Abstract

This paper aims to empirically ascertain the effect of COVID-19 pandemic on a tourism firm’s employee performance in Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the performance of tourism company employees in Bandar Lampung. This study achieved the objective by sourcing data via a questionnaire which was administered online to tourism company employee in Bandar Lampung. The study employed the Linear Regression to test the hypotheses stated in the study. In this study, the researcher studied the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic toward the tourism company employee performance in Bandar Lampung. Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic negatively impacts the employee performance of the temporary closed down tourism businesses in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Sectors that have an important role in the economy and meeting food needs, of course, must be followed by sustainable agricultural patterns to create agriculture that is resilient, advanced and efficient and has the competitiveness of farmers so that agribusiness-based empowerment efforts need to be carried out for the purpose of increasing the ability of farmers to empower vacant land.,the ability to provide organic fertilizers and plant seeds independently. The implementation of community service activities at the hely seedling nursery and farm punggur, Lampung is being carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of empowerment activities provide knowledge and understanding to partners on how to use vacant land into productive land so that it can be used as an alternative to increase economic welfare independently. This empowerment activity also improves farmers' skills in processing animal waste into organic fertilizer which can be processed and used as organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Banyak UMKM di pedesaan kususnya di pasar-pasar masih belum mencatat pembukuan usahanya dengan baik kususnya dalam hal pencatatan transaksi-transaksi usaha, selain itu juga dari segi pemasaran produk masih sangat tradisional hanya dengan mengandalkan kepercayaan mulut ke mulut sehingga pengenalan ke khalayak luas masih sangat minim. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertitiktolak pada pendampingan masyarakat pemilik UMKM yang ada di Pasar Yosomulyo Pelangi (PAYUNGI) melalui Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Dan Teknik Pemasaran Digital dalam upaya peningkatan keahlian UMKM dalam mengelola keuangan maupun meningkatkan pendapatan usaha. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini meberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pemasaran digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors related to the utilization of posyandu visits. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely the formulation of the problem that guides research to explore or photograph the social situation that will be examined as a whole, broad and in -depth.1 Research Results That Posyandu for the community is still less understood and important for health. It is recommended that routine toddlers can be made examples of models to mothers who are not routine so that cadres must provide fractures for toddlers who routinely so that mothers of toddlers continue to routinely use posyandu visits, cadres are expected Puskesmas officers, provide health promotion to young mothers who are young to increase mothers' knowledge about the importance of the use of posyandu and comprehensive approaches and provide motivation to mothers under five to routinely visit Posyandu, provide health education through health education to mothers under five.
