Abstract

Setiap pemimpin diharapkan mampu mengarahkan pegawai untuk mencapai visi dan misi organisasi melalui komitmen dan pemberdayaan pegawai. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung secara parsial komitmen organisasional dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan pengaruh langsung secara simultan pada RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) sebagai alat uji statistik. Responden yang dijadikan sampel sebagai unit analisis sebanyak 84 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: secara parsial komitmen organisasi dan pemberdayaa memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; secara simultan komitmen organisasi dan pemberdayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Atasan langsung pegawai perlu membangun keharmonisan hubungan kerja dalam melakukan pengawasan di tempat kerja; memberikan kesempatan untuk memanfaatkan waktu luang untuk melakukan aktivitas lain dalam bekerja; mengevaluasi dan menerapkan disiplin kerja pegawai secara adil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1). Menganalisis pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai PT. Pos Cabang Ternate 2). Menganalisis variabel karakateristik kompetensi terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Ternate. 3) Menganalisis variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Ternate. 4). Menganalisis variabel budaya organisasi, karakteristik kompetensi, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Ternate. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Regresi Linier Berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik uji-t dan uji-F, setelah dilakukan uji ekonometrik berupa uji normaitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial baik variabel budaya organisasi, karakteristik kompetensi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja layanan publik. Demikian pula pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut di atas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja layanan publik pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia di KotaTernate. Abstract

Analysis of the Implementation of the Integrity Zone at the Ternate Police for the Realization of a Corruption-Free Area". With the supervisory commission of Abdulrahman Jannang and Rahmat Sabuhari. This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Integrity Zone at the Ternate Police Resort in terms of 6 (six) areas of change which include Change Management, Management Arrangement, HR Management Arrangement, Strengthening Supervision, Strengthening Performance Accountability, and Improved Service Quality . This study uses a qualitative descriptive method involving 8 informants as well as a study of study documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Integrity Zone at the Ternate Police from the aspect of change management is visible there is a commitment from the leadership and all service implementing units in building an Integrity Zone, this is shown by the performance of service officers who prioritize community satisfaction. The management arrangement shows that it is quite good, but there are still E-Office indicators that need to be encouraged to use so that the control system is more optimal. Structuring the HR management system still needs to increase the competence of HR in charge of public services, not all of the personnel on duty have the qualifications to take part in function training in service units . Strengthening performance accountability, from the administrative side, it has been very good in supporting the implementation of activities, but there are still visible deficiencies in the readiness of supporting infrastructure that is still lacking, especially the Traffic function service , Strengthening supervision, the supervision system is carried out in stages by involving several related functions to encourage the creation of transparent and free public services. from practices that lead to abuse of authority. Improving the quality of public services, there are still shortcomings in infrastructure facilities that are not adequate in supporting services to the community, especially the Traffic function, the unsupported facility is indicated by the absence of intensive coordination of the service function with the planning function for the provision of the required service facilities

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze:(1) the positive and significant effect of perceived organizational supporton affective commitment; (2) the effect of perceived organizationalsupport positively and significantly on job satisfaction; (3) The effect ofjob satisfaction positively and significantly on Affective Commitment;and (4) Perception of Organizational Support positively and significantlytowards Affective Commitment through job satisfaction at PT TelkomIndonesia, Ternate City.The data analysis technique used in this studyis SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3 as astatistical test tool.Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural EquationModeling with SMART PLS as tools for the statistical test. Datacollection tools used are questionnaires and interviews, and the numberof respondents was 151 employee.Finding: The results of the SEM-SMART-PLS calculation show that thet-statistic value of 5.854 is greater than the t-table of 1.96 and the valueof = 5% is smaller than the p-value of 0.000. This means that hypothesis1 is accepted.Furthermore, the second hypothesis testing shows the tstatisticvalue of 8,047 which is greater than the t table value of = 5%,which is smaller than the p-value of 0.000. Testing the third (H3)hypothesis shows that the t-statistic value of 6.708 is also greater thanthe t-table value of = 5% smaller than the p-value of 0.000. This meansthat hypothesis 3 is accepted. Testing the fourth hypothesis (H4),namely the t-statistic value of 4,870, the value of = 5%, which is smallerthan the p-value of 0.000. This means that hypothesis 4 is accepted.Conclusion: The conclusions in this study are: (1) Perception oforganizational support has a significant positive effect on affectivecommitment; (2) Perception of organizational support has a significantpositive effect on job satisfaction; (3) Job satisfaction has a significantand positive effect on affective commitment; and (4) job satisfaction isa variable mediating the effect of perceived organizational support onaffective commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically test and analyze the effect of simplification on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the BPS Scope of North Maluku Province. The influence discussed is the influence between variables. The research design uses surveys and questionnaires. The population in this study are employees within the BPS of North Maluku Province who have experienced simplification of the bureaucracy (transfer of structural positions to functional positions). In this study, researchers used a sampling technique with a proposive sampling method using a sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis method uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that 1) Simplification of the bureaucracy has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the Scope of the BPS throughout North Maluku Province, 2) Simplification of the bureaucracy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Scope of BPS throughout North Maluku Province, 3) Job satisfaction has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Scope of BPS of North Maluku Province, 4) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of bureaucratic simplification on employee performance at the Scope of BPS of North Maluku Province.
