Abstract

Seiring terbukanya akses informasi mengenai pencemaran lingkungan, membuat konsumen mulai menyadari bahwa aktivitas konsumsi berkontribusi besar dalam berbagai masalah lingkungan. Hal ini memunculkan tren Green Consumerism dimana konsumen mengubah kegiatan konsumsi mereka menjadi lebih ramah lingkungan. Gerakan ini pun mendorong perusahaan untuk menyesuaikan dengan konsumen melalui strategi green marketing yang menghasilkan produk/jasa yang disebut sebagai green product. Salah satu jenis green product yang semakin berkembang adalah produk perawatan tubuh organik. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai consumer purchase behavior produk perawatan tubuh organik berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1985) di Indonesia, khususnya daerah Jabodetabek. Secara rinci, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi: 1) pengaruh nilai konsumen (kesadaran akan kesehatan, kesadaran akan lingkungan, kesadaran akan penampilan dan nilai emosional) terhadap sikap dalam pembelian produk perawatan tubuh organik, 2) pengaruh sikap, kendali perilaku yang dirasakan, norma subjektif dan pengalaman masa lalu terhadap niat pembelian pada produk perawatan tubuh organik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik survei kuesioner online menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling jenis judgemental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Penelitian ini mengumpulkan 250 responden yang pernah menggunakan produk perawatan tubuh organik. Aplikasi SPSS 25 digunakan untuk mengolah data untuk exploratory factor analysis dan AMOS 24 untuk confirmatory factor analysis. Hasil mengungkapkan kesadaran akan kesehatan dan nilai emosional memengaruhi secara positif sikap dalam pembelian produk perawatan tubuh organik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, dan kendali perilaku yang dirasakan memengaruhi secara positif niat pembelian pada produk perawatan tubuh organik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman emosi wisatawan terhadap niat perilaku melalui citra destinasi dalam melakukan wisata yoga. Namun, ada kesenjangan dalam literatur yang ada saat ini dimana hanya menggunakan satu jenis emosi negatif. Penelitian ini menambahkan emosi negatif; anger dengan tujuan untuk melengkapi literatur dalam memahami pengaruh pengalaman emosi wisatawan terhadap niat perilaku melalui citra destinasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada responden yang sudah pernah mengunjungi wisata yoga di area Ubud, Bali. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik snowball dan data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis dan structural equation modeling. Temuan pada penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa wisatawan domestik memiliki pengalaman emosional negatif yang memiliki dampak langsung pada citra destinasi dan efek tidak langsung pada niat perilaku. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan wawasan tentang pengalaman emosional wisatawan yang dapat dipertimbangkan untuk kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh bisnis pariwisata yoga, selain itu juga dapat memaksimalkan hal-hal yang mempengaruhi emosi wisatawan seperti fasilitas. Hal ini juga akan membantu pengembangan sektor pariwisata yoga di Ubud, Bali.

Abstract

This research’s purpose is to inspect the aspects, which may determine green soap and shampoo purchase decisions among consumers in Indonesia. Shortage of environmental consciousness observed from consumers in Indonesia has stimulated the curiosity to continue this study. With support from organized opinion polls, data were accumulated from a total of 320 people of consumers in Indonesia. Outcome of the accumulated data reflects some crucial factors for green shampoo and soap purchase intention, for example, environmental consciousness, eco-label, and attitude. Contrary to the hypothesis, advertisement, price, social influence and recycle participation was not a crucial influence of green shampoo and soap purchase intention of Indonesian citizens. The inferences of these revelations and bearings for future examination are given toward the finish of this paper. This research presents experiential comprehensions refer to the common perspective of an Indonesian markets on the determinants of green shampoo and soap purchase decision among vast range of age.

Abstract

This research aims to increase a significant and critical issue about the number of people affected by cancer in the world. One solution to reducing the risk of cancer and improving a healthier lifestyle is consuming more organic foods. This study investigated five factors influencing the intention to buy organic foods, namely lifestyle adaptation, social media influence, food consumption awareness, environmental attributes, and attitudes toward organic food. Primary data collection was conducted in urban cities such as Greater Jakarta, Indonesia by using quantitative research and with a total of 300 respondents. Descriptive and regression analyses were used to analyse the collected data. The results of the research revealed that organic food’s buying intention depended on lifestyle adaptation, food consumption awareness, environmental attributes, and attitudes towards organic foods. These findings will contribute to the theory of consumer behaviour as well as practitioners in organic food areas.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan faktor-faktor apa yang memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dalam konteks transaksi e-commerce yang dilakukan oleh kaum milenial di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat sejumlah 305 sampel yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling dan data seputar variabel-variabel terkait kepuasan konsumen diambil menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner online. Berikutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS Versi 24 untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah dibuat. Hasil akhir dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel desain website, persepsi keamanan, pelayanan konsumen, kapabilitas pembayaran dan layanan pengiriman terbukti secara langsung memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen berusia milenial di Indonesia ketika menggunakan e-commerce. Di satu sisi, variabel kualitas informasi produk dan kenyamanan proses pembelian terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen milenial di Indonesia ketika menggunakan e-commerce.

Abstract

Objective: Mobile health (m-health) is a fast-growing service that enables users to consult with doctors remotely. This research investigates the factors influencing m-health adoption in Indonesia using The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Design/Methods/Approach: A quantitative method was applied by distributing an online questionnaire to active users of the m-health application in Greater Jakarta. The data from 242 respondents was collected through non-probability sampling techniques and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings: The findings show that performance expectancy and price value have significant positive effects on behavioural intention. Behavioural intention significantly encourages actual usage behaviour of m-health services among consumers. Originality: This study discusses the applicability of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) mobile health application in the Indonesian market and adds a perceived risk variable to the model to determine the influence of this variable on behavioural intention in the Indonesian context. Practical/Policy implication (optional): The findings of this research offer recommendation for m-health service providers regarding health service and the fit value of consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the parents’ intention to buy early childhood educational toys for their children by extending the theory of planned behavior as a base of explanation. The research method was a survey using online questionnaires with convenience sampling to 262 parents who have 0-6 years old children living in Indonesia. The analysis methods were descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression. The results show that the most significant factor influencing the parent’s intention to buy is the perceived behavioral control, followed by attitude, subjective norms, perceived value for money, and perceived product quality. However, perceived product risk does not significantly affect the intention to buy early childhood educational toys. The findings of this research contribute to the literatures on the parents’ purchase behavior by extending the theory of planned behavior. In addition, this study also helps marketers, producers, and distributors of early childhood educational toys to define a better strategy in approaching parents to buy the products for their children. Additionally, toy designers or educators can use the result to consider the designs that satisfy parents as decision-makers. This study was limited to Indonesian parents, so the result cannot be generalized for a wider market. Thus, future research can capture more diverse categories, additional variables, and social groups.
