Abstract

The development of technology makes human work easier and more effective. Technology has penetrated almost every field, both in everyday life and in the field of human work. The role of technology in various aspects of activities can be understood because technology can facilitate the resolution of a problem by using a computer system, especially using a decision support system. Technological developments have entered institutions such as the Sultan Sulaiman hospital institution. The existence of technology at Sultan Sulaiman Hospital can assist the hospital in making decisions based on existing data. This study discusses the determination of the promotion of employees at the hospital. Sultan Sulaiman with Profile Matching Method. In this study, 10 samples of honorary employees at the Sultan Sulaiman Hospital were used to be used as candidates for promotion. The data used consists of Full Name Using Title, Gender, Place, Date of Birth, and Job Description. This system is built using the scripting language PHP and MYSQL as the database. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the names of the employees who will be promoted to the position of the medical team leader are Arbaiyah, Amd.Ft (A2) with a score of 8.87778 who is ranked 1st and Citra Dewi Nasution, Amd (A7) with a score of 8.86 which ranked 2. The level of accuracy of the profile matching method is quite high. The program that is built is dynamic.

Abstract

Competition in the business world, especially in the increasingly difficult printing world, requires developers to find strategies to increase orders for printed products ordered. An increasing number of order data every day can be used to develop marketing strategies if processed correctly. A priori algorithms include the type of association rules in data mining. One of the stages of association analysis that attracts many researchers to produce efficient algorithms is the analysis of high-frequency patterns (frequent pattern mining). The importance of an association can be known by two benchmarks, namely: support and confidence. Support (support value) is the percentage of the combination of these items in the database, while confidence (certainty value) is the strength of the relationship between items in association rules.

Abstract

The election of the Head of the Study Program is very important to consider the maximum results of services to students. In the process of selecting the Head of the Study Program at STMIK Pelita Nusantara, they usually directly appoint those who occupy the position with several elements. Determination of the Head of the Study Program is very necessary by making some general and specific criteria and expertise in their fields. Abstract

Sesuai dengan peraturan yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak Kantor Lurah Mangga untuk memperoleh Bahan Pangan Bersubsidi, maka diperlukan kriteria-kriteria untuk menentukan siapa yang akan terpilih untuk menerima bahan pangan bersubsidi.Pembagian bahan Pangan bersbsidi dilakukan oleh kantor lurah mangga bagi warga yang kurang mampu ataupun miskin. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima bahan pangan bersubsidi maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk Sistem Pendukung Keputusan adalah dengan menggunakan AHP (Analytical Hirarchy Process). Pada penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan mengggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hirarchy Process) untuk melakukan perhitungan metode pada kasus tersebut. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak mmenerima bahan pangan bersubsidi berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu warga miskin.

Abstract

The high cost of consultations and eye examinations has made people reluctant to have their eyes checked by a doctor who specializes in eye diseases, especially blepharitis. The community needs a system that can diagnose blepharitis that they are currently suffering from so that they can have their eyes checked without having to go to a specialist in eye diseases, especially blepharitis first. The number of people suffering from blepharitis in humans is increasing from year to year. Therefore, it is necessary to take action to anticipate the increasing number of people with blepharitis. This is due to the delay in diagnosing the disease. Patients with this disease usually experience blindness due to a lack of proper maintenance. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts, and techniques, and reasoning to solve problems that normally only an expert in the field can solve. The Fuzzy Mamdani method is quite efficient to use in diagnosing blepharitis disease. This system can provide an early diagnosis of blepharitis in the human eye based on the symptoms and intensity of symptoms that are visible from the outside or experienced by humans. Patients (Users) only need to go to the Web to take the first steps in solving blepharitis and choose the symptoms of the disease they are experiencing without having to ask the expert directly. This system is made web-based with the PHP programming language.

Abstract

The Regional Head is a government in the region that is related to the authority they have in managing and regulating regional autonomy. Regional Heads are community protectors who head an area for the advancement of the region. The progress of an area depends on a regional leader. One of the requirements to become a regional head is that he must be registered with a party. A party is a political organization that follows a certain ideology that is formed with a general-purpose. In the NasDem party, Deli Serdang Regency, there was a problem where the process of selecting regional head candidates was still carried out manually without any system assistance. The ELECTRE method is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the ranking concept using paired comparisons of alternatives based on each appropriate criterion. The ELECTRE method is used in conditions where alternatives that do not meet the criteria are eliminated, and suitable alternatives can be generated. Selection of candidates for the regional head is carried out using various criteria, but some criteria are very effective in selecting candidates for the regional head, namely KTP, Education, Organizational History, Work Experience, Vision & Mission. The percentage of accuracy is obtained from 10 times the electre calculation experiments and 1x error is found because the alternatives for each candidate are similar or the same as the other candidates causing the results do not to appear. Because from 10 experiments and 1 failure or 9 out of 10 from the Electre calculation experiments, a result is obtained, it can be concluded that the level of accuracy is (9/10) * 100% = 90%Application of Electre Method in Election of Regional Head Candidates.

Abstract

Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis or often referred to as the MOORA method is a method that is often used as a decision-making method that uses optimization techniques to solve complex problems that have many criteria or multi-criteria. The MOORA method can separate various factors by separating the subjective part of the factors into several decision-making attributes by forming a decision matrix. The decision matrix will be normalized and optimized for each criterion to produce a preference value that can be used as a decision making. In this study, decision making was carried out using the MOORA method on the right product marketing strategy based on various existing criteria to determine the strategy that the company will implement in marketing its products so that the company has a competitive advantage to win the market from competitors. The results of the analysis show that the differentiation strategy has a higher preference value, namely 53.243164 and the cost leadership strategy with a value of 48.123638, and the market segmentation strategies with a value of 46.540075.

Abstract

STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan is a private university located in the city of Medan, North Sumatra Province. At STMIK Pelita Nusantara, there are problems that occur, namely the lack of services provided by the campus, especially in responding to student complaints, causing dissatisfaction (disappointment) and causing a sense of discomfort. Then there are no methods and systems that can support student uncertainty about campus services, so a method is needed to be able to solve this problem properly, namely the Servqual method. To overcome this, a study was conducted on the Analysis of Student Satisfaction Levels on Campus Services at STMIK Pelita Nusantara using the Fuzzy Servqual Method. The Servqual method is a method that can be used to analyze problems with a service. In the Servqual method there are 5 dimensions as a measuring tool for the level of satisfaction, namely responsiveness with 4 statements, reliability with 8 statements, assurance with 4 statements, empathy (attention) with 4 statements, and tangible (physical evidence). ) with 10 statements. Thus, this criterion is a criterion that many students complain about so that it needs to be corrected immediately. While the criteria that rank lowest is the dimension of Responsiveness (responsiveness) and close to the satisfaction score for students.

Abstract

To do Electronic Credit and furniture is quite difficult and less effective and efficient. Because the system used is still manual or not computerized, and the number of consumers who want to credit goods in Metro, it takes a few days or a long time to make a decision so that a system is needed, namely a Decision Support System using the Weighted Product method. The Weighted Product method is a method that uses multiplication to relate the attribute rating, where the rating of each attribute must first be ranked with the attribute's weight. The Weighted Product method uses multiplication as a liaison for attribute ratings, where the rating of each attribute must be ranked first with the weight in question. This research will produce an application or a furniture and electronic credit decision support system that can help make the credit granting process in the metro easier and more precise. The criteria used in this study are income, BPKB guarantee, KTP, family card (KK), home status, tutoring concerned and child dependents. Of the 5 examples of consumers who have been given in this study from A1, A2, A3, A4, to A5 then the highest ranking result of these 5 consumers is given to alternative A1 because the value obtained by A1 is higher than other alternatives. This system is designed using UML with the programming language PHP, CSS, Java script and HTML with the MySQL database.
