Abstract

Permasalahan mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah minimnya pengetahuan anggota ORARI Inhil dan Gugus Depan Gerakan Pramuka Universitas Islam Indragiri mengenai regulasi kegiatan amatir radio dan komunikasi radio antar penduduk berdasarkan Permenkominfo No. 17 Tahun 2018. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan hukum anggota mengenai regulasi kegiatan amatir radio dan komunikasi radio antar penduduk berdasarkan Permenkominfo tersebut sebagai payung hukum dalam melakukan tindakan terhadap para pelanggar penggunaan frekuensi amatir radio. Termasuk mengatur penegasan mengenai kewajiban bagi para amatir radio untuk menjadi anggota ORARI berikut sanksinya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan ceramah, dialog, dan diskusi dalam rangka memberikan penyuluhan hukum. Partisipasi mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah menyediakan waktu, menyediakan tempat beserta fasilitas pendukung lainnya, dan menghadirkan anggotanya sebagai peserta. Hasil kegiatan ini telah berhasil dilaksanakan, yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman peserta mengenai regulasi kegiatan amatir radio dan komunikasi radio antar penduduk berdasarkan Permenkominfo No. 17 Tahun 2018. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jawaban para peserta pada kuesioner yang diberikan setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Dari 24 orang peserta, 75% menjawab telah memahaminya. Sarannya adalah sebaiknya kegiatan dengan seperti ini dilaksanakan juga kepada anggota Organisasi lain yang bergerak di bidang sosial kemasyarakatan. Target luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah publikasi artikel ilmiah pada jurnal nasional dari semua rangkuman materi yang disampaikan oleh para pemateri sebagai tambahan referensi. Di samping itu, hasil kegiatan didokumentasikan dalam bentuk laporan pelaksanaan dan dimuat dalam jurnal ilmiah agar bisa memberikan manfaat seluas-luasnya secara akademis dan tataran praktis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to help predict the number of prospective new students who will register in the academic year 2023/2024 until the academic year 2026/2027. The research method uses the Statistical Parabolic Projection Method with data on the number of new student registrations of UNISI (Indragiri Islamic University) Tembilahan over the past 7 years. Research Results Based on Research Equations formed in predicting the number of new students who will register in the academic year period 2023/2024 are 651 students, 2024/2025 are 818 students, 2025/2026 are 1001 Students, 2023/2024 are 1200 Students. Suggestions for future researchers who are still in the same theme as this research can be compared with other methods so that the resulting output can be more precise and accurate.

Abstract

Purpose – This paper trying to test whether public service motivation is able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on managerial performance Methodology/approach – This research using quantitative methods. Data processing and hypothesis testing using WarPLS version 7.0. This research was conducted at the Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample was calculated using Herry King's Nomogram Table with an error rate of 5% where 135 respondents were selected. Findings – It was found that. Public Service Motivation is able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on managerial performance. The direct influence of Servant leadership on public service motivation is greater than the direct influence of servant leadership on managerial performance, the effect of public service motivation on managerial performance is the lowest. Novelty/value – Because public service motivation has become an important factor that is able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on managerial performance, it is very important to understand how to maintain managerial performance by looking at indicators of public service motivation.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is an effect of risk tolerance on cryptocurrency investment decisions. In this study, data analysis used a simple regression analysis method using the SPSS Statistics 25 application. Data sources used primary and secondary data while data types used quantitative data with an associative approach. The research population that was conducted by the researchers were active and inactive investors in cryptocurrency investing with a sample of 96 people from a small number of sub-districts across Indonesia. With data collection techniques through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the t test, there is a significant influence of the Risk Tolerance variable on Cryptocurrency Investment Decisions

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance through political will perception, to determine the effect of political will perception on managerial performance and to determine the effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance. Methodology/approach – A This research is a quantitative research using WarPls 07 to process the data. This research was conducted at the Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample was calculated using the Herry King Nomogram Table with an error rate of 5% where 135 respondents were selected. Findings – It Test results The effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance has a beta coefficient of 0. 272 and a p value of <0.001. Thus it can be concluded that executive job satisfaction has a positive effect on managerial performance. The effect of political will perception on managerial performance has a beta coefficient of 0.389 and a p value of <0.001. Thus, it can be concluded that the political will perception has a positive effect on managerial performance. Testing the effect of executive job satisfaction on the political will perception has a beta coefficient of 0.633 and a p value of <0.001. Thus, it can be concluded that executive job satisfaction has a positive effect on political will perception. Testing the effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance through the political will perception has a beta coefficient of 0.246 with a p value <0.001 which is smaller than the sig level of 0.05. Novelty/value – As executive job satisfaction increases managerial performance through the political will perception and its effect is significant. Thus, it can be concluded that the political will perception can mediate the effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance

Abstract

 This article aims to formulate things that need to be done and describe the visionary leadership model in managing BUM Desa. This is important to do to provide a comprehensive understanding of visionary leadership in managing BUM Desa. Methodology/approaches – The research method used in writing this article is a literature review method from various sources related to visionary leadership in managing BUM Desa. Findings – It The results of this literature review illustrate that there are 5 leadership perspectives, namely: Competency perspective, Behavioral perspective, Contingency perspective, Transformational perspective, Implicit leadership perspective. Visionary leadership positions are sharpening from a transformational perspective. There are 5 dimensions of visionary leadership: Challenge the process, be enthusiastic, help others to act, set the example, celebrate achievement. Novelty/values – The research succeeded in formulating things that need to be done by operational implementers in managing BUM Desa using visionary leadership
