Abstract

This study aimed to find out the description : the satisfaction of society’s response to public service as well as service quality index value and the performance of the public service in the Departement of Civil Registration and Population of the City of Banjarmasin. The research using survey method and descriptively. Data collection using the questionnaire for respondents whit a simple technique random sampling. Descriptive data analysis with quantitative. The results showed the public generally satisfied with public service provided by the Departement of Civil Registration and Population of the City of Banjarmasin. The quality of service of the Departement of Civil Registration and Population are include in categories B, and the performance of his ministry is in good category either.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the service quality of Hajj and Umrah on Religious Ministry office of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. Research method using qualitative approach with descriptive type. Data collected conducing interviews to three informants. Using the technique of descriptive data analysis to draw conclusion. In generale the results showed, hajj and umrah services quality based on tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty already meet the expectations of users of the service. There are various factor that support an hinder the ministry of hajj and umrah. Factor endowments include sincere attitude in providing service and facilities in the form of a computer and an internet connection. While the factor that inhibit islack the strengthof the internet connection from the central server and the officer who are less reliable and sometimrs arrive late ini providing the service.

Abstract

Analyze the influence of behavior on the quality of public services, behavior on performance, and performance on the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registry Service in the Province of South Kalimantan. This research uses quantitative methods which can be interpreted as research methods based on positivist philosophy. The design of this study was observational with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was 325 people and spread in 13 cities and districts in the Province of South Kalimantan. The results of this study are that employee behavior has a significantly positive effect on employee performance. Employee behavior significantly influences the Quality of Public Services. Employee performance does not significantly influence the Quality of Public Services.

Abstract

This article analyses the political drama of the fall Soeharto's government in May 1998, after 32 years in power, has made a new era of this country democratic life. The fall of the Soeharto’s government which gave to a new era of democratization has changed of political landscape from the authoritarian system to the transition of democracy. The democratic transition has had an impact on the almost uncontrollable political dynamics. It also provides an opportunity for central and local political actors to consolidate power and reposition themselves to capture of power institutions and democratic institutions through contestation of local elections. In the capitalization democracy, political pragmatism structured in democratic behavior has spawned the costly cost of democracy. Therefore, it has become a fact in the current reality of democracy that political actors who occupy the stage of democracy are people who have capital (money) or background as entrepreneurs. The involvement of mine bosses in the local elections in South Kalimantan as sponsors of political fund or as candidats local rulers has spawned a black market of democracy characterized by political concessions and transactions through a network of political patronage. South Kalimantan is known as a coal mining product, mining issues in the local election became political marketing to build political patronage networks among local actors. In the context of open competition in local elections, the issue of political funding becomes the most crucial in the democratic transition. The political brokers will position themselves as shadow government after local election in government and become as a controler in policy government, especially mining policy. The mine bosses have of bergaining position in the political landscape and political patronage network to place the people who occupy the position of the local head by power money and oligarchy of political party. The heads of political parties or political elites in South Kalimantan are majority as mine bosses. Thus, the existence of political parties has been taken drive by capitalist . The cartelization politiacal parties became clearer in the lead up to the elections in which party institutions had become the arena of conspiracy between party regimes and local ruling candidates or local power.

Abstract

The The Administration of Development traditionally consist of in one side The Development of Administration as an effort to improve State administration which includes, improvement of organization, staffing, finance and so on. On the other side, the Administration of Development itself formulated and implemented of public policies both as the process of State administration and political processes. The scope of the Administration of Development both in the development of administration and administration of development itself requires contextual transformation as dealing with the reality that there has been changes in the life situation of the nation and state. Abstract

Quality of service emphasizes the orientation of fulfilling public satisfaction in general in Banjarmasin Barat Subdistrict, Banjarmasin City. In this research, quality of service is the main focus to find a relationship with public satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with survey data collection procedures. Research location at Banjarmasin Barat Subdistrict Office. The measuring scale used in this study is the Likert Scale. Determination of samples in this study uses the probability sampling methode. Based on the result and discussion of data, quality of service not spread at all level of categories from Chi Square Goodness of Fit (X2 = 59,750; p = 0,000). These results are compared with table X2 with a significance level of 5% is 12,592. So, X2 count value is greater than X2 table (59,750 > 12,592). Public satisfaction not spread at all level of categories with X2 count value is 19,000 with level of categories value is 0,025. These result are compared with table X2 with a significance level of 5% is 16,919. So, X2 count value is greater than X2 table (19,000 > 16,919). Quality of service and satisfaction level (0,204 > 0,05) has a relationship, therefore quality of service and public satisfaction has a relationship too.

Abstract

Guru pembimbing sekolah harus memiliki kompetensi profesionalisme dalam kulaifikasi akademik disertai dengan mempunyai kompetensi konselor agar mampu menghadapi berbagai problem sekolah, sehingga guru pembimbing mampu untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi perkembangan dunia pendidikan dengan berbagai macam dampak yang bisa menghabat perkebangan siswa disekolah.guru pembimbing disekolah bukan suatu yang lahir tanpa syarat,artinya seseuatu hadir begitu saja tanpa proses belajar yang panjang. Proses yang akhirnya menjadikan guru pembimbing sebagai agen pemebelajaran yang memiliki posisi strategis untuk melakukan berbagai perubahan, peningkatan dan pengembangan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan disekolah yang tentunya proses pendidikan disekolah berkesinangbungan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan.__________________________________________________________School guidance teachers must have professionalism competence in academic qualifications accompanied by having counselor competencies to be able to deal with various school problems, so that the mentoring teacher is able to prepare themselves in the face of the development of the world of education with various kinds of impacts that can hinder students' development in schools. who was born unconditionally, meaning someone just present without a long learning process. Abstract

The existence of guidance and counseling is a basic need that must be prioritized in the life of the community Guidance and Counseling Services that are good and right, effective and efficient in developing guidance and counseling missions so that community recognition and trust will increase. Accountability is carried out periodically and in accordance with the provisions with effective documentation through measurement of results from professional activities. Accountability refers to accountability for the success or failure of achieving the results of an organization's program. The guidance and counseling profession as professional counselors masters and realizes their professional practice, the accountability of guidance and counseling must be carried out as an embodiment of the obligation to account for the success or failure of implementing the guidance and counseling program mission in achieving the stated goals and objectives.

Abstract

A good teacher in the connotation of personal quality (a good teacher), or a successful teacher (a full success teacher), and an effective teacher. Now it is necessary to understand the image or profile of a teacher, to know his status in the educational community which is always changing suddenly and surprising so that, placing the role of the teacher as an agent of change and developing moral responsibility and commitment and high abstract thinking in carrying out the educational mission. In the aspect of teacher performance, the results of the initial survey show that the lack (work performance, work ability, job performance, work production, low work discipline, low creativity) as visible indicators at that time are the behaviors or actions seen by the teachers that show less performance. should.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher performance, commitment and professionalism on student learning outcomes at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin City. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all teachers, namely 52 teachers. Sampling in this study is by saturation sampling. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS statistical 22 programs. The results showed that there is an effect of performance on student learning outcomes, there is an effect of commitment on student learning outcomes, there is a professional influence of teachers on student learning outcomes, there is a simultaneous effect on performance, teacher commitment and professionalism towards student learning outcomes at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin City.
