research and the data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, observation. The population of this research was the society that became customer of Batu’s Investment Board. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people by using Purposive Sampling. The data quality test consisted of validity and reliability test and using simple regression analysis method. Result of research indicated that service quality 67,25%. Based on the hypothesis test using SPSS 16.0, the value of t arithmetic was 2,674 with significance value 0,015

Abstract

Abstrak: Birokrasi sebagai suatu sistem yang dijalankan oleh pegawai yang berpegang pada hirarki, lamban dan beriku-liku. Substansi birokrasi adalah pemimimpin dan bawahan berkaitan erat dengan tugas serta kewajibannya dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi organisasi. Implementasi birokrasi adalah adanya proses belajar mengajar, pelayanan dan yang dilayani di Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. Akan tetapi, pelaksanaan kepemimpinan visioner terhadap pelayanan prima tersebut belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan sumber data primer yang diperkuat data sekunder dengan alat pengambilan data angket, dokumen dan observasi, teknik sampling dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, analisa data dilakukan dengan proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi serta skala likert. Hasil penelitian Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner di Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang berjalan dengan baik 40%, dan Pelayanan Prima berjalan dengan sangat baik 35%. Bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner yang baik berdampak pada pelayanan prima yang sangat baik. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Visioner, Pelayanan Prima. Abstract: Bureaucracy as a system that is run by employees who hold on to hierarchy, and beriku slow turns. Substance Leaders and subordinate bureaucracy is closely related to the duties and responsibilities in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization. Implementation of the bureaucracy is the process of learning, service and served on the University of Malang Tunggadewi Tribhuwana. However, the implementation of the visionary leadership of the excellent service that has not been completely worked well. Methods of research conducted by quantitative descriptive type of research , the primary data source is amplified by means of secondary data pengmbilan questionnaire data , documents and observation , sampling techniques using purposive sampling , data analysis conducted with the data reduction , data presentation , and conclusion/verification and Likert scale.
