Abstract

Lembaga Pendidikan Islam harus mampu membangun generasi Muslim yang tangguh, menguasai ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan berkarakter mulia. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka pendidikan Islam harus dikelola secara maksimal melalui Lembaga Pendidikan Islam. Tulisan ini berusaha mengkaji faktor-faktor keberhasilan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam. Kajian ini difokuskan pada manajemen lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk menghadapi tantangan globalisasi. Dan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif jenis studi pustaka. Hasil kajian pustaka menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam bermutu memerlukan model manajemen yaitu model manajemen LPI Bernuansa Entrepreneurship, model manajemen LPI Berbasis masyarakat dan model manajemen LPI berbasis masjid. Selain itu, LPI bermutu memerlukan strategi manajemen baik secara umum maupun khusus. Secara khusus dikenal dengan istilah manajemen stratejik.

Abstract

The ecological crisis is believed to have contributed to the destruction of human survival, namely a condition in which the ecological system is disturbed or even imbalanced. Through the world of education that fosters ecological character, It is hoped that it will prove to be a viable option. to this phenomenon. The ecological character aims to increase ecological piety, considering that the ecological crises that have occurred so far are more caused by human attitudes that are not wise in interacting with their environment. Banyuwangi Alam Junior High School with the concept of nature-based learning provides a breath of fresh air for education in Indonesia in developing the character of ecological wisdom, with learning media for the ecology of PAI and BP as well as ecological interactions between students and learning media.

Abstract

Leadership is ability, skills, guidance, motivate, supervise to influence the behavior of human as the goal. Although the leadership of principal related to the competency including hard skill or soft skill to give the affect human resources in order to achieve its objective and targets set. The effective school has good management standards, transparent, responsible and accountable, empowers as important component including internal and external factor as achieve the vision – mission – goals of the school effectively and efficiently. The leadership of the principal will give the strong affect to get effectively of school. Because it was related to the figure of principal in order to achieve the vision – mission – goals of the school.

Abstract

Teaher is very determining of student success especially in teaching-learning process. Teacher is form of component that the must influential toward created learning, process nad result quality. Therefore, upgrading effort that is done to improve the quality of learning will not give significant contributor without supported by professional and qualified teacher. In teaching, teacher must have higt personality competence, because the personal is very getting rol in shoping student’ individual. Teachers’ personality empati is skill to do interaction or feed back relation between teachers- student and this is a principal requretment for learning effectife process. Teacher emphaty make interesting learning students attention motivating growing the conviction and inspiring the student to increase the learning.

Abstract

Islamic education institutions must be able to build a strong Muslim generation, to master science and technology and noble character. To achieve this goal, Islamic education must be managed optimally through Islamic education institutions. This paper attempts to examine the factors that are successful in Islamic education institutions. This study focused on the management of Islamic education institusions to face challenges of globalization. And this research is a quantitative research type of literature study. The results of the literature review show that in managing quality LPI requires a management model, namely the LPI management model with nuance of entrepreneurship, community-based and mosque-based LPI management models. In addition, quality LPI requires management strategies both in general and specifically. Specifically known as strategic management.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan ujung tombak dalam mempersiapkan generasi harapan masa depan. Salah satu ciri generasi tersebut adalah memiliki karakter spiritual keagamaan. Tulisan ini mengkaji pengembangan karakter spiritual keagamaan berdasarkan alqur’an, hadits dan pandangan para ulama dengan metode atau pendekatan tematik-normatif. Karakter yang dimaksud antara lain: (1) belajar harus dilandasi niat karena Allah (Ikhlas), (2) menerapkan karakter profetik (sidq, amanah, tabligh, dan fathonah), (3) fokus belajar dan haus ilmu pengetahuan, (4) makan makanan halal secukupnya, tidak maksiat dan banyak zikir, (5) sedikit tidur dan bicara, (6) menjaga rasa hormat terhadap guru. Keenam karakter spiritual keagamaan ini menjadi prioritas utama dalam Pendidikan Islam. Sementara Pendidikan Barat lebih memperhatikan pada metode dan strategi pembelajaran, profesionalitas guru, ketepatan sumber belajar, dan yang paling menonjol adalah tuntutan kepemimpinan dalam mengelola lembaga Pendidikan.
