Abstract

This study discusses the influence of Customer Relationship Management which consists of 5 variables: commitment, trust, customer orientation / empathy, experience / satisfaction, and communication to customer loyalty. To find out whether the 5 Customer Relationship Management variables significantly affect customer loyalty, either partially or simultaneously, and to find out which variable has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty. This research was conducted at Irian Dept. Store & Supermarket Medan Marelan, with the study population being consumers who shop at Irian Dept. Store & Supermarket Medan Marelan with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0.866, which means; the 5 customer relationship marketing variables affect the loyalty variable of 886.6%.

Abstract

Angga Motor merupakan sebuah usaha bengkel yang berlokasi di kota Medan dan bergerak di bidang usaha penjualan sparepart sepeda motor serta melayani jasa service sepeda motor. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, pihak Angga Motor harus memperhatikan perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan sparepart yang dibeli oleh pelaggan. Jika permintaan pembelian sparepart sepeda motor meningkat, maka dapat mengambil keputusan untuk menambah stok sparepart sepeda motor agar permintaan pelanggan selalu terpenuhi. Apabila hal ini tidak dikelola dengan baik, sistem persediaan sparepart dapat menjadi tidak efektif. Oleh karena itu, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai prediksi penjualan sparepart sepeda motor dengan menggunakan metode Trend Moment. Prediksi merupakan cara untuk mencari nilai-nilai yang akan datang berdasarkan pada nilai-nilai yang diketahui sebelumnya. Hasil prediksi penjualan sparepart sepeda motor jenis Kanvas Rem untuk periode bulan Januari 2020 dengan menggunakan metode Trend Moment dan dipengaruhi oleh indeks musim yaitu cenderung stabil atau mengalami trend positif dimana hasilnya sebesar 2 unit, dengan nilai error MAPE sebesar 0,002365 %. Sedangkan total nilai error MAPE hasil prediksi dari bulan Januari 2020 sampai Desember 2020 sebesar 0,1440 %. Hasil prediksi untuk sparepart Ban sebanyak 3 unit dengan total nilai error MAPE sebesar 0,1337 %, sparepart Aki sebanyak 3 unit dengan total nilai error MAPE sebesar 0,1224 %, sparepart Oli Mesin sebanyak 2 unit dengan total nilai error MAPE sebesar 0,1288 %, sparepart Lampu sebanyak 3 unit dengan total nilai error MAPE sebesar 0,1352 %, sparepart Kanvas Kopling sebanyak 2 unit dengan total nilai error MAPE sebesar 0,1440 %, dan sparepart Spark Plug sebanyak 2 unit dengan total nilai error MAPE sebesar 0,1484 %.

Abstract

Often the image of the interference is found, for example, experienced image noise, so we need a method to reduce noise contained in the image. Image restoration is a technique to repair images that have been degraded or damaged such as noise. One technique in image restoration is filtering. Thetechniquefiltering used in this study is to compare the performance of the Mean Filter, Median Filter, and Alpha-Trimmed Mean Filter in reducing noisemethodsso that it can be determined which method is better applied in image restoration, especially images containing speckle noise and Rayleigh noise. The test results on test image 1 using themethodMean Filter for noise speckle have MSE values of 2774,758, PSNR 14,6714 and Running Time 1,351.4, while for Rayleigh noise have values of MSE 4414,909, PNSR 11,891, and Running Time 1,672, 8, themethodMedian Filter for noise speckle and rayleigh noise has almost the same parameter values, while themethodAlpha-TrimmedThe mean filter for noise speckle has a value of MSE 2926.81, PSNR 14.060 and1.392 Running Time , while for noise itRayleighhas a value of MSE 5000.867, PNSR 11.824, and Running Time 1.313. The conclusion of the test when viewed visually, the performance of themethodsMean Filter and Median Filter in reducing speckle noise and Rayleigh noise produces almost the same image quality compared to themethodAlpha-Trimmed Mean Filter. However, based on the parameters of MSE, PSNR and Running Time, the performance of themethodAlpha-Trimmed Mean Filter is the best in reducing speckle noise and rayleigh noise.

Abstract

Tourism is a temporary trip from one place to another by individuals or groups. Tourism is one type of foreign exchange income for both the country and the local community. Tourism Langkat Regency has several destinations that are quite a lot ranging from natural tourism, history, culture and special food or souvenirs. The problem of this research is in the activity of tourists looking for tour guides when tourists who want to travel to tourist destinations in Langkat Regency have never been visited before. Many experience difficult problems such as obtaining accurate and efficient information about tourism in Langkat Regency. Along with current technological developments, tourists can find the information they need via the internet. However, often the information obtained is old data, so it is not accurate and it is not uncommon for tourists to cancel their intentions due to difficulties. The difficulty for tourists to get a tour guide requires the development of information technology by utilizing google maps and android-based media so that it can produce an application that is intended to be able to provide information so that it can provide convenience for visiting tourists. want to vacation in the Langkat Regency area. This research will produce a tourist guide application for Langkat Regency which is built based on Android using Flutter and Dart programming languages. The database used is firebase. In this application there is an interpolation search algorithm method that functions to search for tourist areas so that this application can promote tourism in Langkat Regency and make it easier for tourists to get information.

Abstract

The most food crops planted by farmers, one of which is rice, which is one of the crops for food needs in Indonesia, rice plants are plants that are very much planted by farmers due to the basic needs of Indonesian food for the main food source. However, this rice is easily attacked by rice pests which are harmful organisms with the necessities of life to need shelter and food for the rice plants that are cultivated by farmers, attacks by rice pests that make the economic producers of farmers low as a result of such a large pest attack. to the plant. With the use of Augmented Reality technology for the introduction of rice pests and will facilitate the delivery of pest information in the form of virtual 3D animation and inform various types of shapes and pests that attack rice plants, the use of this Augmented Reality application that uses markers to bring up 3D objects that can detect markers with a distance of 20-30 cm by using Vuforia to register images on the vuforia website. With this application it helps people to recognize the effects of pest attacks that have damaged the rice plant, by building this application it will help people who are not familiar with the type of rice pest to become familiar with it so that it will make it easier for people to see rice pests virtually in the form of 3D animation that will be displayed from the 2D marker detected from the cellphone camera

Abstract

The era of globalization always changes in terms of knowledge every year. One of them is the presence of technology as a tool to facilitate human work. The use of existing technology is then developed into information. Without information, maybe humans don't know how to see and even use technology as a place for information. One of the information that can be obtained through technology is video. In this video, it will show the interior design of the modern canteen of the engineering faculty and computer fields of the university. With a canteen design using this modern development concept, it can be used as a new canteen development innovation. The canteen's 3D model design is made using a blender software. From this design, animation will be given and implemented into a video. The design process starts from hardware and software, storyboards and sketches, object modeling, presenting textures, presenting animation, rendering, and editing. The final result of the video can be used as promotion or interactive multimedia to the community or certain parties.

The Practice Clinic of drg. Farah Chairani collected data on patient data, complaint data, care data, and cost data.In patient data, patients are divided into general patients and BPJS participants.Then in the maintenance data, it is also distinguished on the current treatment and ongoing care.The Practice Clinic of drg. Farah Chairani in the process of storing patient data, complaint data, care data, and cost data are still in paper documents.So when the patient's status card runs out, and data collection is done in a different place, the data is often lost and not found. In the process of searching for patient data, drg. Farah Chairani also took a long time. Due to having to look for data that is not in alphabetical order in data storage. As well as recording their financial reports, drg. Farah Chairani is still listed in the ledger.With the above problems, a desktop-based application was made to facilitate processing patient data, searching for patient data, and making financial reports at drg. Farah Chairani's Clinical Practice. And based on the results of trials on this information system, it can store patient data, search data, and make financial reports at drg. Abstract

One of the determinants of the success of delivering a da'wah message is the use of appropriate and quality media. To produce quality media can be done by implementing the PDCA program (Plan, Do, Check, Act). PDCA is continuous improvement and is a continuous cycle. Implementation of the PDCA cycle in improving the quality of da'wah media consists of, The implementation of the plan, among others: determination of the title, elaboration of the material, preparation of equipment, determination of the angle and background of the video image and others. Execution, among others: video shooting, image editing, sound editing and announcer. Checking, among others: conducting a thorough evaluation, such as the material/content of propaganda that will be delivered, video images, editing results, pronunciation. Actions, among others: following up on the evaluation results, conducting continuous improvement and standardizing.

Abstract

Submission of da'wah messages can be done in various ways. One of them uses audio-visual media in the form of video that can display elements of images and sound simultaneously. The use of video in the submission of da'wah messages is considered quite effective, because it can reach a wider audience and regional coverage. To be accepted by the audience, besides mastering the propaganda material delivered is demanded by the creativity of the video maker. The video of the work of creativity is part of the creative industry that has economic added value. If the video is distributed through You Tube to gain economic value, the video must collect at least 4,000 hours of watch time in the last 12 months and have a minimum of 1,000 subscribers.

Abstract

The government has taken various policies to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Among them: working from home, physical distancing, health protocols, large-scale social restrictions, and imposing restrictions on community activities. In the education sector, the Ministry of Education and Culture has made a face-to-face learning policy that has been transformed into distance learning, both online and offline. This applies from elementary to higher education. The learning process is a unity that can not be separated with the learning evaluation. Therefore the teacher must be able to determine what kind of evaluation model is suitable for use with their students in distance learning. Currently, there are quite a lot of applications that can be used for learning evaluation, one of which is quizizz. Considering that this quizizz application is interactive and internet-based, training needs to be done in its use. For that purpose, this training activity was carried out with the participants being teachers of the Harapan 3 Private Elementary School in Medan.
