Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk from 2015-2019 by calculating financial ratios. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data collection methods used were documentation and literature study which were analyzed using financial ratios, namely liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. The results show that the liquidity ratio, namely the current ratio, is not yet effective because the company has not been able to pay current debts using assets, while the quick ratio is declared effective because the company is able to pay short-term debt with current assets without taking inventory into account. The solvency ratio, namely the debt to asset ratio, is declared ineffective because the company has not been able to pay all of its debts using assets and the debt to equity ratio is effective because the company is able to pay all its debts using all equity. Profitability ratios, namely return on assets and return on equity, fluctuate every year because the company has not been able to obtain maximum profit.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenggunaan teknologi berkembang sangat pesat di Indonesia. Teknologi baru yang diciptakan untuk memudahkan keperluan masyarakat,contohnya teknologi pertanian, teknologi internet, teknologi industri dan teknologi lainnya. Teknologi dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek, seperti pada pengelolaan gudang Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Dan Perkebunan selama ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional, sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk proses pengimputan data, pengurangan dan penambahan stok barang laporan bulanan, untuk pengelolaan barang yang lebih efektif dan efisien, maka dibuat aplikasi pendataan gudang pupuk pada Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Perkebunan.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Gudang, Pupuk, Pertanian, Perkebunan.

Abstract

This study used a horizontal method to calculate the Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) with the data source from Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk. Analysis of ROA and ROE of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk during the 2016-2019 period. The conditions of ROA ratio of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk for the last four years have fluctuated from years 2016 to 2019 due to the large operational costs. But the profits are still in rank 3 and 4. The ROE ratio of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk in the last four years has also fluctuated. In 2016 the experienced the decrease -0.12%, 2017 experienced an increase 1.42%, in 2018 the increase was 1.92%, in 2019 it decreased by 1.29%. The state of fluctuation in ROE calculation is caused by global and national economic conditions that affect management in managing Bank Rakyat Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak Analisis laporan keuangan PT. Akasha Wira International Tbk. merupakan keseluruhan laporan keuangan dengan tujuan untuk mengambil keputusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung dan menganalisis laporan laba/rugi komprehensif dan laporan posisi keuangan atau neraca pada PT. Akasha Wira International Tbk menggunakan metode angka indeks tahun dasar yang digunakan adalah tahun dasar yang hanya fokus pada 1 tahun yang digunakan. Untuk perhitungan metode angka indeks menunjukan hasil yang fluktuatif. Terlihat pada hasil perhitungan laporan laba/rugi komprehensif peningkatan laba usaha tertinggi pada tahun 2016 yaitu sebesar Rp 427.828.000 atau 32,54% dan untuk laporan posisi keuangan mengalami peningkatan tertinggi pada jumlah liabilitas dan ekuitas adalah tahun 2018 sebesar Rp 881.275.000 atau 34,91% sehingga tingkat pertumbuhan pada perusahaan dapat dikatakan sehat karena dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan ekuitas selama 5 tahun. Abstract

This study aims to determine the company's financial performance in fulfilling short-term and long-term obligations of the company PT Electronic City Indonesia Tbk. The analytical technique used in this research is quantitative analysis. The data used in this study is in the form of the financial statements of the company PT Electronic City Indonesia Tbk for the period 2016-2019 which is measured using the liquidity ratio and solvency ratio. The results of the analysis on the level of liquidity in terms of the Current Ratio, the ratio is above the industry standard so the company is in good condition. Judging from Quick Ratio, the ratio has increased from below the industry standard to above the industry standard. Judging from the Cash Ratio, the ratio numbers have increased and decreased, so that at a certain period the company was in a bad condition, namely in 2018 the cash owned by the company decreased. Judging from the cash turnover ratio, the ratio is below the industry standard, so the company's financial performance is in good condition because the smaller the ratio, the better for the company. in terms of Inventory to Net Working, the ratio is above the industry standard, although it decreases every period. The results of the analysis on the level of solvency in terms of the Dept. To Equity Ratio, the ratio is below the industry standard, which indicates that the condition of the company is in good condition, because the smaller the ratio, the better for the company. Judging from the Dept. To Asset Ratio, the ratio is below the industry standard, which means the company is in good condition. Judging from Long Term to Equity Ratio, the ratio is below the industry standard, which means the company is in good condition. Judging from the Tangible Assets Debt Coverage, it shows that the company's condition is in good condition because the total long-term debt can be repaid with intangible fixed assets owned by the company, based on the results of effective solvency, the company's financial performance can be said to be good.

Abstract

Bankruptcy is a condition of a company that is unable to pay its debts or also a condition that initially the company can operate and then fails in managing its business. Bankruptcy is a condition when a company experiences insufficient funds to run its business. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that led to bankruptcy at PT. Garuda Indonesia. This study uses the Springate method with the bankruptcy formula. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the company has the potential to go bankrupt because in 2018-2020 its current assets are quite low so that the company does not have the ability to pay its debts. Companies need to take firm, straightforward and appropriate action to address efficiency in operating costs. Then, an inappropriate business strategy is also a factor that causes losses and also human resources who have a poor vision and mission of the company

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam menggunakan Mobile Banking. Sampel yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut yang menggunakan BRI Mobile. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik deskriptif, partial least square, pengukuran outer model, pengukuran inner model, kemudian pengujian hipotesis, dengan alat bantu analisis yaitu SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,721 atau 72,1%, artinya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 72,1% dan 27,9%. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Jika kualitas layanan BRI mobile meningkat maka kepuasan nasabah juga akan meningkat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang baik merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan suatu organisasi.
