Abstract

The business world today is characterized by increasingly fierce competition, specifically to provide satisfaction and retaincustomers. In marketing to overcome the intense competition, efforts that must be carried out by companies includeincreasing product quality, building a strong brand image and improving service quality. This research was conducted aimingto determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction in Wardah CosmeticProducts. The sample technique is using purposive sampling, and the sample taken is 100 respondents using the Slovinformula. The research tool used a questionnaire and then tabulated and continued to be analyzed using descriptive analysis,hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis test, determination test, t test and f test with the help of SPSSversion 22. Variable product quality effect of 25.9% and positive value and significant. The brand image variable has aneffect of 21.5% and is positive and significant. Variable service quality has an effect of 18.2% and is positive and significant.Product quality, brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect with the effect value of 37.3% and thecalculated F value of 19.051> 2.70 F table, the probability value of 0.000 <0.05 alpha. Product quality variable gives adominant influence of 25.9%.

Abstract

Current technological advances emphasize humen needs, technologies that provide the needs that support the informationtechnology community that are carried out to assist in making business. Online business is very much needed in theactivities of buyer in their daily lives. This study discusses site product quality, service quality, cunsumer confidience inbuying interest on e-commerce sites. The sampling method used is non probability sampling method with accidentalsampling technique. The date collection method uses questionnaire, the sample used in this study amounted to 100respondent who conducted transactions in Bukalapak stores. The date collected in this study were analized by linear multipleregression analysis with the help of SPSS (statistical product and service solution) versi 25. Results Bukalapak, relatedservice quality and significant on buying interest on e-commerce sites, Bukalapak consumer confidence, and significant onbuying interest in the study. On the e-commerce site Bukalapak. product quality, service qulity, consumer trust together havea significant interest in buying interest on the Bukalapak e-commerce site.

Abstract

One of the ethnic groups in Batam, from the many tribes, is the sea tribe. The inhabitants of the Sea Tribe live along the edge of the coastal line known as "Barelang" (Batam-Rempang-Galang). Barelang is well-known as a destination for foreign and local tourists and has even become an icon of the city of Batam. Kampung Tua Tiangwangkang itself is locate in Barelang. The population of the sea tribe is 63 heads of families with a population of 203 people. The types of professions that the residents are engaged in are fishermen, restaurant employees and manual laborers with daily wages to fulfill their daily needs. Including housewives doing the profession as daily manual labor. To reduce the burden on housewives in Tiangwangkang, the PKM program held training in ornamental plant cultivation with the aim of increasing housewives' income in helping the family economy. This PKM activity was held for two meetings, the first meeting provided training on how to cultivate ornamental plants and in the second meeting taught housewives about online marketing. This activity ran smoothly and had a big impact because each of the participants in the exercise had become proficient in practicing how to grow ornamental plants.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) aims to foster housewives in Citra Laguna Housing, Batam. More than 50 percent of the housewives in this housing simply carry out the profession as a housewife without any other activities. Meanwhile, complaints about the inadequacy of household needs are very high. They want extra money to make ends meet. Through this PKM, the implementation method forms direct training and practice on making homemade ice cream products and selling them online or e-commerce. Implementation is carried out twice per meeting. First, fostering participants and practice on how to make ice cream, which was represented by 15 participants. Second, teach and practice buying and selling online through internet media such as through Facebook, Instagram, and others (e-commerce which is familiar among housewives). The results during the two meetings are as follows: 1. Housewives mastered how to make ice cream products with satisfactory results. 2. Housewives know how to download images of products they want to sell in common marketing languages.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what, who and how the shocked market in the Batam operate in accordance with research methodology used in research that is the method of evaluation research. The model used in this study is the CIPP evaluation, the model is analyzes the four dimensions of context dimension, input dimension, process dimension and product dimension. Batam city consists of 12 districts, there are only nine districts have 27 markets shocked. In this study, geographically dispersed market was dominated by Batu Aji sub-district with 10 markets in shock following Sekupang with five markets, while Sagulung four and Batam Kota had two shock markets. For District Nongsa, Batu Ampar, Bengkong, Sei Beduk, Lubuk Baja, each one market. The results of the evaluation obtained from this study is that the most needed by traders in the shock market is the attention and action of the local government. Attention in this regard is the support and proper facilities that can ultimately improve and develop the local economy concerned.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and to explain the effect of price, service quality and location on customer loyalty at Sugar Café Batam. The population in this study amounted to 250, while the sample used in this study was 150. The data collection technique used in this study was non-profitability sampling, and data testing in this study used the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study state that Price affects customer loyalty, service quality affects customer loyalty, and location affects customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Tiban Ciptaland Batam, the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Tiban Citaland Batam. This study uses a quantitative design. By using a research sample of 140 respondents who are consumers who have made purchases at Alfamart Tiban Ciptaland. Data collection techniques in this study have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. This study has the result that the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Tiban Ciptaland Batam. This can be proven from the calculated t value which is 12,529 with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05); and the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Tiban Ciptaland Batam. This statement is obtained based on the t-count value which is 7.528 with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000<0.05); Promotion and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alamart Tiban Ciptaland Batam, this statement is obtained from the calculated f value which is 209.338 with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni akan mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan penjualan pribadi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk MaxTea Tarikk pada PT Sinar Mitra Usaha baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk MaxTea Tarikk di PT Sinar Mitra Usaha dengan jumlah 170 konsumen. Jumlah sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 119 responden. Simple random sampling sebagai teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel. Dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Proses perhitungan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk MaxTea Tarikk pada PT Sinar Mitra Usaha dengan nilai t hitung 2.241 > t tabel 1.981, kualitas produk juga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk MaxTea Tarikk pada PT Sinar Mitra Usaha dengan nilai t hitung 4.072 > t tabel 1.981, dan penjualan pribadi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk MaxTea Tarikk pada PT Sinar Mitra Usaha dengan nilai t hitung 2.676 > t tabel 1.981. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk dan penjualan pribadi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk MaxTea Tarikk pada PT Sinar Mitra Usaha, dengan nilai f hitung 49.424 > f tabel 2.68

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja atau tidak memiliki pekerjaan sampingan yang bisa mendapatkan uang sendiri di Perumahan Citra Laguna, Batam. Metode pelaksanaan layanan ini adalah dengan membentuk perkuliahan dan pelatihan dengan praktik langsung. Perkuliahan tentang bisnis yang dapat dijalankan sesuai dengan kemampuan ibu rumah tangga, berjualan di mana saja dan kapan saja yang disebut e-commerce, dan mempraktikkan cara membuat es krim. Sebagai hasil dari dedikasi ini, 10 trainer menguasai cara membuat es krim dengan tiga rasa. Semua peserta tahu cara berjualan melalui e-commerce.

Abstract

Non-minimarket traders and convenience stores are getting weaker along with the presence of modern retailers. Non-minimarket traders are also called traders at mom and pop or mom and pop stores. This case happened not only in other cities or other countries, but also in Batam. The presence of modern retailers, especially retail Indomaret and Alfamart retail in Batam, gave a lot of changes to the mom and pop store. This article aims specifically of analyzing the situation faced by mom and pop stores in Batam after the presence of modern retailers, especially Indomaret and Alfamart. And to what extent does the influence of the presence of Indomaret and Alfamart affect shops and stalls in Batam City? The research methodology used to analyze is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach to the type of situation analysis. The type of case study of this study is trying to analyze the situation of a particular event or event. External situation analysis is a systematic review of the background of problems that are outside the organization. Types of external situation analysis include secondary data (literature studies), surveys, observations, and content analysis. From the results of the analysis it was found that the presence of modern retailers until 2018 cannot be rejected and resisted by those who have a direct interest because access through the government of a wide open city. As a result, hundreds of modern retailers, especially Indomaret retail and Alfamart retail, have been established in Batam city. The mom and pop store has been eliminated, ranging from four to five mom and pop stores that broke up and closed in every housing complex. The hope for the mom and pop store owners that still persists up to now is the government's interference with the quota limit on the number of modern retailers. Also the involvement of the government both financially and ideas to foster the community about healthy ways to compete in the market.
