Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara maritim dengan potensi kekayaan perikanan laut yang besar. Padakenyataannya banyak nelayan miskin yang belum mendapatkan manfaat potensi ini. Salah satumasalah yang dialami oleh para nelayan adalah kesulitan dalam mengakses keuangan. Penelitianini memiliki tujuan untuk mengatasi masalah kemiskinan nelayan melalui model-modelpembiayaan syariah yang tepat sesuai dengan permaslahan yang dihadapi. Metodologi yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi literatur danindepth interview dengan tokoh kunci. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa model pembiayaanmikro syariah yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan miskin didasarkan padapermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh nelayan secara bertahap. Jika masalah yang dihadapi nelayanmiskin adalah sebab alamiah, maka model keuangan mikro yang dapat diberikan adalah zakat,qordul hasan dan salam. Jika disebabkan secara kultural, maka model keuangan yang dapatdiberikan melalui pembiayaan qord pendidikan dan qord peralatan produksi. Jika penyebabnelayan miskin adalah teknis, maka model keuangan mikro yang dapat diberikan adalah ijarah,murabahah, musyarakah dan mudharabah Jika penyebabnya adalah struktural, maka modelkeuangan yang dapat diberikan adalah pada level kebijakan melalui sukuk. Dengan berbagaimodel keuangan mikro syariah yang sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi insya Allah dapatmeningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan miskin.Kata kunci : negara maritim, nelayan miskin, keuangan mikro syariah, kesejahteraan nelayan

Abstract

Current condition of the laptop competition is very tight, so the company should make a strategy to achieve a higher market share. Laptops are one of the tool to meeting the needs of consumers in the field of technology and information. Dell is a company engaged in the information technology industry. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of brand image and product quality to the brand laptop Dell purchase decision. This type of research is explanatory research, the number of respondents are 100 peoples with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and literature. The analytical method used is the validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, t test, regression multiple linear, and F testBased on the analysis of the study variables of brand image and product quality has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Quality variable of the products have the most impact which 56.3%. While the brand image variables have an effect of 46.7%. Taken together (simultaneously) variables brand image and product quality has a contribution of 59% of the purchase decision. In conclusion there is positive between the brand image and product quality to the Dell brand laptop purchase decision. Suggestions for improvement of purchasing decisions by improving product quality and pay more attention to deficiencies which can be obtained through consumer complaints. Besides maintaining a good brand image that is by keep in constant communication with consumers and provide a clearer information to attract the attention of consumers better.

Abstract

Human resource management plays an active role in improving employee performance through a number of variables that influence it, including the leadership, work discipline and employee performance. Perum Perumnas Regional V Semarang is one public company engaged in the construction and housing sales nationwide. However there are still some issues regarding employee performance Perum Perumnas Regional V Semarang who have not reached the standard of performance. So this study can provide a view of the constraints experienced by employees Perum Perumnas Regional V Semarang.This research uses explanatory research type of approach by the number of respondents were 63 employees with sampling probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire and literature study techniques. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively by using analytical tools such as cross table, validity, reliability, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing by t test and F test.The results showed that the presence of a significant and positive impact between employment and kepemimnan discipline on employee performance. Labor discipline became one of the dominant factors that impact on employee performance. Suggestions can be submitted is the leadership in general has shown a high condition. For the sake defend, managers need to provide a more open opportunity for every employee to argue as well as in making employment decisions. Labor discipline in general have shown a high condition. Efforts to maintain these conditions should continue to be done. In order to improve better work discipline and its application accordingly, should the company give closer scrutiny in any violations committed by employees

Abstract

Indonesian Water Park Ecotourism is a family-owned tourism business that seeks to realize the implementation of ecological management. Indonesian Water Park Ecotourism (ETASIA) is located in Tlatar Village, Boyolali Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of price and quality of service on the decision to visit again through visitor satisfaction with ETASIA visitors. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research type. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents who were ETASIA visitors. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and interviews. This study uses analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple regression, multiple regression and t test with the help of IBM SPSS version 21.0 and sobel analysis to test the effect of intervening variables. The results showed that the price and service quality variables had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit again through visitor satisfaction as a partially intervening variable. Suggestions that can be given to Ecotourism Water Park Indonesia is to increase visitor satisfaction through price and quality of service to be able to come up with a decision to visit again.

Abstract

good quality health care is health care that can satisfy every user services. One of the activities in order to create quality standards is to implement appropriate quality control system, have clear objectives and stages, as well as providing innovation in the prevention and resolution of problems faced by the hospital, according to the Ministry of Health Decree No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 on hospital minimum service standards. This research studies about the quality control process of Radiology Department in Dr. Adhyatma Public Hospital Semarang by using the approach of P.D.C.A. cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act), based on a minimum standard of hospital services. Based on analysis, it was found that the overall service quality control has been going well. But there is still a level of damage x-rays that are above the standard which more than (>) 2%, so it’s need an improvement of the quality of x-rays to be able to provide high quality x-rays in order to create the right diagnosis and provide a satisfactory health care for patients of Radiology Department in Dr. Adhyatma Public Hospital Semarang.

Abstract

Many new hotels in Semarang mark the increasingly intense competition in the hospitality industry. Hotel entrepreneurs are required to compete in attracting consumers, many ways that are done by doing promotions, discounts, advertising and so forth. One way that is used is to provide the best service for consumers. Hotel Ciputra as one of the renowned hotels in the city of Semarang always improve the quality of its service to satisfy the consumers. The emergence of five-star hotels such as Gumaya Tower Hotel, Crowne Plaza and Grand Candi Hotel, make Hotel Ciputra must do an evaluation to keep customers to be loyal. The problem of this research is that in 2014 the employee performance score of 80.0% there is decreasing performance in 2015 to 75,8% and in 2016 equal to 74,9%. The performance appraisal does not reach the 85% standard set by Hotel Ciputra. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of career development and physical work environment on employee performance Hotel Ciputra Semarang. This type of research is Explanatory research. Sampling technique using Probability Sampling method. Probability Sampling is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunity for each element (member) of the population to be elected as a sample member. The number of samples taken as many as 111 respondents. Data were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test, and F test with SPSS program aid. Based on the results of the analysis, showed that Career Development variables are in the strong category. Career Development has a positive effect on employee performance and contributed 36.9%. The Physical Work Environment is in the medium category. Physical Work Environment positively affects employee performance and contributes 30% to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and ticket prices on customer loyalty. This type of research uses the type of explanatory research. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The population of this study is the Argo Muria train passengers as many as 100 respondents. This study uses quantitative analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple regression, multiple regression, t test and F test with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 21. The results showed that it could be concluded that t arithmetic (6.339)> t table (1.984), then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. There is a significant influence between Service Quality on Customer Loyalty. then t calculate the ticket price to customer loyalty (7,823)> t table (1,984), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a significant influence between Price on Customer Loyalty. Then F-count service quality and price to customer loyalty is (35,704)> F-table (3.09) which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Testing this hypothesis proves that together - positive and significant effect between Service Quality and Ticket Prices on Customer Loyalty of Argo Muria Railroad Services PT. KAI DAOP 4 Semarang.

Abstract

Human resources is a very important thing for a company because it is people who make a plan, organize, process and control any existing activity on that company's human resources should have a good quality performance to achieve maximum profits. Since the establishment of a company whether consciously or not, a leader certainly laid a foundation of organizational culture that is used as a basis for implementing performance. In addition, transformational leadership style is also required by the management to be able to influence employees to work well. Based on the data obtained, the percentage of absenteeism is increasing, the number of production decreases and the number of cigarettes disability criteria increases. From this, efforts should be made to improve the performance of employees through work discipline. This study aimed to determine the influence of the variable of organizational culture and transformational leadership styles on employee performance through employee discipline PT. SKT Megawon II Djarum Kudus. The study population was a daily part of the production employees totaling 66 people. This research used a census approach, where all members of the population used as a respondent. Measurement scales using Likert scale. In the analysis of the data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.00. Based on the survey results revealed that organizational culture, transformational leadership style and work discipline positive effect on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The conclusion of this research that simultaneous testing showed that the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance is 84.9%. The advice can be given to PT. Djarum SKT Megawon II Kudus is improved organizational culture found on the company and transformational leadership style which is owned by the management to be done by increasing working discipline in order to reach maximum performance.

Abstract

Marketing performance is a benchmark to determine the extent of the success of Batik SMEs in Semarang in facing intense competition. This study aimed to determine how the effect of innovation and customer orientation on marketing performance through the competitive advantage of Batik SMEs in Semarang. The type of research was explanatory research type with a total sample of 61 respondents used census sampling techniques. The data are collected through questionnaires used Likert measurement scale. The data were analyzed used SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results showed there is the effect of innovation on competitive advantage with t count value of (9,288)> t table (2,001), there is the effect of customer orientation on competitive advantage with t count value of (9,729)> t table (2,001), there is the effect of innovation and customer orientation to competitive advantage with the F count value of (69.110)> F table (3.156), there is the effect of innovation on marketing performance with a calculated value (7.979)> t table (2.001), there is the effect of customer orientation on marketing performance with t count value of (9.025) )> t table (2,001), there is the effect of competitive advantage on marketing performance with t count value of (9,091)> t table (2,001), there is the effect of innovation on marketing performance through competitive advantage with t count value of (4,079)> t table (2,001) ), there is the effect of customer orientation on marketing performance through competitive advantage with t count value of (3,461)> t table (2,001). Suggestions in this research are Batik SMEs in Semarang to be able to innovate, understand and meet the needs and desires of customers to be excellently competitive so as to improve marketing performance.

Abstract

Hotel is a type of industries that produce and provide something in the form of goods and services. Puri Saron Hotel is located in the tourist area of West Lombok over the last five years there is always a rise in the occupancy rate, but the occupancy rate is not optimal because they are under averge. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumers to stay at the Hotel Puri Saron. This type of research is exploratory research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, a preliminary interview and literature study. The sampling technique using sampling techniques and incidental nonprobability sampling.From the analysis of the data found that the factors that influence consumers stay at Hotel Puri Saron consists of price, facilities, location, and quality of service. Factor of price variables consist of suitability given price and the price that has been compared to other hotels. Factor of the facility variable factor is divided into two main facilities and ancillary facilities. Variable locations in the analysis of this study is the flexibility of the consumer to measure the distance of a place to stay with the activities to be carried out. Factor of the variable quality of service consists of the ability of employees in providing services, the capability of communicating with customers, responding to consumer complaints and friendliness of the employees in serving customers. factors based on findings in studies such as the need for evaluation of pricing strategy, the facility is not feasible, as well as improving the quality of service so that consumers are more interested to stay at the Hotel Puri Saron
