Abstract

The research is based on the phenomena the researchers found in the field through interview with the adviser teachers and also the subject teachrs on October 2011, it is acqussed vadrous  information that the learners at SMPN 11 Padang there were many learners which got grade under the mini mastery criteria (KKM ) in certain fseld. This meant that the learning result they got were below their potential or intellectual ability they actually possess. The result of the research were 1) Internal factor based on interest in achievement learning motivation,willingness in taking a risk in elaborating academic interest diligence in facing academic challenge by 51,15 %. 2) External factor based on maximum oppostunity to elaborak one self in getting achsevement,facility psepased by parents in elaborating the learners, ability,suppst from family in helping learners in elaborating learners, ability,living environment,and also pasentings guidance in motivating by 45,98%.

Abstract

Problems study researchers phenomenon is found in the field of peer behavior on student’s motivation at this time in school environment is less in line with what it should be. Study the researches raised concerns about how the behavior of peers to influence student motivation in the realm of SMPN 01 Ranah Batahan, West Pasaman. This study aimed to determine the influence of peers on student’s motivation in SMPN 01 Ranah Batahan, West Pasaman aimed to describe the behavior of peers learners, student’s motivation, influence of peer behavior with student’s motivation. Research type the used descriptive correlation. The population in this study were students of SMPN 01 Ranah Batahan, West Pasaman. The sample in this study using stratified random sampling technique. From the calculations, as sample of go people the instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. To analyze the data used Pearson Product Moment Formula (PPM) in order to see the relationship between the influence of peer behavior and motivations of learners in SMPN 01 Ranah Batahan, West Pasaman.Results of this research indicate that there are behavior of peer reside in at high enough and to motivation learn to reside in at high frequency.

Abstract

Problems studied is coaching parents of an only child who does not give the opportunity to attend social events, do not give freedom of action. It is not appropriate to the circumstances which ought to give the child the opportunity for social activities, and providing freedom of action. The research was conducted in SMPN 3 Pancung Soal Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The research objective is to describe: 1) Development of parents of only child in social skills. 2) Development of parents of children in the freedom of action. This research is a qualitative case study. Key informants in this study were 2 people which only child SMPN 3 Pancung Soal Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Additional informants were parents. The instruments used were interviews, observation, document study. Data analysis is data reduction, data display, conclusion. The result: 1) Development of  parents of the only children in social skills has not been right, 2) Development of parents of the only children in the freedom of action is not yet right. Based on the results of the study suggested: the only begotten son, may respond with positive coaching parents. Parents, in order to provide appropriate guidance to the child.

Abstract

Based on observation that have done by writer, there are many students who got less responses or reinforcement in information service : how the guider teacher give reinforcement to students in information services at Junior High School Number 26 Padang, perceived from : 1). Gift the verbal reinforcement by the guider teacher in information services activity at Junior High School Number 26 Padang and 2). Gift the non verbal reinforcement by the guider teacher  in information services activity at Junior High School Number 26 Padang. This research is descriptive research which is trying to describe the real condition of subject. Population of this research all of students class VIII and IX Junior High School Number 26 Padang at 2011-2012 education period, amount of population is 236 people. Sample of this research is chose based on purposive technique sampling which sample is  suitable to research.  Amount of Samples in this research are 56 students. Colecting of data by using quistionnaire. Annalisis that  used is descriptive statistic which using formulation of persentation. The result of research showing : 1). The Verbal Reinforcement by guider teacher in information services activity include to  good enough and 2). The Non Verbal Reinforcement by the guider teacher  in non verbal reinforcement by the guider teacher  in information services activity include to good enough. Based on the result of research above, the researcher can seen if gift the reinforcement by the guider teacher to students in information services activity at Junior High School Number 26 Padang is good enough. The researcher is advising to the teacher in order to increase the reinforcement to the students in informaton services.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the level of student  anxiety in the following Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah  (PPLBKS) 2012-2013academicyear. Anxiety level of students in the following Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah (PPLBKS) academic year 2012-2013 viewed from two aspects, namely in terms of the psychological aspects and physiological aspects (anxiety as physical symptoms, especially in the nervous system). This type of research is a descriptive study sought to describe a situation for what it is. The population in this study was students who follow the practice of field experience academic year 2012-2013. Sampling in this study using random sampling. The numbers are as many as 57 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. As for the use of data analysis techniques percentage. The results follow the anxiety level of students in the Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah (PPLBKS) academic year 2012-2013 is seen from the psychological aspect of the criteria is very high (94.74%) and the physiological aspects of the criteria to be higher (57.89%). So the anxiety level of students in the following the Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah (PPLBKS) 2012-2013 academic year are at very high category. Research students are advised to follow PPLBKS BK 2012-2013 academic year in order to relieve anxiety in one self in order for carrying out the practice field. Then also that during the performance of students PPLBKS not feel anxious and fearful during field training.

Abstract

Development of the elderly is the last development stage of  human life process. Elderly development is closing period of  life. This research was examined to describe profile of elderly achievement in Parak Jigarang, Padang. This research was designed in descriptive design. Population of  this research is all of elderly in Kuranji especially Parak Jigarang. Total of population and sample of this research is 31 people. Technique of sample is total sampling where the population is smaller than 100 people. The result of this research; 1) The elderly did not achieve the adaptation of their physic condition. 2) The elderly did not achieve the resign period. 3) The elderly did not achieve the adaptation of the death of their couple optimally. 4) The elderly did not achieve the social rule. The researcher recommended to: (1) The elderly have to be able to consider and to achieve their achievement in their age. (2) Family has to be care to the elderly, also help them for achieving their achievement in their last life stage effectively. (3) Societies have to build interaction with the elderly. So, there will no negative influence. (4) The student of Counseling Department who will do PPLBKT, try to be selective in giving counseling especially for the elderly. (5) Counseling Department is hoped to implement PPLBKT and distribute the student to Parak Jigarang for doing counseling continuously.

Abstract

The problem  this  research  is how  would be  effort  a directship and teacher in developing  psychology potency  the pupil  at   Junior High School  Negeri  9  Padang.  These research  its purpose  about  is  description   (1)  Be effort  a teacher  and directship   in developing  intellectual  and inteligency  potency the  pupil. (2)  Be effort  a teacher and directship  in developing  emotional and  inteligency  the pupil . This  research form  is descriptive research .The population   these   research  are  all of the pupil at  Junior High School Negeri  9   by sum of  718 person and  88 sampling  person .These research  being usefullProportionate  Stratified  Random Samplingor stratified  sampling   that is  get  off the sample from the populationhave  divided in stratified   or  strata . The resources data  whole is mean in the research  have  offered     initial    from  proving  its data. These  tool and equipment  all of  group data  are usefull  a questioner sheet. The  data is examined  by usefullpercently technic. Concomitan  here  research  and resulting  have been found  like is  footnote below .  (1)  Be effort  directship and teacher  in developing   intellectual  the pupil   at  Junior High School  Negeri 9 Padang   have proved  into  good  category. Abstract

 This research is motivated by the lack of effetiveness the inplemention evaluation program by counselor teacher in junior high allof regencyKuranji Padang school. So that, the researcher interested to do the research. Based on the first sorvey, the researcher found that the counselor teacher not well yet to done implementation and seen how the implementation of evaluation program. This research aims to describe, 1). Preparation of evaluation program, 2).Instrument that used, 3).Implementation of evaluation program.                                              This research is descriptive qualitative study. Sample of the research are all of counselor teachers at junior hingh schoolin all of reggencyesKuranji Padang data were collected through interview and documentation study to implementation evaluation program. The data analysis technigveused is reduction data, describe the data, and eoncluded the data. The resuit of the research found that, 1). The tack of prepation of evaluation program, 2).Instrumet that used not well yet, 3). The lack of implementation activity evaluation program that done by all of counselor teachers. Basedonresuit of the research, nish that all of conunselor teachers inrease implementation evaluation program with effectiveness and efficient.

Abstract

The problem of this research is based on the phenomenon that is found by the researcher. There are some students who have low self esteem, impolite, rude, likes to brother his friend. These students give bad impact to students’ social interaction among them in the classroom. The purpose of this research is to know the form of students’ associative and dissociative social interaction with their pairs at SMP Negeri 27 Padang grade VII. This research is a kind of descriptive research. The population of this study was the entire students grade VII (262 student). The populatotion of this study was 76 students and to get the sample the researcher used simple random sampling technique. The instrument of this research was questionnaire. To analiyze the data the researcher used percentage technique. The researchfindings that (1) associative that involve: a) cooperation that can be classified as deficient 59,12%, b) accommodation belongs of the less well with 61,84%, c) assimilation is classified as deficient with 44,73%,. (2)If we see from dissosiative that involve a) competition belongs of the less well with the percentage 59,21%, b) contravenes belongs of the less well with the percentage 51,31%, c) conflicts belong of the less wellwith 60,52%. Based on the result it can be concluded that students’ social interaction with their pairs is not good.

Abstract

The problems was studied based on phenomena that researcher discovered in the field are some of women feel anxiety impend of entering menopause at southern, the researchers raised concerns about the study: profile of women entering menopause anxiety in the Village of South Limau Manis Padang Pauh sub district. Purpose of this  research was  to describe: 1) Profile of women entering menopause anxiety seen from the physical aspect in the southern Limau Manis district of Padang Pauh. 2) Profile of women entering menopause anxiety seen  from psychological aspect in the southern Limau Manis District of Padang Pauh. This research was a descriptive study that try to describe the way thing are. The population of this study was all women aged 40-45 years who will enter menopause. It was about 40 people. Techniques to takes the sample was total sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. while to data analysis used the percentage techniques .result of this research revealed that: 1) Profile of  women entering menopause  anxiety experienced of physical anxiety at high category in the southern Limau Manis Village District of Pauh Padang. 2) Profile of women entering menopause anxiety experienced of psychological anxiety at high category in the southern Limau Manis District of Padang Pauh. Based on the results of the study researcher suggest that women entering the menopause in order to increase knowledge about menopause and anxiety experienced by both physical and psychological aspects to better prepare for the arrival of menopause, the community leaders in order to provide education to the public regarding menopause in institutions such as: Assembly Taklim, health centers, to further research in order to make this research more urgency in developing discussion of women entering menopause anxiety.
