Behavior And Healthy Living in educational institutions is an effort to empower students, lecturers and the community in the school or campus environment to know, want and be able to practice PHBS and play an active role in realizing healthy educational institutions and physical health conditions related to one's lifestyle. The implementation of PHBS is personal hygiene, not smoking, regular exercise, eating fruits and vegetables every day, washing hands with clean water and soap, latrines, clean water, trash cans and final waste disposal drains and no one abuses the use of drugs. The aim of this study is to see the effect of Health Education on Increasing Knowledge and Attitudes of Students at the Faculty of Health, University of Muhammadiyah West Sumatra on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS).The design of this study is a quasi-experimental study using the “One Group Pre-test-posttest Design” approach. This research site is at the Faculty of Health, University of Muhammadiyah Bukittinggi. This study was from April to December 2020. The sampling technique used purposional random sampling with a sample of 46 people. The results showed that there were differences in the mean before and after being given health education about the implementation of clean and healthy living habi Behavior And Healt Living (PHBS), both knowledge and attitudes, with a p value of 0.000. To increase knowledge and change student attitudes about the implementation of Behavior And Healt Living (PHBS) it is necessary to hold socialization and other counseling.
