Research to assess the election of anti nausea and anti -vomiting in cancer patients treated with antineoplastic and see the relationship between the emetogenic level of antineoplastic regimen on the incidence of nausea and vomiting experienced by patients hospitalized in the surgical ward. The study was observational descriptive cross-sectional design. Subject are all populations in accordance with the inclusion criteria, hospitalized cancer patients who use antinausea and anti-vomiting before administration of antineoplastic, interview and fill out the questionnaire in <24 hours after administration of antineoplastic to assess the degree of nausea/vomiting experienced. Intravenous ondansetron and dexamethasone are used by 31 patients and 2 people using just ondansetron. The use of HEC and MEC is a combination of ondansetron, dexamethasone, and aprepitant, while the use of LEC is just ondansetron. It can be concluded election of antinausea and anti-vomiting suited for nausea and vomiting due to the use of antineoplastic, but not in accordance with the emetogenic level of antineoplastic. Abstract

Dimana didapatkan yaitu nilai ACER (obat) kelompok terapi haloperidol-klorpromazin Rp 402,90 sedangkan terapi risperidon-klozapin Rp 4.848,53 dan nilai ACER (total) kelompok terapi haloperidol-klorpromazin Rp 302.073,43 sedangkan terapi risperidon-klozapin Rp 339.476,85. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi kombinasi haloperidol-klorpromazin lebih cost-effective.

Abstract

One of the problems that reduce a person's confidence is pediculosis. Natural ingredients used as anti-lice are citronella oil (Citronella oil), citronella oil contains citronellal compounds. This study aims to obtain a shampoo preparation that has anti-head lice activity. Citronella oil is formulated in several concentrations, namely 5% (FI), 7.5% (FII) and 10% (FIII). Evaluation of shampoo preparations included organoleptic examination, pH, homogeneity, foam height, irritation, cleaning power, freeze and thaw and anti-lice activity. Data analysis used the One Way ANOVA statistical test to see the comparison formula against the time of tick death. Based on the evaluation of the preparations, it was found that the shampoo had a thick liquid consistency, white in color, had a distinctive smell of citronella oil and no phase separation, pH 5.62-5.69, homogeneous, good cleaning power test, non-irritating, stable, anti-lice activity test FI = 6.24 minutes, FII = 5.38 minutes, FIII = 3.68 minutes, there was a significant difference (p<0.05) between the formulas on the time of tick death.
