Abstract

The results of the research conducted, discovered that: 1). District asset controlling system has significant positive influence to the empowerment of district asset; 2) District asset accounting system has non significant positive influence to the empowerment of district asset; 3) The empowerment of district asset has non significant positive influence to the districts asset performance; 4) The performance of district asset has significant positive influence to the district’s genuine revenue; 5) District asset accounting has significant positive influence to district asset controlling system; 6) District asset controlling system has non significant positive influence to district asset performance; 7) District asset accounting system has non significant positive influence to the district asset performance; 8)District asset controlling system has non significant positive influence to district actual income; 9) accounting system of district asset has non significant positive influence to district actual income.

Abstract

In the world of the construction industry, the wages of workers are quite large, which is about one-third of the construction value. So the company should pay serious attention to the wages of these workers. However, information regarding the wages of construction workers is only in the form of daily wages for casual workers and monthly wages for permanent workers, while information on the cost of workers' costs is not available. This study aims to identify the components of labor costs and their proportion to the overall cost of construction workers wages and to identify factors related to wages and costs of construction workers. In this study the method used is empirical and inductive methods, then the data obtained is processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparative analysis. To model the burden of labor costs into its components and their respective proportions, descriptive statistical methods are used, while to analyze the variables -variables that affect wages and costs of workers used comparative analysis method. From the results of data processing, conclusions are drawn using the inductive method as follows: 1) The costs of workers are grouped into direct and indirect costs, and conditional costs, but the distribution of each cost component between permanent workers and freelancers is different; 2) Company profile, project profile, and worker profile. have an effect on wages and costs of construction workers.

Abstract

Concrete is one of the most widely used materials in the construction industry. Concrete building blocks are materials that are widely found in nature, including sand and gravel and cement constituents. Candlenut shell is one of the additives or substitutes for aggregate which has recently been used.  began to investigate the impact of its use on the mixture in concrete. The use of candlenut shells can be treated as a substitute for coarse or fine aggregate depending on the size of the pecan shell grains used. and to determine the optimum compressive strength of concrete by mixing candlenut shells as a partial substitute for fine aggregate with a percentage of 0%, 10%, 20%o and 30% of the weight of the fine aggregate. The research method is testing the compressive strength of concrete samples by carrying out laboratory test result. From the results of the concrete experiments that have been carried out and the data that has been obtained with the normal quality of fc 20.75 Mpa concrete and concrete with candlenut shell substitution for coarse aggregate in a mixture of 10%, 20%, and 30%, there are several conclusions, namely the age of concrete is 7,  14.28 days of mixed concrete of 10%, 20%, and 30% of the compressive strength experienced a decrease in the normal concrete compressive strength in every variation of the percentage.  The results of the research of normal concrete and candlenut shell mixture on normal concrete 7,14,28 days are 10,74 MPa,13,86 MPa.  14.42 MPa, in 10% candlenut shell mixture 7.14.28 days which is 7.35 MPa.  10.75 MPa.  11.03 MPa, in the mixture of 20%% candlenut shells 7.14.28 days, namely 6.19 MPa, S.48 MPa 9.33 MPa, and in the mixture of 30%% candlenut shells, which is 6.79 MPa.  7,36 MPa, 8,77 Mpa/ Use candlenut shell for partial substitution of fine aggregate in concrete cannot be used as a material as a constituent of concrete.

Abstract

 Muhammadiyah 01 Vocational High School Padang is the school with engineering concentration such as automotive, electrical, computer and network technology. The potential of hazards for school are: fire; exposure to radiation, electrical, and physical and the high potential places are : workshops, laboratories and classrooms. In addition, knowledge of HAZARD / Fire was given for 14 students of year X of SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Padang from various majors. The methods were used lecture and discussion. We did pretest and posttest in order to have participants knowledge. To sum up students' understanding of Hazard in general was 42% during the pre-test and increased to 50% during the post-test. However, the data were analyzed statistically and showed that there was an increase, constant and decrease of student understanding as follows: an increase from 25% to 75% for TBSM students (Motorcycle Business Engineering); constant 100% for RPL (Software Engineering) students; constant 30% for TITL students (Electrical Installation Engineering); constant 30% for TKJ (Computer and Network Engineering) students and a decrease from 60% to 30% for TPM (Mechanical Engineering) students. In conclusion, students of RPL, TKJ and TPM need to be given intense training on HAZARD and fire protection to improve their skills.

Abstract

Pengendalian waktu yang baik diharapkan dapat membantu pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan waktu yang direncanakan, salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode analisis nilai hasil. Analisis nilai hasil digunakan dengan tujuan dapat memperkirakan sejauh mana proyek yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan EVA (Earned Value Analysis) dalam memperkirakan waktu akhir penyelesaian proyek untuk setiap minggunya. Penelitian ini membutuhkan data seperti Time schedule, Rekapitulasi biaya anggaran proyek dan Laporan progress mingguan proyek. Metode ini memberikan informasi Nilai Hasil (EV), Jadwal Anggaran (PV), Varian Jadwal (SV), Indek Kinerja Jadwal (SPI), Prakiraan Waktu Pekerjaan Tersisa (ETS) dan Prakiraan Total Waktu (EAS) yang akan digunakan untuk analisis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data pengerjaan proyek selama 39 minggu pelaporan. Studi ini menghasilkan, waktu penyelesaian proyek tidak sesuai dengan rencana awal jadwal proyek. Minggu 1 nilai SPI > 1, minggu ke-2 sampai dengan minggu ke-8 nilai SPI <1, minggu ke-9 sampai dengan minggu ke-15 nilai SPI >1, minggu ke-16 sampai dengan minggu ke-23 nilai SPI <1, minggu ke-24 sampai dengan minggu ke-25 nilai SPI >1, minggu ke-26 sampai dengan minggu ke-35 nilai SPI <1, minggu ke-36 sampai dengan minggu ke-37 nilai SPI >1, minggu 38 sampai dengan minggu 39 nilai SPI=1. Ini menunjukan bahwa untuk nilai SPI yang <1 pekerjaan mengalami keterlambatan dan SPI yang >1 pekerjaan mengalami percepatan sedangkan SPI yang sama dengan 1 pekerjaan sama dengan rencana. Prakiraan waktu penyelesaian proyek berdasar perhitungan komulatif tiap minggu, minggu ke-39 adalah 266 hari, sedangkan waktu rencana adalah 270 hari. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa waktu penyelesaian lebih cepat 4 hari dari yang direncanakan.Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Waktu, Earned Value Analysis, SPI, ETS, EAS
