Abstract

Penelitian pemanfaatan limbah padat rumput laut (Gracilaria sp) sebagai bahan baku untuk pembuatan papan partikel telah dilakukan. Empat perlakuan waktu pengempaan digunakan untuk mengetahui optimasi proses. Perlakuan waktu pengempaan tersebut adalah 0, 5, 10 dan 25 menit pada suhu 150ºC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu pengempaan yang optimum adalah 0 menit terhitung sejak suhu tercapai 150ºC, yang menghasilkan kerapatan 0,09 g/cm3, kadar air 2,5%, daya serap air 14,9%, pengembangan linier pada 2 jam 0,2% dan pada 24 jam 0,5%, pengembangan tebal pada 2 jam 0,8% dan pada 24 jam 1,9%, modulus patah 154 kg/cm2, modulus elastisitas 14804,32 kg/cm2 dan kekuatan rekat internal 6 kg /cm2.

At the moment more‘s a lot of activity of MICE performed inYogyakarta, is so that expected in a period to coming Yogyakarta become the target of MICE after Bali. With the existence of the growth wisata MICE, hence hotel in Yogyakarta of both for have there is and also which in the process of out for development make the meeting room (Ballroom) which can accomodate until 2.500 visitor Some hotel ready to for example Prodigal of Ambarruko Hotel, Sahid Rich Hotel, propose the readily Tentrem Hotel bicaming Yogyakarta as town of target MICE, with the goals 65% activity MICE and 35% guest from Travel Agent (Kompas com. 28 June 2014). Abstract

The Implementation of The Managerial Roles of The principals of Fastrack Fun School and Rumah Citta Kindergaten. The aim of this research is to reveal the implementation of the managerial roles of the principals of Fastrack Fun School and Rumah Citta kindergarten in (1) school programs, (2) school potentials, (3) activating school personnel and (4) school personnel work accomplishment. This research used the qualitative approach. The subjects consist of : the principals, teachers and employees. The data were collected through observations, interview and documents. The data analysis used triangulation methodology. In this research the interview with the principals was triangulated with the result of the interview with the teachers and employees. The result of this research reveals that the principal of Fastrack Fun School and Rumah Citta Kindergaten plan the school program, including the renstra and renstrop involving teachers and employees. The principals organize the staff in which they can work in their field and potentials, so they can work without overlapping activities, and with specific job description and good coordination so they can achieve the school goals. The principals activate commanding the employees by advising and directing intensively regularly in order to make them work correctly according to the goals. This principals evaluate and conduct the employees in order to make them work and achieve the goals. Key Words : applications, managerial functions.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menjawab masalah: Bagaimana pengadaan gamelan dengan metode tender yang dikecualikan di Kundha Kabudayan DIY dan apa kendala yang dihadapi? Hasil penelitian ini: Pengadaan gamelan dengan metode tender yang dikecualikan di Kundha Kabudayan DIY sudah dilaksanakan secara akuntabel. Alasannya, pengadaan gamelan dengan metode tender yang dikecualikan ini: a. telah dilakukan secara transparan di semua tahapannya; b. telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan perpres dan peraturan yang berlaku; c. dikendalikan dengan SOP berdasarkan Perpres dan peraturan yang berlaku; d. Para Tenaga Teknis dan Pokja BLP dijamin kompetensinya; e. merupakan respon atas animo masyarakat luas. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi adalah a. belum adanya standar penentuan tenaga ahli dalam Tim Teknis; b. kesulitan memacu pengrajin untuk menyelesaikan sesuai target waktu; dan c. kekurangan pengrajin gamelan perunggu di wilayah DIY.
