Abstract

Kegiatan perikanan di Kecamatan Cilacap Selatan, tepatnya di Jl. Kakap No.38 Rt/Rw 02/12 berfokus pada pengolahan hasil perikanan berupa makanan yang berbahan baku dari ikan lele higienis seperti nuged, stick, bakso, sosis, crispy dan lele bumbu siap goreng yang masuk ke dalam kriteria Makanan Dalam (MD). Dalam proses mendapatkan izin edar baik MD maupun P-IRT ada syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi oleh pengelola, salah satunya yaitu Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik (CPPOB/GMP) sesuai dengan Peraturan Kepala BPOM No.HK.03.1.23.04.12.2206 Tahun 2012. Dalam GMP untuk IRTP terdapat 14 kriteria yang harus dipenuhi untuk menjamin kualitas keamanan pangan (food safety). Adapun solusi yang diberikan untuk memenuhi 14 kriteria yang sudah di tetapkan oleh BPOM dan Dinas Kesehatan yaitu 1) Memberikan assesmen atau penilaian terhadap usaha yang dilakukan dan memperbaikinya. 2) Persiapan pengajuan izin edar baik P-IRT atau MD. Sehingga penting bagi pelaku usaha pangan untuk menjaga kualitas dengan memperhatikan CPPOB

Abstract

Every educational institution, both state and private, has the same main task and is important in carrying out lecture activities. These three main tasks are in the form of lecture or academic activities, research activities, and community service activities. These three main activities are commonly referred to as Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. To carry out these three activities or Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, health and safety are needed at work. It is known today that all parts of the world have experienced the outbreak of the Coronavirus disease 2019 or Covid-19. This has a very direct impact on the process of implementing Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. To reduce the spread of the Covid virus outbreak, the actual action is needed that can prevent the transmission of the Covid virus outbreak. The government through the Ministry of Health issued 3M guidelines in preventing and reducing the spread of the Covid virus outbreak. 3M stands for wearing a mask, washing hands, and keeping your distance. However, 3M is not enough, there need to be other actions to prevent and reduce the spread of the Covid virus outbreak in safeguarding all the academics and students of the Cilacap State Polytechnic. One of the other forms of efforts taken in handling the spread of the Covid outbreak in the Cilacap State Polytechnic environment is the manufacture of WHO standard disinfectants and the holding of regular disinfectant spraying.

Abstract

Penanganan limbah saat ini terutama limbah plastik, oli bekas, styrofoam bisa dimanfaatkan menjadi batako ataupun batu bata. Dengan proses sederhana, limbah plastik, oli bekas, styrofoam dapat diubah menjadi produk yang lebih bermanfaat dengan harga bersaing dengan batako biasa. Namun pengujian sifat-sifat fisik batako limbah plastik, oli bekas, styrofoam sebagai bahan bangunan konstruksi masih belum banyak dilakukan. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan kita dapat mengetahui keunggulan ataupun kelemahan karakteristik batako komposit sebagai bahan bangunan dibandingkan batako biasa.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan karakteristik kuat tekan batako komposit pada beberapa variasi komposisi komposit. Campuran limbah plastik, oli bekas, styrofoam yang dikompositkan dalam batako adalah sebesar 20,26% volume. Campuran oli bekas, plastik, Styrofoam  dan pasir yang dikompositkan dalam batako adalah sebesar 20,26% volume. Cetakan dibuat dari plat baja tebal 3mm dibuat dalam bentuk balok ber alur lebar 150 mm sepanjang 500 mm sebanyak alur 2 buah. Hasil pemeriksaan kuat tekan dibandingkan berat batako oli bekas, plastik, Styrofoam  dan pasir komposisi cetakan III lebih ringan dari cetakan II meskipun voume komposit pada masing-masing cetakan tersebut sama. Hal ini disebabkan karena campuran penekanan pada cetakan II lebih padat daripada campuran pada cetakan III.

Abstract

Dusun Bondan is a district located in a tidal area. Various problems arise in Dusun Bondan because of the use of water that doesn’t meet the quality of sanitation water causing several diseases. The water crisis experienced by the residents of Dusun Bondan becomes the worst disaster especially in summer because the water at Dusun Bondan is salty with high total dissolved solids. A water desalination system has been made to produce sanitation water that meets the standard based on Minister of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017. The methods used to overcome these problems are water source identification, design of desalination system, purchasing, fabrication and testing of desalinated water. The result of the activities is a desalination system which consists of pre-treatment using 4 filtration stages ended with reverse osmosis desalination using a special membrane. The result of desalinated water test shows that the water is odourless, tasteless, and other parameters meet the requirement of the standard.

Abstract

The current handling of waste, especially styrofoam, plastic, used oil is not optimal, these wastes can be used to manufacture other products such as bricks with a simple process. If the waste is processed properly, it will get good economic value. To get a good value or product, it is necessary to do research or testing, as in this study, namely the use of styrofoam waste, plastic and used oil to be used as bricks. In this study, it is hoped that the public will understand and understand the quality of the types of composite bricks and ordinary types of bricks seen from their advantages and disadvantages. Styrofoam waste, plastic and used oil are mixed into bricks with a volume of 21.27%. The equipment used in this research are chopper, stirrer, digital balance and compression test machine. In this study, the results of the III (composite) molded bricks decreased the compressive strength of 59% compared to mortar and cement bricks. The results of the compressive strength test in mold III (composite) were 47.76% higher than that in mold II on composite brick. Composite III bricks are classified as quality III, namely with solid type bricks that cannot get a large load.

Abstract

Bondan Hamlet is a hamlet in Kampung Laut District, Cilacap. One of the community's problems is the lack of clean water and the PLN electricity network. In 2020, a desalination facility named Sidesi Mas will be built in Bondan Hamlet with a capacity of 240 liters/hour and using the reverse osmosis principle. The energy source for desalination uses a solar power plant (PLTS). Desalination management requires economic analysis, especially in determining the selling price of desalinated water. The cost of producing desalinated water can be calculated using the Cost of energy (CoE) value of the PLTS or the costs incurred to produce electrical energy per 1 kWh. To get the PLTS CoE, this article discusses a simulation to analyze the performance of PLTS desalination systems with Homer software. Homer performs analytical calculations based on a location input, solar energy potential, capacity, and costs of PLTS components as well as electrical load data. The simulation results show that PLTS energy production is 535 kWh/year, the CoE value is IDR 21,975/kWh and the production cost for producing clean water is IDR 183.13/liter.

Abstract

One of the metal welding processes required by the manufacturing industry is gas arc welding (GMAW). The welding process that is capable of transmitting large amounts of heat at high speeds is gas electric welding or GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding). The design mechanism for the movement of the X and Y axes in the development of GMAW welding holders uses the stages of finding ideas, studying literature, identifying problems, designing, making tools and testing machines. The purpose of this study was to design a mechanism for moving the X and Y axes in the development of an automatic GMAW torch holder machine and to calculate the machine elements in the development of an automatic GMAW torch holder machine. The process of designing and constructing the movement of the X and Y axes in the development of an automatic GMAW welding torch holder machine is carried out with a design procedure that is used as a reference in solving problems. The track shaft uses chrome steel with a diameter of 25 mm and a length of 800 mm, Linear bearings use type SCS25UU with an inner diameter of 25 mm, Linear rail shafts use aluminum alloy material with a diameter of 25 mm which is used to support the end of the track shaft, Ballscrew uses the SFU 2005 type with a size of 3/4 inch which is equipped with a ballscrew nut and also a nut housing, Bearing block uses a UCP type with a diameter of 20 mm, Flexible coupling measuring 5 mm to 10 mm is used to connect the drive screw with the stepper motor, The stepper motor is used as the main power to drive the drive screw type Nema 17 (17HD48002H-22B) with the specifications Step Angle: 1.8o, Rated Current: 1.5 Ampere, Voltage : 2.7V.
