Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Religiosity on customer decisionsin choosing Islamic insurance at PT.Prudential Life Anssurance Branch of Gorontalo City, with asample size of 177 respondents using random sampling method. This study uses multiple regressionanalysis tool on primary data found that the factor of Product Quality have positive andsignificant influence to customer decision to choose sharia insurance and religiosity have positiveand significant influence to customer decision to choose sharia insurance.The result of hypothesis test simultaneously (Test F) from both independent variables withFhitung equal to 80,111 in area of Ho rejected. This means that simultaneously factor of productquality and religiosity have a positive and significant influence to the decision of customers tochoose sharia insurance in PT. Prudential Life Ansurance Branch of Gorontalo City.Determination coefficient value of both independent variables obtained results of 0.479, it meansthat the Effect of Product Quality and Religiosity on customer decisions in choosing shariainsurance in PT.Prudential Life Anssurance Branch of Gorontalo City of 47.9% and the rest of52.1% influenced by other variables Which were not included in this study. Other variables may bepresent in marketing mix such as: promotion, people, place, process, and physical evidence.

Abstract

Ulama Fiqh mendefinisikan Mudharabah atau Qiradh adalah Pemilik modal (shahibul maal) menyerahkan modalnya kepada pekerja (pedagang) untuk diperdagangkan, sedangkan keuntungan dagang itu menjadi milik bersama dan dibagi menurut kesepakatan antar kedua belah pihak, artinya sepanjang modal masih dipergunakan oleh pekerja (mudharib) maka sepanjang itu pula pembagian keuntungan harus terus dilakukan, namun jika usaha mengalami kerugian maka seharusnya pula lah kerugian itu di tanggung oleh keduanya (mudharib dan shahibul maal). Dalam fiqih adalah suatu kontrak dimana mudharib memiliki kebebasan yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan mudharabah dalam rangka menghasilkan laba. Karena mudharib merupakan pihak yang lebih lemah didalam kontrak yang per definisi, memberikan keterampilannya sebagai modal pada mudharabah, Fuqaha tidak membolehkan adanya tuntutan jaminan terhadap mudharib. Pada dasarnya aktifitas dalam aqad mudharabah dibolehkan dalam fiqhi, sepanjang aqad yang dijalankan tidak ada pemaksaan dan keterpaksaan antara kedua belah pihak. Disamping itu dalam konteks pemberdyaan ummat maka sangat dianjurkan bagi orang yang memiliki kelebihan modal untuk memberikan kepada sesama hamba Allah, khususnya yang mempunyai keterampilan dalam mengelola suatu usaha namun terbatas/tidak memiliki modal. Tulisan ini lebih memperjelas bagaimana seharusnya aqad mudharabah yang harus di jalankan dalam aktifitas ekonomi khususnya dalam dunia perbankan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Service Standard Implementation (Self Appearance, Knowledge of Banking Products & Services, Standards to Communicate with Customers) to the Interests of BSM Implant Financing in Gorontalo Branch Syariah Mandiri Bank partially. And to find out and analyze the influence of the application of service standards (Self Appearance, Knowledge of Banking Products & Services, Standards for Communicating with Customers) on the Interest of BSM Implant Financing in the Bank Syariah Mandiri Gorontalo Branch simultaneously.This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were BSM Implan customers who were doing installments in the 2018 period. And the sample was 70 customers obtained from the BSM Implan 2018 installment customer population. The data collection method was the questionnaire method. This study uses a multiple regression analysis method. And has a significant level of 0.05.From the results of the partial test the self-appearance variable did not significantly influence the interest in financing BSM Implants in the Gorontalo's branch. The testing between knowledge variables of banking products and services to interest in BSM Implan financing showed that the knowledge of banking products & services had a positive and significant effect on interest BSM Implan financing at the Bank Syariah Mandiri branch of Gorontalo. The partial test results between the standard variables communicating with customers towards the interest of BSM Implan financing show that the standard variable communicating with customers does not have a significant effect on interest in financing BSM Implan in the Bank Syariah Mandiri branch. From the results of simultaneous testing (f test) between independent variables namely Self-Appearance, Knowledge of Products & Services, and Communicating with customers on the dependent variable namely interest in BSM Implant financing shows that simultaneously, independent variables, namely the Implementation of Service Standards (Self-Appearance, Knowledge of Banking Products & Services, Standards for Communicating with Customers) affect the dependent variable namely the interest in financing BSM Implants at the Bank Syariah Mandiri branch of Gorontalo. The determination coefficient shows the magnitude of the influence of the implementation of service standards on the interest in financing BSM Implan products to the Syariah Branch of Gorontalo branch of 0.392 or 39.2% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terdapatnya 1205 pelaku usaha mikro di Kecamatan Kabila, Kabupaten Bone Bolango dengan peluang dan potensi yang besar untuk dapat berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha dan strategi pemasaran terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini adalah jenis kuantitatif dengan metode yang digunakan deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sehingga teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, korelasi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 1205 usaha mikro, dengan sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 93 usaha mikro. Hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial modal usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango; strategi pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango; dan secara simultan modal usaha dan pengembangan usaha berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango, dengan kontribusi sebesar 28,6%, sedangkan sisanya 71.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti tenaga kerja, dan keuntungan yang didapat oleh pelaku usaha mikro itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sources and expenditures of capital in the perspective of Islamic business, while the method used is a qualitative method by collecting data from literature, books, journals and other scientific works that are relevant to the subject to be studied. Analysis of the sources and use of capital in Islamic business can basically come from all lines in the sense that it can be from personal funds or from other people who have attachments and the rules that are built must be in accordance with the breath of Islam as well as in its use must go through management that does not go out of the corridor of Islam. so that the results obtained are not in doubt so that whoever is involved in the business besides getting profit also gets blessings from Allah SWT.

Abstract

This research describe pohulo’o tradition (pawning) in Gorontalo society that related with the pawn concepth in Islam. Pohulo’o (pawning) system is relationship of law between somebody with land other possession, who accepth pawning money from him. As long as pawning money return yet, the land dominated by hold on pawning. While pawning in Islam or rahn is hold out one of property of borrower as guarantee on loan that he accepth. Based on the result of research showed that there are two kinds of pawning in pohulo’o tradition. First, gave guarantee goods like land or plants like coconut tree with prerequirment (a) return loan money after fall of time, (b) not return loan money after fall of time or in term Gorontalo society is pajaki. Second, without gave guarantee goods like land or plants like coconut tree, but who gave loan accepth 1/3 result of harvest as long as pawning time or back again money loan. The relevance with fiqh rahn view that from law, there are simillary in requirment and contract while the differenciate at used of land, property as pawning then the risk of pohulo’o. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tradisi pohulo’o (gadai) pada masyarakat Gorontalo yang dikaitkan dengan konsep gadai dalam Islam. Sistem pahulo’o (gadai) adalah hubungan hukum antara seseorang dengan tanah milik orang lain, yang telah menerima uang gadai darinya. Selama uang gadai belum dikembalikan, tanah tersebut dikuasai oleh “pemegang gadai” . Sedangkan gadai dalam Islam atau rahn yaitu penahanan harta salah satu milik peminjam sebagai jaminan atas pinjaman yang diterimanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 jenis gadai dalam tradisi pohulo’o. Pertama, menyerahkan barang jaminan berupa lahan atau tanaman seperti pohon kelapa dengan ketentuan mengembalikan uang yang dipinjam setelah jatuh tempo dan tidak mengembalikan uang setelah jatuh tempo atau yang dikenal masyarakat Gorontalo dengan istilah pajaki. Kedua, tidak menyerahkan barang jaminan berupa lahan atau tanaman seperti pohon kelapa, tetapi pemberi pinjaman mendapat 1/3 hasil panen sepanjang kontrak gadai berlangsung atau sampai pinjamannya dikembalikan. Relevansinya dengan fiqh rahn Islam yakni dari segi hukum ada kesamaan dalam hal syarat dan akad sedangkan perbedaanya pada pemanfaatan lahan, harta yang digadaikan serta risiko yang timbul akibat praktek pohulo’o.

Abstract

Abstract                The purpose of this study is to find out what factors cause restrictions on the financing of funds, what are the implications of the Financing Restriction Policy at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Regional Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua               The research method used is a qualitative method obtained from 10 branch offices in the SULAMPUA area, by conducting in-depth interviews with competent informants who provide accurate information through telephone interviews and other online media.               The results of this study indicate that the financing restriction policy implemented by Bank Muamalat Indonesia Regional Sulampua, among others, is to improve the flow of the financing process by changing the limit of the financing breaker authority which was taken over by the head office financing division and revoking the branch office authority limit as a financing breaker, and removing all financing administration processes at branch offices because all financing processes must go through a centralized financing process that is centered on the Regional through Retail Financing Centers or Financing Operations, and most branch offices in the Sulampua Region are only allowed to carry out financing processes with low risk segments. The implication of this financing process is that it takes a long time, resulting in existing or new financing customers choosing to take over or move to another bank, the outstanding financing of BMI continues to decline. The centralization of the financing process resulted in the elimination of the existing financing administration functions at the branch offices and resulted in the transfer of employees who were previously in that position to the Regional Office in Makassar. Keywords; Implications, Financing Restrictions, Non-performing Financing Ratio
