Abstract

This study aims to determine the personal competence of MTsN 14 Jombang teacher reflected in the book Adabul abul Alim Wal Muta’allim by Hadratus Syech KH Hasyim Asy’ar about Teacher Ethics. Where the teacher's personal competence can shape the learner's personality as assessed from his spiritual and social attitudes. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data generated from this research are in the form of descriptive data obtained from data in the form of writing, words, and documents originating from respondents or sources studied. Researchers used purposive sampling techniques in the stage of field work, purposive sampling is a sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. Therefore, the respondents in this study were all teachers who taught in class IX MTsN 14 Jombang and students determined using radom. The results showed that, the competence of MTsN 14 Jombang teachers in accordance with the Teacher Performance Assessment was included in both categories. Also from observations that show that the competencies of teachers who teach MTsN 14 Jombang meet the personal competency standards of teachers in accordance with the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007. Then for students of class IX MTsN 14 Jombang they already have a good personality, things this is shown from the practice of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes that show that of thirty attitude indicators there are only seven indicators that are less mastered by some students. Thus, the personality possessed by educators will have an impact on the development of the learner's personality

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to know the Analysis of Attitudes and Behaviors of Consumers in the Purchase ofVitamin Vitacimin Products in Employees of The Cooperative All-Round Business Kembang Wijaya Kusuma Jombang byusing a sample of 59 respondents with simple random sampling techniques. The results of this study showed a greater fcountvalue than the f-table of 39,826 > 3,162 which means that the variables of consumer attitudes and consumer behaviorsimultaneously positively influenced vitacimin purchasing decisions. And the test results of the t test, t-count variableconsumer attitudes greater than the t-table of 5,028 > 2,003 with the variable meaning of consumer attitudes positivelyinfluenced purchasing decisions. And the result of t-count variable consumer behavior is greater than the t-table of 2,040 >2,003 with the sense that consumer behavior variables positively affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Analisis Faktor Yang Menentukan Keputusan Pembelian Pada Online Shop “Shopee” di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi semester 2 Universitaas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. Dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling sejumlah 90 responden. hasil dalam penelitian ini pada analisis regresi linier berganda dapat diketahui Nilai R square = 0,467 menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dapat menjelaskan variabel Y sebesar 46,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain, dan dalam uji f dapat diketahui nilai F hitung (25,089) > F tabel (0,271) dan nilai Sig. (0,000) < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sedangkan dalam uji T dijelaskan bahwa nilai t hitung variabel X1 (Faktor Psikologi) terhadap variabel Y (Keputusan Pembelian) sebesar 3,613 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,678 dengan nilai signifikansi t = 0,001 lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa faktor psikologis dan faktor sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada online shop shopee di mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi semester 2 Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah.

Abstract

The community service carried out aims to improve numeracy skills for early childhood in Rejosopinggir village. Service activities in Rejosopinggir Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency, East Java. The implementation of community service activities will be carried out in December 2021. The implementation method for implementing this community service activity includes the Participatory Action Research method. Action and participatory methods are carried out in mentoring parents and children about increasing children's abilities in certain fields. The community service activities carried out concluded that the use of TAPASAM teaching aids (paired and connected ropes) could improve numeracy skills for early childhood. The existence of assistance to children in Rejosopinggir village by introducing learning media in the form of TAPASAM props (paired and connected ropes) can improve numeracy skills for early childhood in Rejosopinggir village. The choice of learning media will be very influential in exploring children's achievements so that the TAPASAM media (paired and continuous ropes) is interesting in activating children's learning creativity. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the business description of CV. Zam-Zam Collection so far and the possibility of developing the hijab business are seen from the financial aspect. The data obtained from this study are quantitative data in the form of primary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with respondents (the owner of CV. Zam-Zam Collection) using structured interview text that has been prepared. While secondary data are obtained from literature studies, reports, and other literature relating to this research as well as institutions or agencies involved in research such as the statistical body of the statistics. This research tool is Microsoft Excel. Technical analysis of the data used is investment analysis which from the calculation gets the following results: Payback Period shows that the Payback Period is 3 years 8 days. The Average Rate of Return shows that the Average Profit level is 2,14%. Net Present Value obtained a positive value of Rp. 64,047,828. From the Internal Rate of Return method, an interest rate of 27,4% is greater than the specified interest rate of 20%. While the Profitability Index method shows the results obtained greater than 1 which is equal to 1,21. From the calculation of these five methods, it can be said that the business of CV. Zam-Zam Collection is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui studi loyalitas merek skincare serum wardah pada mahasiswa Unviersitas KH. A Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. Dari 1.371 populsi Universitas KH. A Wahab Hasbullah sebanyak 39 mahasiswa yang menggunakan serum Wardah. Dapat diketahui hasil analisis regresi linier berganda nilai R quare sebesar 0,616 yang dapat diartikan variabel karakteristik merek, karakteristik perusahaan dan karakteristik konsumen merek dapat menjelaskan variabel loyalitas merek sebesar 61,6%, dengan sisanya sebesar 38,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan. Sedangkan hasil uji F penelitian ini menunjukkan F hitung sebesar 18.683 > F tabel sebesar 2.87 dengan maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik merek, karakteristik perusahaan dan karakteristik konsumen merek. Pada uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel karakteristik merek dan karakteristik perusahaan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek serum wardah pada mahasiswa Universitas KH. A Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. Karena, T hitung pada karakteristik merek dan karakteristik perusahaan < T tabel. Sedangkan pada karakteristik konsumen merek T hitung >T tabel, maka dapat diartikan jika karakteristik koneumen merek mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek serum wardah pada mahasiswa Universitas KH. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hipotesis variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Dengan populasi sebanyak 160 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sejumlah 75 responden. Hasil penelitian ini pada analisis regresi linier berganda bisa diketahui pada nilai R 0,902 diartikan bahwa iklan televisi, kemasan baru produk dan harga produk terdapat faktor minat beli konsumen yang kuat. Demikan bisa diketahui bahwa iklan televisi, kemasan baru produk, dan harga produk secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk susu kental manis indomilk di dalam lingkungan pabrik UD Samodra Jaya.

The purpose of this study is to describe: the influence of service quality on the decision of KJKS BMT RIZQONA TAMBAKBERAS JOMBANG members. This type of research uses a descriptive approach with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using the commissioner, respondents were members of KJKS BMT RIZQONA, amounting to 100 people, sampling techniques using non-Probability. In this study an R2 of 0.644 was obtained, which means that the variable quality of service only contributed an influence of 64.4%. Based on the results of the t test obtained t value of 13.332 with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. Then Ho refused Ha accepted, that the quality of service significantly influences the decision of KJKS BMT RIZQUNA TAMBAKBERAS JOMBANG members. Keywords: Service Quality, Member Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perceptions, and sales promotions on customer loyalty (a study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang). This research uses quantitative methods with type research used, namely surveys. The population in this study are students of the economics faculty who use the Grab online transportation service. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression, coefficient of determination R2, T-test, and F-test. The results of this study show 1) There is no effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. 2) There is an influence of price perceptions on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A.
