Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the speed/commuting to the economic development of the citycommuter destination of Medan and analyze consumption patterns and multiplier consumption effects in the area of Medan.This type of research is descriptive statistical research using the survey approach. The population is derived from the Mefieldarea to the city of Medan. To obtain the sample amount is used secondary data published by the central Statistic Agencywhile the primary data uses a questionnaire instrument. The results of the research on the factors affecting the commuterwork in the city of Medan, among others, close to the city of Medan, easy and affordable transportation (just by usingmotorcycles and public transportation), there is no work in the home area, and want to work with high income. The pattern ofcommuter labor consumption in the city of Medan is food consumption and not food. Consumption is not a food greater thanfood consumption. Large number of commuter consumption multipliers of 1.43. The definition of the value of this multiplier isif there is a change or addition of one rupiah for commuter consumption then there is an increase in the output in theeconomy of Medan city as the value of multipliers.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the indicators used to see the level of success of the development of a region. Original Local Government Revenue is a source of regional revenue that will be used to develop the region. Support from the tourism sector is expected to have an influence on North Tapanuli's economic growth. To determine the effect, it is studied using existing data. The results of the study directly show that the number of tourist visits has a negative and insignificant effect on Original Local Government Revenue. Directly the number of tourist visits has a negative but not significant effect on regional economic growth. Directly restaurant tax has a positive but not significant effect on Original Local Government Revenue. Restaurant tax directly has a positive but not significant effect on regional economic growth. And directly Regional Original Income has a negative and insignificant effect on regional economic growth. Then, indirectly, Original Local Government Revenue is not significant to mediate the relationship between the number of tourist visits and regional economic growth through Original Local Government Revenue. Furthermore, indirectly PAD is not significant to mediate the relationship between restaurant tax and regional economic growth through Original Local Government Revenue.

Abstract

Rendahnya pengetahuan mahasiswa mengenai publikasi luaran karya ilmiah menjadi alasan utama diadakannya pelatihan ini. Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien masih baru, publikasi karya ilmiah meruapakan salah satu syarat untuk mendapatkan izajah dan syarat ini disambut baik oleh seluruh akademika untuk pengembangan khasanah ilmu dan peningkatan kualitas lulusan. Sasaran pelatihan ini adalah mahasiswa minimal semester VII. yang akan Kegiatan dihadiri oleh Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan dari kegiatan pelatihan berhasil menjawab tujuan yakni meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam melakukan publikasi luaran karya ilmiah yang dalam hal ini difokuskan pada jurnal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pajak daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; pajak daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi; retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi; pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa dalam situasi yang diamati, kontribusi dari pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap kedua variabel tersebut tidak dapat dianggap sebagai faktor utama, Namun diperlukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk memahami konteks dan variabel lain yang mungkin memengaruhi hubungan antara pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, pendapatan asli daerah, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.
