Abstract

This study aimed to describe the form- student disciplinary form, factors that cause indiscipline students and how to deal with indiscipline behavior of students in keeping order in the Primary School. The approach and type of research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects were high grade students who often do indiscipline in keeping order in the Primary School. The data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Credibility test data through triangulation. The data have been analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research are: 1) The form of disciplinary students to comply with the rules in elementary school are most often violated is in dress, students still often do not put clothes into the violations that are not observed are meroko school environment 2) Factors that cause behavior indiscipline students in keeping order in the Elementary School that is, a) internal factors and b) external factors which consisted of factors than others, economic factors and factors of social media, every student has different factors in conducting disciplinary, 3) How to deal with indiscipline Elementary School students has been implemented through the example and habituation. Based on the results of this study concluded that the causes of indiscipline every student is different to that teachers should increase attention to the students and always carry out the recording of the students who do indiscipline so that students are more disciplined and the rules and the penalties were further optimized in accordance with the development of students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of the reading habits of learning outcomes Indonesian with fourth grade students of SDN 17 Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative with correlational research method. The sample in this study is the fourth grade students of SDN 17  Bengkulu City taken using technique total sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet (questionnaire) and interview guidelines and documentation. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study using the correlation calculation. product moment. These results indicate that rcount is greater than rtable (0.320 > 0.281). From the statistical calculation result obtained significant valuet is greater than ttable (2,311 ? 1.684) with significance level ? = 0.05 (significance level of 5%), and the contribution of the variable x to y of r = 0.1024, which means that reading habits contributed 10.24% to the Indonesian student learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the reading habits of learning outcomes Indonesian with fourth grade students of SDN 17 Bengkulu City correlation levels are included in the low category. Thus Ha received and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of synoptic learning model on the ability to write poetry of class V students in SD Negeri 49 Kota Bengkulu. The type of this research is quantitative research and the research design is The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, taking the test twice before and after giving treatment (treatment) in the sample class. Population in this research is class V student amounted to 43 student. The sample in this research consists of two classes, namely VB as experimental class and VA as control class with sampling total sampling technique. The research instrument uses a description test (essay). The data of the research were analyzed using inferential analysis that is t-test. Based on the results of data analysis obtained tcount value of 2.39 and ttable value of 2.019 with a significant level of 5%. This shows that the tcount = 2.39 ? ttable = 2.019 and it is concluded that there is an effect of using a synoptic learning model on the ability to write poetry of class V students in SD Negeri 49 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan pelaksanaan Ekstrakurikuler Wajib Pendidikan Kepramukaan menurut Kurikulum 2013 beserta solusinya. Di SD Negeri Gugus 17 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Pembina Pramuka, Guru Kelas dan Peserta didik. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar wawancara dan pertanyaan angket. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan Triangulasi dan Membercheck. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi pada tiga sekolah beragam. Kurangnya pembina pramuka di sekolah, sarana dan prasarana yang belum menunjang, penerapan kegiatan model dalam Pendidikan Kepramukaan yang belum maksimal, pengalokasian dana untuk pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler belum mendukung dan Peserta didik yang kurang paham. Solusi yang diberikan dalam mengatasi permasalahan yaitu sekolah mendatangkan pembina dari luar. Sarana dan prasarananya dicukupi. Penerapan model Blok, Aktualisasi dan Reguler di revisi materinya dan di musyawarakan supaya bisa berjalan dengan maksimal. Pengalokasian dana diatasi dengan mengajukan proposal pelaksanaan kegiatan Kepramukaan . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi di Sekolah tersebut dapat terselesaikan apabila Dinas Pendidikan berlaku tegas untuk Ekstrakurikuler Kepramukaan dan pihak Sekolah  memahami tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dalam Pendidikan Kepramukaan sesuai dengan tata aturan Kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the planting of leadership attitudes in the Scout Movement. This research is a descriptive study with a type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Test data credibility through increased perseverance, triangulation and member checking. Analysis of the data that has been obtained through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are in instilling leadership attitudes in accordance with the Articles of Association (AD) of the Scout Movement applying the principles of leadership; increase caring) Scoutmaster coaches always care about what students will do, always provide motivation and support to students so students can increase their confidence, care, enthusiasm and other positive things. The conclusion obtained is that the planting of leadership attitudes can be done through the Scouting movement. In the Scout Movement to instill leadership attitudes applying the Scouting Method, including; Practicing the Scout Code of Honor (satya and darma), Learning While Doing, Team Systems, Outdoor Activities, and Partnerships With Adults.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between extracurricular interests follow Scouting education with discipline a member Gudep found in Bengkulu City cluster of X. The quantitative approach used and the type of research that used korelasional. The population in this research is the entire members of the Gudep contained in the cluster X 332 by the amount of Bengkulu City students. The sample in this research totalled 84 students. Sampling techniques in the research of this proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrument in this study is the sheet now. Data collection techniques using question form. Data analysis techniques using test prerequisites and test hypotheses using the correlation formula product moment. The results of this research show that the value of rxy = 0.695 with rtabel = 0.212 (0.695 > 0.212), KP = 48.3%, and thitung = 5.74, with ttabel = 1.663 (5.74 > 1.663). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between interest in extracurricular education follow Scouting with the discipline of members in Gudep cluster X city of Bengkulu.

Abstract

The research aims at knowing and describing the implementation of Scouting Education as a Compulsory Extracurricular According to the 2013 Curriculum at 48 Public Elementary Schools, Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong District. This research uses qualitative research, descriptive study method. The research subjects of the principal as Kamabigus, Class Teachers / Subject Teachers, and Scout Instructors. Research focus on the implementation of Scouting Education as a compulsory extracurricular activity. The research instruments were guidelines for observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data is analyzed through Data Collection, Data Display, Data Condensation, Consclusion Drawing / Verification. The research process is guided by five indicators of success, namely; (1) implementation of three models (Block Model, Actualization Model, and Regular Model), (2) Competence of school principals in the application of Scouting Education, class teachers / subject teachers as Scout Guards as Front Cluster Unit Guards, with the carrying capacity of education Scouting. The results of the research on the implementation of Scouting Education as a compulsory extracurricular activity at the 48 Rejang Lebong Public Elementary School are not in accordance with the 2013 curriculum rules. (1) the implementation of Scouting Education as a compulsory extracurricular activity at 48 Public Elementary Schools Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong Subdistrict only implements the Regular Model. (2) the implementation of Scouting Education as a compulsory extracurricular activity according to the 2013 curriculum at 48 Public Elementary Schools in Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong District has not been implemented according to the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to describe the character of the discipline of students in extracurricular activities Scouting Education in Elementary School 68 Bengkulu city, especially in the opening and closing ceremonies Penggalang Scouts practice. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Subjects of research include coaches and assistant coaches Penggalang Scouts and Boy Scouts. Research instrument is observation and interview guides. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Test the validity of the data by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that the activities of the opening and closing ceremony of the exercise, members have shown discipline in the activities of prayer and homage to the Red and White when hoisted or lowered. However, members of visible violation of the rules that is talking, do not wear the Scout Uniform Complete (SUC), delayed forming a line angkare, and less unprepared when members gather to hear the instructions given by the Primary. In the opening ceremony activities, readings Pancasila and Dasadarma performed in a loud voice, precise intonation and clear pronunciation. Based on the results of this study concluded that the discipline of members in the opening and closing ceremonies of exercise was seen although there are violations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswadalam memahami bahan ajar muatan lokal sejarah kerajaan Bengkulupada 3 aspek hasil belajar sejarah yaitu aspek kecakapan akademik(kognitif), sikap kesadaran sejarah (afektif) dan sikap nasionalisme(afektif). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptifkuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan teknik persentase. SubjekPenelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VA yang berjumlah 31 siswa.Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar tes berupa soal(multiple choice) dan observasi berupa lembar pengamatan. Teknikanalisis data dengan penskoran pada tes pilihan ganda (multiple choice)dan penskoran pada lembar pengamatan kemudian dideskripsikan. Darihasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa siswa kelas VA Sekolah DasarNegeri 25 Kota Bengkulu cukup dengan rata-rata 61,28% dalammemahami bahan ajar muatan lokal sejarah kerajaan Bengkulu. Namunbila dilihat dari ketuntasan belajar, siswa kelas V SDN 25 KotaBengkulu dinyatakan belum tuntas, karena berdasarkan penilaian acuanpatokan siswa dinyatakan tuntas apabila yang mendapatkan nilai 65 keatas sebanyak 75-80%. Rincian perolehan hasil penelitian pada aspekkecakapan akademik sebanyak 19 siswa (61,29%) mampu memahamibahan ajar muatan lokal sejarah kerajaan Bengkulu, sebanyak 17 siswa(54,83%) mampu memiliki sikap kesadaran sejarah dan sebanyak 21siswa (67,74%) mampu memiliki sikap nasionalisme. Jadi, dari dapatdisimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas VA belum tuntas dilihat dari PAP danperlu dilakukan remedial.
