Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Peran Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Pemberdayaan dan Person Organization Fit (P-O Fit) Terhadap Kinerja Guru Melalui Komitmen Organisasional pada MI Kecamatan Pekalongan Utara. Dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 104 responden dengan teknik sensus dan dilaksanakan pada guru di MI Kecamatan Pekalongan Utara. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi, uji t dan uji mediasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of services and facilities on patient satisfaction in Limpung Batang Hospital. The poppulation in this study were all people who had been patients, both outpatients and inpatients. The sammpling technique in this study ussed the accidental sampling method, the researchers took samples that happened to be met at that time there were 50 patients who met the sample selection criteria. The data analysiss technique used in this ressearch is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity  test.  The ressults showed that the service variable partially affected patient satisfaction with the value and the facility variable partially affected patient satisfaction. Service and facility variables simultaneously affect patient satisfaction in Limpung Batang Hospital. Keywords: Services, facilities, patient satisfaction

Abstract

With these various problems, the researchers set the research objective, namely to find out efforts to prevent and control the spread of sexually transmitted infections during the Covid-19 pandemic in Batang Regency and what factors influence it. Data collection in this qualitative descriptive study was carried out in three ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that efforts to prevent and control sexually transmitted infections, especially HIV/AIDS during the Covid-19 pandemic in Batang Regency are realized through several programs and activities, namely outreach programs, Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT), Care Support and Treatment (VCT). CST), Anti Retroviral Therapy (ART), Prevention of Mother-To-Child Transmission (PMTCT), Directly Observed Treatment, Shorourse Chemotherapy (DOTS) and Mentoring. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on several STI disease prevention and control programs is in the form of reducing service time even to the point of discontinuing services caused by government policies in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, factors that hinder and support efforts to prevent and control STIs during the COVID-19 pandemic lead to the government's policy of imposing restrictions on community activities and utilizing advances in information technology.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Ma’arif NU Nusahada Reban. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 14 orang guru di SMK Ma'arif NU Nusahada Reban. Pada penelitian ini, seluruh populasi tersebut digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, analisis linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) diperoleh nilai signifikansi pengaruh disiplin kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,808 (4,808 hitung > 2,201 tabel) yang artinya disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru; (2) diperoleh nilai signifikansi pengaruh kompetensi (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 0,001 (0,001 < 0,05) dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,618 (4618 hitung > 2,201 tabel) yang artinya kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru; (3) diperoleh nilai signifikansi pengaruh disiplin kerja (X1) dan kompetensi (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 0,001 (0,001 < 0,05) dan nilai f hitung sebesar 12,672 (12,672 hitung > 3,98 tabel) yang artinya disiplin kerja dan kompetensi bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru
