<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to reformulate efforts to renew the concept of kafa'ah in marriage which often occurs in differences among scholars. While library research is the type in this research that is studied qualitatively by compiling data systematically and is carried out through descriptive-analytic nature with a framework of thinking using deductive methods. Furthermore, this study states that the scholars have different opinions regarding the division of qualification criteria for kafa'ah in choosing a partner, but the majority of scholars argue that there is only one important and non-negotiable factor in the application of the concept of kafa'ah, namely the religious factor. Then, the renewal of the kafa'ah concept can be simplified in the division of kafa'ah qualifications into only two qualifications, namely; First, the religious factor as an important and core factor in determining the selection of a prospective partner and second, determining qualifications is returned to the two prospective brides who want to get married. This simplification aims to increase the progressiveness between the two prospective married couples and also to foster a sense of responsibility for what has been chosen in determining their partner, so that it is hoped that the desired goal of marriage will be realized, namely building a sakinah (peaceful), mawaddah (full love), wa rahmah (love).]]>

<![CDATA[All religions teach their adherents to do good and create unity with solid brotherly ties in the life of the nation and state. In writing this article, several problem formulations are the subject of discussion, including; (1) the re-actualization thoughts of KH Hasyim Asy'ari on national unity; and (2) the urgency of national unity during the Covid-19 pandemic to reflect on the history of the founding of the Indonesian nation and state, which was built on unity and integrity with a complete sense of nationalism that accommodates common interests without discrimination. Then, this article is a study of library research with a qualitative type based on complex and comprehensively identified social phenomena through a descriptive-analytic approach. Furthermore, the results of this article state that KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is a national figure whose thoughts are widely used as the basis for acting in the face of various imperialist powers with the spirit of national unity, which different groups accept. Once fueled the nature of national unity. In today's life, KH. Hasyim Asy'ari can be practised and imitated to rise together against the Covid-19 pandemic by being united through the spirit of solidarity and national brotherhood to complement each other to create a good and prosperous order during the Covid-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to educate youths on the importance of building legal awareness of courtship relationships in the bond of love. Then, the literature analysis is used to approach this research, which relates to violations and violence in a love relationship among adolescents, to obtain an overview of legal phenomena through an analysis presented in a descriptive-analytic manner through several qualitative procedures. Furthermore, the results of this study state that an understanding of the law among teenagers in the bond of love through courtship relationships is a fundamental matter to be given, especially with the increasing number of irregularities and violations that occur in courtship relationships among these teenagers. Understanding the law in adolescents requires adjustment to its development, so a strategic step is needed to maintain a good relationship with a partner healthily without any violations or violence.]]>

<![CDATA[Forming cultural love is essential to stimulate a passion for the country's culture. Therefore, family consistency is needed in creating cultural attachment from early childhood, as Balinese families do in developing cultural love. This study aimed to see the Balinese tribal family in preserving Balinese culture in the Metro Rejo Oku Timur village as ancestral heritage and national identity. Get used to loving and implementing cultural values in daily life, and anticipate the negative impacts of foreign cultures. This research method is a descriptive qualitative research type with the research subject being Balinese tribal families in the village of Metro Rejo Oku Timur using interview data from 15 respondents through data validity techniques using method triangulation and source triangulation. Then, the results of this study indicate that Balinese tribal families consistently provide the best education by including a series of cultural activities continuously and supported by the surrounding environment as a complement. From early childhood, Balinese children have been taught how to pray, make offerings, learn Balinese dance, compose gobagan and get used to using Balinese in their daily lives.]]>

<![CDATA[This study tries to transform knowledge to answer various problems amid the complexity of human problems by taking a multi-inter-transdisciplinary scientific approach. At the same time, library research is used in this study with data sources taken from literature searches with a qualitative approach through analysis with a descriptive-analytic pattern. Then, this study states that the transformation of knowledge with a multi-, inter-, and transdisciplinary scientific approach is a pattern of academic interaction that illustrates that the complexity of human problems cannot be responded to by using monodisciplinary alone because each scientific discipline cannot stand alone. Scientific dialogue across disciplines is necessary because every scientific discipline is interrelated and complementary. A multi-, inter-, and transdisciplinary scientific approach will be able to become a solution to the complexity of the problems that occur if policymakers (executive-legislative institutions), academic institutions (universities), and various community leaders sit together to solve various complex problems in community life.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to stabilize conductivity in society so that this study will look at the impact of political buzzers on the development of ongoing democracy in Indonesia from the Islamic law perspective. In addition, this research not only explores political buzzers' problems clearly but also seeks to provide critical and reflective notes on previous studies. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of research used is virtual ethnography because this study examines the phenomenon of society with virtual-based new media through the literature analysis method as a data collection technique by applying a critical paradigm which is analyzed with the analytical-descriptive pattern. Then the results of this study state that the phenomenon of the political buzzer is considered to have created a hegemony that the way of doing politics with the mechanism of attacking each other or provoking is the right way of politics. Therefore, the behaviour carried out by political buzzers has violated the provisions of Islamic law. In addition, the political buzzer also destroys the political ideology of future generations and the development of democracy in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the pattern of internalization of Islamic moderation values in building a civilization of love and tolerance by harbouring all the differences that can create hostility and disharmony amid a pluralistic social life. This research is library research because all the data used as material for conducting studies comes from texts or manuscripts that have become library collections using qualitative research methods and analyzed with the nature of descriptive analytic studies. The results of this study state that Islamic moderation values in their implementation in social life as an effort to prevent various extremist, fundamentalist, liberal and radical understandings that are very far from Islamic teachings, which are full of love and tolerance. Love and tolerance are important provisions in forming civilization in a harmonious religious life without any conflict due to diversity. Love can also foster harmony in religious, national and state life, thus creating peace in society. Love makes a person have good morals who always want peace so that he always pleases others in every word and behaviour. Meanwhile, with better tolerance, constructive and efficient dialogue will be built, which can foster religious attitudes and an atmosphere that is more open, plural, and inclusive.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the dualism of the education system in Indonesia from the perspective of Iksan Kamil Sahri, a pesantren anthropologist and one of the most productive young scholars. He explained the massification of pesantren, such as the institutionalization of pesantren, which is firmly rooted amid society with various challenges. In collecting data, this study uses library research with qualitative methods emphasizing meaning through a qualitative naturalistic approach using content analysis. The final result of this study states that the educational dualism that occurs creates a value crisis in human civilization that considers science to be value-free, so the impact of scholastic duality is the decline of Islamic educational institutions that do not emphasize mastery of empirical knowledge, even though in terms of morality it can maintain the value system and scientific disciplines classical science. Meanwhile, public educational institutions emphasizing practical knowledge are very fragile regarding religious knowledge. In addition, the disparity stated by Iksan Kamil Sahri between pesantren and general education, which is managed differently by the two ministries in Indonesia, is due to the different educational objectives that exist between the two. Pesantren education aims to make graduates religious experts, while national education in Indonesia aims to produce graduates who meet industry standards to be ready for work.]]>

<![CDATA[This article focuses on one of the founding figures of the Sunni school of Islamic jurisprudence who contributed to the development of Islamic law, Abu Hanifah. Studying Abu Hanifahs literature can better understand his thoughts and views on Islamic legal issues. It can also provide greater insight into the history of Islamic thought and how Abu Hanifahs thoughts impact Muslim society today. This study uses the heuristic method with critical literature analysis because the data is obtained from various books, journals, and other documentation relevant to the historical approach. The results of this study state that the Hanafi school of Islamic jurisprudence is one of the famous schools of Islamic jurisprudence in the scientific discipline of Islamic law founded by Abu Hanifah. His background and education strongly influence Abu Hanifahs thinking pattern in determining the law. It is also inseparable from the socio-cultural dimension and the politics that underlie the Hanafi school of Islamic jurisprudence, which is seen as a factor affecting Islamic laws rational character. Literature on studying Islamic law in the Hanafi school of Islamic jurisprudence is widely found and spread worldwide. The school of Islamic jurisprudence is even adopted by one-third of the worlds Muslim population. However, remember that some of Abu Hanifahs written works may no longer be available or incomplete. Over time, some manuscripts may be damaged or lost.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of sexual deviance committed by the LGBT community amid social life is currently attracting attention for researchers to study more comprehensively by conducting a study of LGBT from the perspective of Islamic law and also looking at its impact on the existence of Muslim families because of their understanding and ability to understand the LGBT phenomenon very important. This research is included in the literature review category, complemented by using qualitative methods with a descriptive-analytical approach. Therefore, the results of this study state that LGBT behaviour is not natural or formed by a socio-cultural process at the beginning of human creation. In the implementation of punishment from the perspective of Islamic law, the LGBT community can prevent it from happening again and will create legal awareness for other members of society to avoid this act or other sexual deviations because apart from having an impact on health, it also affects social life, politics, economically, sociologically, psychologically and even religiously have damaged the joints of the family institution. Nonetheless, the existence of the LGBT community must still be respected on a humanitarian basis and given access to education, politics, the economy, and in all other fields.]]>
