Abstract

This study aims to compare reciprocal teaching styles influence, exercises and command on learning outcomes of pencak silat paleredan. Experimental research method with Pretest-Posttest Group Design research design. Samples that fulfilled the requirements were 38 people. The research found that 1) the influences of Teaching Style Reciprocal toward Learning Results Pencak Silat Tepak Paleredan, 2) There is the influence of Teaching Style Exercise on Learning Outcomes Pencak Silat Tepak Paleredan, 3) influences of Teaching Style Command on Learning Outcomes Pencak Silat Tepak Paleredan, 4) The teaching exercises style have more significant impact on learning outcomes martial test Tepak Paleredan compared Reciprocal teaching style and Command. Then it can be concluded that the three teaching styles have a significant influence on the learning outcomes of the Paleredan Pencak silat in the Universitas Nusa Cendana Penjaskesrek Academic Year 2019/2020

Abstract

The research objective was to compare the academic achievement of practical courses before the pandemic period and after the pandemic period as a consideration for researchers to modify distance learning which is currently still ongoing. The research carried out included the type of Quasi-Experimental Designs using the Nonequivalent Comparison Group Design. The practical subjects studied were Pencak Silat and Volleyball Learning before the pandemic and during the pandemic. Data collection for Pencak Silat group and the Volleyball Group before and during the Pandemic Period,  from academic achievements scores for the Mid-Semester Examination and the Final Semester Examination. The group before the pandemic, all assessments of the Midterm Examination and the End of Semester Examination practiced directly in front of the Lecturer, while for the group during the pandemic, students recorded and uploaded to Youtube, then the video link sent to E-learning to be assessed by the Lecturer. Group Pencak Silat and Volleyball before pandemic, there are students of class 2018, while group Pencak Silat and Volleyball during pandemic, there area students of class 2020. Group Pencak Silat before pandemic 20 students, Group Pencak Silat during pandemic 20 students, group Volleyball before pandemic 20 students, and group Volleyball during pandemic 20 students. So, total 80 students were sampled in this research. Based on the results of statistical tests using SPPS with the Independent Sample T-Test, the Sig. (2-tailed) 0.011 <0.025, so Ho is rejected, so H1 is accepted. In other words, there is a significant difference between the academic achievement of the Pencak Silat Subject before and during the Pandemic Period. Based on the results of statistical tests using SPPS with the Independent Sample T-Test, the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.025 then Ho is rejected so that H1 is accepted. In other words, there is a significant difference between the academic achievement of volleyball learning subjects before and during the pandemic. The group that took the Pencak Silat Course before the pandemic and during the pandemic showed pre-test data for the group's Mean Value before the pandemic of 73.75 > 66.75 during the pandemic, and post-test data for the group's Mean Value before the pandemic of 77.80 > 69.80 during the pandemic, thus showing The mean value of the group before the pandemic was higher than the group during pandemic for students who took the Pencak Silat Course. The group that took the Volleyball Learning Course before the pandemic and during the pandemic showed pre-test data for the group's Mean Value before the pandemic of 70.75 > 64.05 during the pandemic, and post-test data for the group's Mean Value before the pandemic of 78.25 > 68.35 during the pandemic, so that shows the Mean value of the group before the pandemic was higher than the group during the pandemic for students who took the Volleyball Learning Course. The conclusion drawn from the description of the data above, shows the difference in the average value where the group before the pandemic has a higher average than during pandemic. Lecturers need to find solutions so that through online lectures students' academic achievement remains the same as academic achievement during face-to-face lectures.

Abstract

Starting from the spread of viruses Covid 19 that swept across the world in particular in Indonesia, bringing the idea to create research that contribute in dealing with viruses Covid 19. This study aims to determine the effect of endurance exercise on the body's defenses to prevent transmission of the virus covid 19 for student penjaskesrek Undana. This research is an experimental study of Quasi-Experimental Designs by using Nonequivalent Comparison Group Design which compares the effect of endurance training on the two levels of physical fitness categories of Penjaskesrek students, those who have very Low and Low categories.Samples were 12 female students from Penjaskesrek Undana in semester 2, 4 and 6, where 6 people were in the less physical fitness category, and 6 in the physical fitness category were very Low.The findings of this study include; 1) In the group of physical fitness Low are Effect of Exercise Endurance Resilience Body face Virus Covid 19 on the students Penjaskesrek Undana significantly, 2) In the group of physical fitness is very Low are Effect of Exercise Endurance Resilience Body face Virus Covid 19 on the students Penjaskesrek Undana significantly.So, the conclusion is that endurance exercises are more effective in increasing endurance to deal with the Covid 19 virus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student satisfaction with the use of learning applications during the online lecture period. The learning applications used are E-Learning, Edmodo, and Zoom. These three learning applications are given during the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year to students of the Penjaskesrek and Guidance and Counseling study program in courses that are managed by the research team. This research is an experimental study using a 3x3 factorial design and data collection techniques using a questionnaire filled out via google form. The level of satisfaction is divided into three indicators, namely usability dimensions, information quality dimensions and service interaction dimensions. The results showed that there are differences in each learning application on the indicators of satisfaction. In the Usability Dimension, Edmodo application has the highest Mean Ranking of 36.86, and in the Information quality dimension the E-learning application has the highest Mean Ranking of 38.72, while the service interaction dimension of the E-learning application has the highest Mean Ranking of 36.92. So it can be concluded from these three learning applications that E-learning applications have the most significant influence on student satisfaction

Abstract

Senam SKJ 2018 merupakan senam yang didaur ulang dari senam SKJ 1984 yang fenomenal. Akan tetapi gaungnya belum sefenomenal senam SKJ 1984,masih banyak masyarakat bahkan guru PJOK yang belum mengetahui dengan detail tentang senam SKJ 2018, oleh karena itu Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan Dan Rekreasi Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendiidikan Undana melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ingin melakukan sosialisasi senam SKJ dan senam Kreasi kepada guru-guru yang ada di kota kupang, besar harapan jka diberi kesempatan yang lebih luas, sosialisasi ini akan diperluas ruang lingkupnya bukan hanya pada guru olahraga di kota kupang akan tetapi diseluruh kabupaten kota di propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Berdasarkan hal di atas, maka Prodi Penjaskesrek FKIP Undana terdorong untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PPM) dengan Judul: SOSIALISASI SENAM SKJ 2018 DAN SENAM KREASI UNTUK GURU PJOK KOTA KUPANG. Berdasarkan analisis situasi di atas, maka yang menjadi identifikasi masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah (1) Banyak guru PJOK dikota kupang yang belum mengetahui tentang senam SKJ 2018, (2) Berdasarkan observasi sebelumnya, banyak harapan agar dilakukan sosialisasi senam kreasi untuk menambah referensi bagi guru penjas tentang perkembangan senam yang ada. Berdasarkan identifikasi yang telah dilakukan, maka prioritas utama yang harus ditangani adalah (1) Memperkenalkan senam SKJ 2018 kepada guru PJOK kota Kupang (2) Memperkenalkan Macam-macam senam kreasi yang berkembang. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam program ini adalah (1) Pemateri yang adalah Pelatih Resmi senam SKJ 2018 yang telah mendapat sertifikat dan mengikuti pelatihan senam SKJ 2018 (2) Pemateri yang adalah instruktur atau pelatih senam kreasi/Zumba yang bersertifikasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and describe the Rhythmic Activity Learning Strategy implemented at Anugerah Haukoto Christian Elementary School, Kupang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The method used is interview, observation and documentation. This study resulted in learning strategies for rhythmic activities at Anugerah Haukoto Christian Elementary School including: (1) teachers who have skills and abilities, high enthusiasm and motivation, and are able to overcome difficulties in overcoming rhythmic gymnastics learning to students. (2) students who have interest and motivation to take part in rhythmic gymnastics learning.

Abstract

The problem finding in partner schools of the Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nusa Cendana University is that there is no clear understanding of the making of learning tools based on the 2013 Curriculum for Elementary School PJOK teachers in Kupang City. PJOK teachers are not involved as instructors who train teachers, so the majority of PJOK teachers who take part in the training only make learning tools. This is an obstacle for PJOK teachers in the field if they are required to make learning tools according to curriculum expectations. So community service can be a solution for PJOK teachers. The implementation method in this Science and Technology for Society (IbM) activity starts from the preparation, implementation, mentoring and evaluation stages with the form of activities and methods and places used. The final results of IbM activities are able to produce uniformity of learning tools in this case the syllabus, lesson plans, KKM, Semester Programs, Annual Programs for Elementary School PJOK teachers.

Abstract

Soft Skill is a important factor in a organization. Soft skill who someone have can show  ability to preparing him/herslef  agains thread of the world. OSIS and MPK committee’s are role model from indiviual who have soft skill and hard skill. They are selected among student who have capability to do task as OSIS and MPK committee’s. There are many way to develop soft skill capability, among them; attended a training/seminar, attended a indoor training and outdoor training. One of the outdoor training is outbound activity. Outbound activities are packaged in the form of interesting games, but a lot of soft skills will be obtained from each game that is followed. This research goals to analyze the contribution of outbound activities to the soft skills of OSIS and MPK administrators at SMAN 3 Kota Kupang. The research sample consisted of 22 members of the OSIS and MPK committee at SMAN 3 Kota Kupang. The research design used is the One Group Pre-Post Test Design. According to the results of the regression test, an F value of 4.644 was obtained with a Sig. 0.044 <0.05, then outbound activities contribute to the soft skills of OSIS and MPK administrators at SMAN 3 Kota Kupang. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.188 which means that the contribution of the independent variable (outbound activities) to the dependent variable (soft skills) is 18.8%. Therefore, it is recommended that OSIS and MPK coaches make outbound activities an alternative in improving the soft skills of OSIS and MPK administrators.
