Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of transformational and transactional leadershipon the teacher innovation capability in one of private school in Tangearng mediated by organizational learning. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of the teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 199 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership have positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating organizational learning. While tansactional leadership has positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability only through mediating organizational learning. Because, transactional leadership has not significant effect on the teacher innovation capability directly. This novel research is proposing a model to build innovation capability amongteachers through transformational and transactional leadeship with organizational learning as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the education4.0 era

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya pembelajaran dan struktur organisasi terhadap kapasitas inovasi sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara simple random sampling melalui elektronik pada populasi guru sekolah swasta di Indonesia. Hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan yang valid adalah 429 responden sebagai sampel. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya pembelajaran dan struktur organisasi sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapastas inovasi sekolah. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya pembelajaran dan struktur organisasi sekolah. Novelty penelitian ini adalah mengajukan model membangun kapasitas inovasi sekolah melalui kepemimpinan transformasional dalam perspektif organisasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bisa membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya sekolah swasta untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational culture on teacher innovation capability in Indonesia mediated by tacit and explicit knowledge sharing. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 583 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating tacit knowledge sharing. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on explicit knowledge sharing. While explicit knowledge sharing has not significant effect on teacher innovation capability. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational culture with tacit & explicit knowledge sharing as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational learning on the improvement of hard skills, soft skills and teacher innovation capability in Indonesia.Hard skills and soft skills as mediated variables. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jawa Barat. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 663 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating hard skills and soft skills. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational learning with hard skills and soft skills as mediation. This research can open the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of perceived organizational support on the affective commitment and performance of private higher education lecturers in Tangerang which are mediated by lecturer engagement. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private higher education lecturer population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 231 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment and lecturer performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating lecturer engagement. This new research proposed a model for building the affective commitment and performance among the private higher education lecturers in Tangerang through enhancing perceived organizational support with lecturer engagement as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of a transformational leadership and on employees’ performance in an Indonesian manufacturer through motivation and work environment as a mediating variables. Data were collected by using simple random sampling to 851 employees population in an Indonesia manufacturer. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 627. Data were processed by using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance, both directly and indirectly through a mediating effect of motivation and work environment. This study proposes a model to improve employees’ performance in Indonesia manufacturers by a transformational leadership through motivation and work environment as a mediator. This study can open the way to improve employee readiness in facing industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (supervisor, peer and family support) on job satisfaction of the woman teachers of two private schools in Banten. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 145 population of woman teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support and family support have significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job stress and supervisor sopport have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing social support and manage job stress and work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study investigates whether increased attention given to coaching practices affects performance, while considering the mediating effect of team commitment. Data were collected from 145 employees of a private manufacturing industry in Tangerang, Indonesia using quantitative methods and confirmatory surveys. This study shows that coaching has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, either directly or indirectly through team commitment mediation. The results of this study could have significant implications for HR managerial decision-making regarding the coaching practice process in the manufacturing industry employees in Indonesia. This study also helps the HR management of the manufacturing industry to seriously assess their HR development investment plans in the form of coaching practices and direct their company's HR strategic planning.

Abstract

Partners in this activity are teachers from one of the junior high schools in Tangerang as an effort to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers through PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) lesson study. More than 75% of students must take remedial final exams to meet the minimum completeness criteria. This partnership program aims to increase the knowledge of teachers about the fulfillment of students' learning rights. Based on the problems faced by partners, the solutions offered are training and lesson study assistance. The result of this activity is an increase in pedagogic competence which is marked by increasing teacher knowledge in the form of making chapter designs and lesson designs in collaboration with colleagues, as well as increasing the fulfillment of students' learning rights marked by the creation of an active, creative, effective, innovative, and fun learning atmosphere. In addition, PKM lesson study produces outputs in the form of scientific articles published in national or international journals.
