Abstract

The main problem faced by the Tourism Activists Group (KOMPEPAR) in Sukageuri View Kuningan Regency is that a policy network has not yet been formed to form partnerships in developing tourist destinations in the region, due to lack of communication skills, resources and capital. The purpose of this community service is to guide the KOMPEPAR to communication knowledge in exploring existing tourism potential with the resources needed to build a policy network through community, government, and industrial / business partnerships needed to develop the existing tourism potential. The methodology for community service is divided into 3 (three), namely observation, training and simulation. The results of the dedication show that KOMPEPAR empowerment in developing tourist destinations in Sukageuri View Kuningan District requires a policy network that is by building partnerships / cooperation with various parties (public private partnership) both the government (Cisantana village officials and the Office of Youth, Sports, and Tourism (DISPORAPAR) Kuningan Regency, community tourism activist group (KOMPEPAR) Sukageuri View, as well as business / private sector including PLN Cikijing and West Java International Airport (BIJB) to strengthen synergy in promoting tourism and Kuningan's creative economy Impact on the community arising from the development of destinations This tour is quite good, which can increase daily income to meet their needs by conducting a creative economy in the area around the tourist attractions so that the community's economy becomes better, the level of people's welfare increases

Abstract

Cooperatives are an important part of the nation's economic system which is believed to be a financial institution that favors the weak economic group, and is one of the spearheads of the people's economy in accordance with Article 3 of the Cooperative Law Number 25 of 1992. Kuningan has 570 cooperatives, but only 440 cooperatives have a healthy status. The remaining 170 cooperatives are in a vacuum. The Pasir Batang Sejahtera Multipurpose Services Cooperative is one of the cooperatives engaged in all-round business services which includes the following business units:. Coffee cultivation and processing services, Tourism Management Services, Agro Business Processing Services (agriculture, animal husbandry) and Community Empowerment Services consisting of the people of Karangsari Village, Darma District, Kuningan Regency and surrounding areas. Cooperatives are one of the sectors that have most felt the impact of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak, including the Pasir Batang Sejahtera Multipurpose Services Cooperative experiencing problems. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility CSR) in the perspective of academic, business, and government (government) cooperation by PT. Telkom, Indonesia Tbk in District Kiaracondong Bandung. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The informants were chosen purposively which included representatives of companies, recipient communities, and local government apparatus. Data collection techniques were conducted through a series of in-depth interviews, field observations and documentary studies. The study found that CSR implementation through the empowerment of women in the process involves elements of academia and local government, so that the implementation shows the success and impact on the benefits felt by the community as reflected in the empowerment index .. Based on the results of the study recommended that the company establish cooperation also with the district level government,

Abstract

Mitra dalam PKM ini adalah Kelompok PKK sebagai organisasi penggerak ibu rumah tangga yang merupakan produsen sampah domestik terbesar di Desa Wanayasa Kecamatan Wanayasa Kabupaten Purwakarta Penanganan sampah selalu menjadi hal penting karena dapat berpengaruh pada kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungan. Khususnya penanganan sampah anorganik sudah menjadi program pemerintah melalui program Bank Sampah yang dicanangkan oleh Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan sejak tahun 2015, dengan tujuan mengurangi jumlah sampah nasional. Bank Sampah adalah program yang mengajak masyarakat untuk memilah sampah organik dan non-organik untuk ditukarkan menggunakan uang pada bank-Bank Sampah .Program Bank Sampah itu bisa mengubah paradigma masyarakat untuk memaknai sampah sebagai sesuatu yang mempunyai nilai untuk dimanfaatkan kembali sekaligus mengurangi jumlah sampah. Permasalahannya adalah bahwa masih rendahnya kemampuan penggerak masyarakat dalam hal ini Kelompok PKK sebagai penggerak Ibu Rumah Tangga dalam memberikan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan mengenai pengelolaan sampah kepada Ibu-Ibu rumah tangga. Adanya permasalahan tersebut kami tertarik untuk memberikan solusi dengan meningkatkan keberdayaan kelompok PKK dalam pengelolaan sampah melalui sosialisasi dan penyuluhan program Bank Sampah di Desa Wanayasa Kecamatan Wanayasa Kabupaten Purwakarta. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan lingkungan melalui sosialisasi program Bank Sampah perlu lebih gencar agar masyarakat memiliki kesadaran tinggi dalam pemeliharaan lingkungan guna mendukung program pemerintah tersebut. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu dengan bimbingan sosial kelompok (group work) dan pengembangan masyarakat lokal (locality development). Teknik yang digunakan guna mendukung realisasi kegiatan ini adalah : Dengan memberikan penyuluhan masalah pengelolaan lingkungan dan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah non organik melalui Sosialisasi Program Bank Sampah kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah bagian dari penelitian yang bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana peran pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) untuk pemberdayaan perempuan yang berkelanjutan oleh PT. Telkom, Indonesia Tbk di Kecamatan Kiaracondong Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dipilih secara purposive yang meliputi perwakilan perusahaan, masyarakat penerima program, dan aparat pemerintah lokal. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui serangkaian wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian menemukan bahwa pemerintah belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan perannya dalam pelaksanaan CSR untuk pemberdayaan perempuan sehingga dari pelaksanaannya belum menunjukkan keberhasilan dan berdampak pada manfaat yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat yang tercermin pada empowerment index. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian direkomendasikan agar pemerintah mewujudkan networking government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini pada dasarnya merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metodi deskriptif kualitatif yang ditujukan untuk menggali secara deskriptif terkait kinerja pegawai di Bagian Umum Asisten Administrasi Umum Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Subang. Dalam penelitian ini ada tiga informan yang menjadi sumber data utama yang akan digali dan dianalisis untuk menjawab pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun alat untuk menggali dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai ini menggunakan teknik wawancara yang setiap butir pertanyaannya mengacu kepada konsep kinerja pegawai yang berkategorikan kuantitas, kualitas, waktu, kehadiran dan kerjasama. Serta ditunjang dengan data lain berdasarkan faktor-faktor individu dan lingkungan yang memberikan pengaruh langsung kepada kinerja pegawai, yakni kemampuan, kepemimpinan, tim, sitem dan kontekstual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diuraikan pada bab sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada Bagian Umum Asisten Administrasi Umum Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Subang secara umum dapat dikatakan sudah baik, berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam dengan informan-informan terkait maka kondisi kinerja pegawai di bagian umum tersebut dalam kondisi baik. This research is basically a qualitative research that uses descriptive qualitative methods aimed at exploring descriptively related to employee performance in the General Section of the Assistant General Administration of the Regional Secretary of Subang Regency. In this study there are three informants who are the main data sources that will be extracted and analyzed to answer the questions in this study. The tool for exploring and analyzing employee performance uses interview techniques which each question refers to the concept of employee performance categorized as quantity, quality, time, attendance and cooperation. And supported by other data based on individual factors and the environment that provides a direct influence on employee performance, namely ability, leadership, team, system and contextual. Based on the results of the research described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the performance of employees in the General Administration Assistant Section of the General Secretary of Subang Regency in general can be said to be good, based on the results of in-depth interviews with related informants, the performance conditions of employees in the general section are good condition.

Abstract

PT.BPR KARYA UTAMA JABAR CABANG PAGADEN didirikan bertujuan untuk memperluas layanan kepada masyarakat lebih tercapai, membangun peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat khususnya dipedesaan melalui kegiatan usaha menghimpun dana masyarakat dan menyalurkan dalam bentuk kredit bagi masyarakat. Staf kredit adalah petugas Bank yang menangani pemberian kredit kepada calon nasabah baru dan nasabah lama. Staf kredit merupakan suatu bagian yang sangat penting dalam organisasi Bank karena posisi staf kredit adalah dimana keuntungan Bank ada didalam kredit, dilihat dari fungsi dan tanggungjawab staf kredit dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan cukup berat karena ada target tersendiri untuk pemenuhan nasabah baru. PR KARYA UTAMA JABAR branch of PAGADEN was established aiming to expand services to the more established community, build an increase in income especially in rural communities through the business activities of collecting public funds and channeling in the form of credit to the community. Credit staff are bank officers who handle lending to prospective new customers and old customers. Credit staff is a very important part in the bank organization because the credit staff position is where the bank's profit is in credit, seen from the functions and responsibilities of the credit staff in carrying out quite heavy work because there are separate targets for the fulfillment of new customers.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian diatas hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : “terdapat pengaruh antara variabel implementasi kebijakan penataan pasar tradisional dan toko modern terhadap variabel efektivitas pembinaan sektor informal di Kabupaten Subang.” Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan paket statistik programme for social science (SPSS) versi 16.0, diperoleh data besarnya pengaruh antara Implementasi kebijakan penataan pasar tradisional dan toko modern terhadap efektivitas pembinaan sektor informal di Kabupaten Subang adalah 0,888. Berdasarkan tabel koefisien korelasi tersebut termasuk dalam kategori “sangat kuat”. Dari tabel coefficients diperoleh variabel Implementasi kebijakan dan Efektivitas nilai sig. Sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai probabilitas (sign) < nilai probabilitas 0,05, berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan pada hipotesis maka dapat dibuktikan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan penataan pasar tradisional dan toko modern berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap efektivitas pembinaan sektor informal di Kabupaten Subang. Based on the results of the study note is: "there is influence between variable policy implementation arrangement of traditional markets and modern stores to variable effectiveness of coaching the informal sector in Subang." Based on the test results with statistical package program for social science (SPSS) version 16.0, was obtained the influence of data between the implementation of planning policies traditional markets and modern shops on the effectiveness of the informal sector guidance in Subang is 0.888. Based on the correlation coefficient table included in the category of "very strong". From the table variable coefficients obtained by the implementation of policies and Effectiveness sig. 0,000. Because the probability value (sign) <a probability value of 0.05, based on the criteria established in the hypothesis it can be proved that the implementation of planning policies of traditional markets and modern stores very strong influence on the effectiveness of the informal sector guidance in Subang.

Abstract

Karyawan sebagai aset perusahaan dengan peranannya yang sangat menentukan berhasil tidaknya perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Dalam memperoleh karyawan yang berkinerja baik perusahaan harus mengadakan pelaksanaan pelatihan, yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah kinerja yang dihasilkan karyawan masih rendah. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan pencapaian kinerja yang tidak sesuai dengan target, dan kurangnya keterampilan pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang dan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kausal dengan sampel berjumlah 66 orang responden dan juga menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 18 for windows. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran pelatihan dan kinerja pada PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang sudah optimal. Pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang memiliki pengaruh dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,251. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil perhitungan R Square atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 6,3,% memiliki arti bahwa kinerja karyawan PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan sebesar 6,3%. Penulis merekomendasikan agar perusahaan meningkatkan pemberian program pelatihan guna menunjang kinerja perusahaan. Dahana (Persero) Subang. The phenomenon that occurs is that the performance produced by employees is still low. This is indicated by the success that is not in accordance with the target, and the lack of skills in employees. This study aims to determine whether there are training objectives on the performance of employees of PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang and uses descriptive and causal methods with a sample across 66 respondents and also using the help of the SPSS 18 application program for windows. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment conversion coefficient and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses t-test to see the effect partially. The results showed an overview of training and performance at PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang is optimal. PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang Employee training and performance. PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang has an influence with an interaction coefficient of 0.251. Then based on the results of the calculation of R Square or the coefficient of determination of 6.3,% has a meaning about the performance of the employees of PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang was determined by training at 6.3%. The author agrees that the company enhances the assistance program training to support company performance.

Abstract

This study at the Bandung City Primary School. The problems faced by the effectiveness of the Policy Network based on implementing organizations, policy objectives, policies, and policy environment in the Implementation of School-Based Quality Improvement Management Policies (MPMBS) in Bandung City Primary Schools (SDN). The concept used in this study is about the Smith's policy network.Interaction among actors in the network that will determine how policies should be implemented as the core of the network govern that focuses on interorganizational networks. This policy is used to analyze policies; implementing organizations, policy objectives, policies and policy environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study methods, it is based on the focus of research studies that require researchers to explore various aspects of MPMBS in Bandung based on the perceptions and experiences of informants through in-depth interviews, observation participants, and data triangulation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Education Office, the Head of the Curriculum Section of the Education Office, the Education Council and the School Supervisor, the SDN Principal, Teachers in the Curriculum and Student Affairs, School Committees, and Companies in the City of Bandung. The results showed that the policy network in the implementation of the MPMBS policy in Bandung City Elementary School has not been effective, because of the implementation of organizational factors in this case the Bandung City Education Office has not fully carried out its duties, responsibilities and responsibilities in the implementation of the MPMBS policy. As a policy target, the principal has not acted as an innovative and creative leader, the school board has not fully directed, provided input, and monitored the implementation, the school committee also has not acted as an advisor, supporter, controller and mediator for schools. Likewise from environmental factors, Public Elementary Schools in Bandung City have been able to explore the potential, aspirations and community participation of the business world. Research findings, policy networks in the implementation of MPMBS policy must be synergized between government, society and the private sector by building trust, commitment, rules, innovative leadership by managing existing resources and paying attention to the value of the system that applies to the public interest and equal opportunities.
