Abstract

The challenge of export-scale marketing carried out by MSMEs that can increase sales and increase competitiveness with the SWOT analysis method in the AMMIC business (Association of Creative Mandiri Partners). The selection of the location of this research was carried out by looking at the development of MSMEs in the current era, the growing development of MSMEs in Indonesia, the business actors dared to take opportunities and decisions by exporting their products abroad aimed at developing the economy and introducing local products. The analysis used to determine the marketing challenges of MSMEs on an export scale in the AMMIC business (Association of Independent IKM Creative Partners) includes evaluation of internal factors, evaluation of external factors, IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, SWOT matrix and Grand Strategy matrix.

Abstract

Service quality is the key to success to be able to satisfy consumers because through good service then the company will give a good impression to consumers This type of research is quantitative, namely research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. Based on the level of explanation (level of clarity), this study uses associative analysis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The respondents of this study were students of KH.A.Wahab Hasbullah University totaling 100 people. The result of this research is that there is a significant influence between service quality and company reputation. The results of the measurement of simple linear regression analysis of 0.863 are included in the strong/high correlation. While the value of r square is 0.745, which means that the service quality variable contributes 74.5% influence on the company's reputation.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative associative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The respondents of this research are the customers of the Lawas Jombang coffee shop which sells 100 people. The results of the t-test research on the store atmosphere variable of 7,664 are greater than the t table of 1,667 with a significance of 0.000 less than r 0.05, the store atmosphere variable has a positive and significant effect on the buying interest variable. And the t-count value for location is 2,469, which is greater than t table for 1,667 with a sig level of 0.016 less than 0.05, so the location variable partially has a positive and significant influence on the buying interest variable. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value of 71.789 is greater than the F table of 3.13, meaning that the store atmosphere and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the buying interest. The value of Asjusted R Square obtained is 0.682. The figure shows that 68.2% buying interest (bound variable) can be explained by store atmosphere and location. The remaining 68.2% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. variable.

Abstract

The emergence of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) at the beginning of 2020 had a huge impact throughout Indonesia, especially for MSMEs, which experienced a decline in the midst of increasingly advanced world economic developments. Anchors café is one of the cafes in the Rejoslamet Mojoagung Jombang area, this café was established in 2020 and is a café whose ingredients are original ingredients from Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of People, Process and Physical Evidence on Consumer Satisfaction at Café Jangkar Mojoagung. This study is causal associative, namely to determine the effect or also the relationship between two or more variables. The sample in this study amounted to 100 obtained from consumer or customer data from Café Anchor. The data in this study were observed from the calculation of the questionnaires that had been distributed and interviews with the parties concerned. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of People, Process and Physical Evidence together on Consumer Satisfaction at Café Jangkar Mojoagung. While partially, only People and Physical Evidence variables have an effect on Consumer Satisfaction, while the Process variable has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work commitment on employee performance at Modern Bakery. This type of research is quantitative research with survey research methods. In collecting data using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were employees at Modern Bakery, so the sample in this study was 52 respondents. To analyze the data obtained using the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression and Correlation Coefficient Test using the F test (simultaneous test), T test (partial test). Meanwhile, data collection was carried out through several techniques, namely field studies and lift deployment studies. The results of the research and data processing show that the two independent variables, namely organizational culture and work commitment, simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The correlation coefficient test results show that the R value is 0.864, meaning that organizational culture and work commitment together have a very strong relationship to employee performance. While the results of the coefficient of determination test show that the value of R2 is 0.746, then the value of R2 < 1 means that 74.6% of employee performance at Modern Bakery is influenced by organizational culture and work commitment. While the rest (25.4%) is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang 2) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang 3) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention pada Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang dan 4) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi secara simultan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden dan wawancara dengan responden yaitu dosen dan karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang yang berjumlah 57 orang. Teknik penarikan sampelnya adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendatangi langsung para responden untuk mengisi kuesioner penelitian. Analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang 2) Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang 3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang dan 4) Stress Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap variabel Turnover Intention Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang.

Abstract

Transportation is one of the needs at this time can be classified in the form of primary needs, where without a transportation it will definitely interfere with one's activities. This has an effect on the development of current technology. Even transportation-related innovations have sprung up. Departing from this, researchers found one problem that is related to the search for driver or driver services for vehicles. From this problem researchers raised an idea to build a driver or driver search system online. Researchers named this application as "Go Driver". Go Driver is an android and web platform application to search or book four-wheeled drivers, including private cars, public transport and heavy equipment transportation. In this application the user can make a booking driver by only using their respective phone. This application is built with the PHP programming language on the website section, then on the android platform using the web-view method that is configured using android studio.

Abstract

Religious tour is a new interested trend in this society. That point be evidenced with lots of religious activities. Starting from a tour guide, a tourist area manager, and prominent members of society in the village or in the city. The problems that be faced by religious traveller who want to travel in east java are lack of accurate information, details about tourism, and the tourist spot they're going to visit. To overcome those problems, researcher have designed and constructed a religious tour app in east java, supported by google maps and some details of such sightseeing details, short of travel descriptions, travel pictures as well as the direction directed by Google maps to guide to the tourist locations. This application is able to walk on the various platforms in mobile androids that will make it easier for tourism to do the search for location and religious tourist information in east Java.

Abstract

Basically every institution or a university must have an activity, from each activity also has its own field - which is organized as an organization. Each activity also has a flow system of submission and reporting activities that are in the 1 highest field. Neither in a Universiatas or a Higher Education must also have activities where in every activity is under the Student Affairs. One of the fields in the University is the Student Executive Board (BEM), this field has the duty to run activities of the University that has been agreed upon rakorgram, this field can be regarded as a government agency of the University and for the field that oversees the submission of programs or activities is the Council Student Representative (DPM). In every activity has a working system which will have activity submission and activity reporting from that activity will be reported to student affairs. So far, the system of filing and reporting activities are still printing or can still be said to be manual. A systematic or computerized management system is required in this activity to reduce the collection of files by paper or manual. Based on the description, the author took a study entitled "Student Organization Management System (ORMAWA) Universitas KH A. Wahab Hasbullah".

Abstract

These blind people still have difficulties in carrying out their activities, especially in terms of mobility in society. This is of course due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure that can support blind people in carrying out their daily activities. One of the assistive devices commonly used is a blind cane. With this stick, blind people are quite helped, especially when walking, but the conventional cane has limitations, one of which is the reach is too short. Thus, in this study, a concept for walking aids for blind people was developed by designing a new device that can cover the limitations of conventional canes. The tool is designed to utilize microcontroller technology with a minimum Arduino uno system, ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04, and DFPlayer Mp3 Mini module. The results showed that the designed tool can detect a maximum distance of 80 cm and can make a sound when the ultrasonic sensor is blocked.
