Abstract

Globalization certainly has an impact on developments in every country, therefore forest conversion activities are carried out with government permission. In practice, several acts of excessive forest exploitation were found which were classified as criminal acts of illegal logging. The purpose of this study is to understand the existence of the state in forest monitoring and management, and to compare illegal logging crimes in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines in terms of the laws and regulations of each country. The normative legal research method is in the form of secondary data, the author makes a legal comparison between the laws of the three countries collected through literature study. The results obtained, that the crime of illegal logging is a large and organized crime, in their regulations have condemned all actions related to environmental destruction including illegal logging, weak law enforcement is a factor that causes this crime to be repeated every year.

Abstract

UD. Sari Jaya is a home industry that produces cassava and other tubers into chips. Cassava chips are the main product because of their high level of consumer interest in the product compared to others. The Problems faced by UD. Sari Jaya is that they are unable to meet the market demand more effectively. In the process of providing the needs, UD. Sari Jaya often performs several deliveries to each Stall caused by the lack of product availability at Stall, causing demand to be unfulfilled. The number of Retailers to be served, the lack of information on needs is one of the obstacles in the process of inventory replenishment. Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is one of the Collaboration Model in the supply chain between producers and retailers where collaboration is expected to make arrangements regarding the number of lot sizes order as well as the frequency of deliveries to each Stall with a minimum total cost, by thus UD. Sari Jaya can have good control in the process of fulfilling the needs of this Cassava Chips.

Abstract

The death of supporters due to Indonesian football is not the first time. The death was caused by being trampled or squeezed by other supporters in the stadium due to the overcapacity of the stadium. This research is expected to be a reference and reference and answer the anxiety of the community, especially the alination of Indonesian football regarding accountability or even legal protection of supporters at Indonesian football matches. The Disciplinary Commission has mandated that the organizers prepare to ensure the comfort and peace of all parties including supporters both inside and around the stadium, this is part of the responsibility and obligation of the match organizers. Article 54 of the Law on Justice lists the right of spectators to be guaranteed comfort and safety. Article 359 of the Criminal Code provides criminal sanctions against parties suspected of negligence that caused death. These provisions are a form of legal protection for Indonesian football supporters. This article is discussed using a statute approach and a conseptual approach with a doctrinal (normative juridical) type of research with primary law material, secondary law material dan tertier law material.
