Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Koffee Macehat Medan. This research was conducted at Koffee Macehat Medan, with a population and sample of 100 people taken by purposive sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive in nature to explain research data and research descriptions, while to analyze quantitative data using a simple Linear Regression analysis tool. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirements test is carried out to test normality, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed: (1) there is a significant influence between product quality on consumer satisfaction with t count = 2.201; (2) there is a significant effect between Service on Consumer Satisfaction with t count = 2.498. The suggestions made are; (1).Koffee Macehat further enhances the excellent service for its customers in order to provide a sense of comfort so that it can be sustainable. (2) Adding a variety of coffee flavors so that customers don't get bored with the monotonous taste, at least make it more interesting to make it more interesting. (3). Creating a comfortable place so that consumers who come and visit feel satisfied and feel at home so that they increase their purchasing portion

Abstract

The government has implemented the tax amnesty volume I in July 2016 and ended in March 2017. In early 2022, the government will plan to implement the tax amnesty volume II, which was introduced as the Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS). This program refers to the Tax Harmonization Law Number 7 of 2021. Although the results obtained during the tax amnesty volume, I did not meet the target, in 2022 the government still plans to implement the tax amnesty volume II. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the difference between the tax amnesty volume I and the tax amnesty volume II (PPS), as well as predict its effectiveness if this tax amnesty will be implemented later. This study method focuses on a comparative qualitative descriptive method in which data collection is carried out by taking from the library, website, law and articles discussing this tax amnesty. The results obtained are that there are fundamental differences between tax amnesty I and tax amnesty II. The differences are found in the data, rates, and tax subjects. For taxpayers who have participated in the 2016 tax amnesty volume I, the tariff charged is cheaper than those who do not participate in the first volume I tax amnesty and there are restrictions on subjects who may participate in the second tax amnesty. The effectiveness of this second volume of tax amnesty is predicted to be successful with a record that socialization must be maximal, there is no perception that the tax amnesty endangers honest taxpayers, and the view of taxpayers that this tax amnesty is the last tax amnesty so that there is a fear of not paying taxes and being subject to fines.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Supervision and Implementation of Operational Standards on the Quality of Work of Employees of PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan. This research was conducted at PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan, with a population and sample of 56 people taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirements test was conducted to test for normality. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. The results showed: there was a positive but not significant effect between supervision (X1) on work quality with t count = 1.376 < t table 2.004 and a significant value of 0.175>0.05. While the variable Implementation of Operational Standards (X2) on Work Quality with a value of t count = 3.093 > t table 2.004 with a significant level of 0.003> 0.05 based on the results of SPSS output it is known that the R square value of 0.216 or 21.6% means the Supervision factor and Operational Implementation can be explained by Quality of Work, while the rest can be explained by other factors such as performance, incentives, leadership style, training and organization of 78.4%.

Abstract

The research was motivated by phenomena that were felt to be lacking in terms of worker safety in a job, then this paper aims to determine the effect of worker safety with indicators of work conditions and use of work tools on employee productivity at Ben's Cafe Medan. The research in this paper was carried out by Ben's Cafe Medan, with the subject of 30 employees taken as a whole from the research sample. The data used in this research is primary data. Test the data with the normality test, test for the presence or absence of homogeneity. using simple regression analysis with a significant limit of=0.05. The output of the results studied found: there is a significant effect of the worker safety variable on employee productivity with tcount 2.204 > ttable 2.042 and a significance level of 0.036 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The SPSS output is obtained at an R square value of 0.384 with the assumption that worker safety has an influence on employee productivity of 38.4% and the remaining 61% is influenced by other indicators not included in this paper.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Service Delivery Dan Potongan Harga (Discount) Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan, dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket/kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Uji persyaratan dilakukan untuk menguji normalitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi Berganda pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Service Delivery terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.032< 0,05. Sedangakn variabel Discount terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0.014< 0,05 terdapat pengaruh. Berdasarkan hasil output SPSS diketahui bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,106 atau 10,6% berarti faktor Service Delivery dan Dsicount dapat dijelaskan oleh Kepuasan Pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain misalnya kualitas produk, minat beli, promosi, sebesar 89,4%.

Abstract

Situasi pandemi sangat membawa perubahan yang sangat pesat terutama didunia jual beli online yang telah memasuki dunia sekolah dan kampus. Platform-platform mulai menjangkau pasar kaum milenial untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru. Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi dan Brand Image baik terpisah maupun simultan terhadap minat beli pada Platform Shopee (Studi Kasus Mahsiswa FEB UTND). Penelitian ini berupa deskriptif kuantitatif dengan insturmen kuisoner yang disebarkan kepada 80 orang mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis. Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa baik promosi dan brand image secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Promosi dan Brand Image secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli.

Abstract

Rasa aman nyaman dalam bertempat tinggal pada satu lingkungan merupakan keinginan setiap orang agar terhindar dari rasa kekwatiran dan tenang bersama keluarga dalam beraktifitas. Tujuan dari pengabdian untuk memberikan pengetahuan dalam hal standar operasional prosedur petugas keamanan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di RT VI Rorinata Desa Suka Maju Sunggal yang diikuti dosen dari beberapa perguruan tinggi, melibatkan mahasiswa dan pengurus RT. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman batasan-batasan tugas dan tanggugjawab petugas dan kewajiban pengelola untuk meminimalisir terjadinya tindak kejahatan pencurian dilingkungan komplek dalam memberikan rasa aman nyaman bagi warga.

Abstract

Di dalam pengisian SPT wajib pajak orang pribadi, masih terdapat wajib pajak yang kurang memahami baik prosedur pelaporan maupun tata cara pengisian SPT sehingga dalam pengisian maupun pelaporan masih terdapat beberapa kesalahan. Selain itu masih rendahnya tingkat kesadaran wajib pajak dalam mengisi atau melaporkan pajaknya menjadi salah satu hambatan bagi pemungut pajak untuk mencapai target perolehan pajak. Persepsi yang berkembang di kalangan wajib pajak adalah kegiatan pelaporan SPT wajib pajak orang pribadi hanya sekedar formalitas. Serta mengisi dan melapor pajak merupakan hal yang sulit, di perburuk lagi dengan kondisi Pandemi covid-19 saat ini. Untuk itu kami tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan penyuluhan tentang pengisian dan pelaporan SPT wajib pajak orang Pribadi melalui Laman DJP online dengan tujuan untuk membantu wajib pajak dalam melaporkan kewajiban pajaknya. Penyuluhan ini diikuti oleh pegawai PT. Multi Medika Sejahtera, menggunakan metode penyuluhan edukatif komunikasi persuasif dan angket untuk survey kepuasan karyawan serta perubahan kemampuan karyawan setelah pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu wajib pajak orang pribadi sudah mampu mengisi dan melaporkan SPTnya melalui laman DJP online, serta menciptakan kesadaran wajib pajak akan kewajiban perpajakannya.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan listrik semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya, untuk itu harus diiringi dengan pertumbuhan pembangkit listrik agar mampu melayani seluruh kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam hal ini pemerintah telah memulai pembangunan pembangkit listrik tenaga Air Asahan (PLTA Asahan). Dalam pelaksanaaannya diperlukan area yang menjadi lokasi pembangunan khususnya untuk pembuatan lahan tapak Tower T/L 150 KV PLTA Asahan III- Gardu Induk Simangkuk. Untuk itu harus dilakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terdampak agar proses pembangunan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.  Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pembangunan ini yaitu masih kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat akan pentingnya pembangunan tapak Tower T/L 150 KV PLTA Asahan III untuk memenuhi kepentingan masyarakat luas. Masyarakat masih ada yang belum mau melepaskan hak akan tanahnya karena berbagai alasan diantaranya harga yang ditawarkan tidak sesuai, ketakutan kehilangan mata pencaharian jika pindah ketempat lain serta adanya sengketa tanah di dalam kepemilikan hak atas tanah tersebut.  Tim Pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien ikut serta dalam membantu kegiatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dengan cara membuka konsultasi baik dari segi hukum, sosial ekonomi dan manajemen keuangan. Selain itu Tim pengabdian masyarakat juga melakukan pendekatan kepada masyarakat melalui pendekatan personal, budaya, nonformal serta kearifan lokal, dan juga melakukan pendekatan kepada tokoh-tokoh masyarakat setempat untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat akan arti pentingnya pembangunan ini. Hasil dari sosialisasi tersebut adalah masyarakat memahami dengan baik maksud dari tujuan penyediaan tanah bagi kepentingan umum, Proses pengalihan tanah dari masyarakat untuk pengadaan lahan tapak Tower T/L 150 KV PLTA Asahan III- Gardu Induk Simangkuk di desa Meranti utara berjalan dengan baik.
