Abstract

Kota Surabaya di Pulau Jawa telah terhubung dengan Pulau Madura di Kabupaten Bangkalan melalui Jembatan Suramadu. Setelah diberlakukannya pembebasan biaya penyeberangan menggunakan Jembatan Suramadu, perusahaan yang terlibat dengan bisnis penyeberangan Ujung – Kamal menggunakan kapal ferry semakin mengalami penurunan jumlah penumpang dan bila hal tersebut dapat mengarah kepada kebangkrutan. Identifikasi nilai bagi pelanggan sangat diperlukan beserta pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap retensi pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari persepsi nilai pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap retensi pelanggan jasa penyeberangan kapal ferry. Penelitian melibatkan 209 responden yang berasal dari kalangan anak muda. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa persepsi nilai pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap retensi pelanggan. Secara simultan, persepsi nilai pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap retensi pelanggan.

Abstract

Successful companies get contributions from the performance of their employees. Employees are the most important and foremost asset in a company. With good and quality employee performance, this will help the company to achieve its goals. Three things affect employee performance, namely competence, compensation and leadership. Competence is the main requirement to do work assignments. Compensation is the level of benefits received by employees. Excellent leadership quality to lead a company, by finding employees who are competent in the field of work that has been determined and provide adequate compensation in stages for employees who excel, this will improve the performance of company employees. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 35 people from the total population. The results showed that, [1] competence had a significant effect on job performance; [2] compensation has a significant effect on job performance; [3] leadership has a significant effect on job performance

Abstract

A good corporate image can be formed through marketing communication that is right on target. Marketing communication consists of several elements such as advertising and sales promotions. With attractive sales promotions that are different from competitors and creative and unique advertisements using different themes to attract people's interest and to try what the company offers. This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of salespromotions andadvertisements on the corporate image of the Ramayana Department Store. The sampling technique uses probability sampling method with a sample random sampling technique. The number of samples involved in this study were 100 respondents. Analysis analysis of collected data is processed through multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 software. The results state that salespromotions and advertisements have a significant positive effect on corporate image.

Abstract

The business world involving well-known corporations is increasingly showing competition through the sale of its products and efforts to dominate the market. One of the well-known corporations in Indonesia is Wingsfood which already has loyal customers because it trusts the products it produces since entering its market. This study aims to determine the effect of price and company image on purchasing decisions of Wingsfood products in the city of Mojokerto. Samples were taken as many as 143 respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS 25. The research sampling technique uses random sampling. The questionnaire scale uses a Likert scale. Data consists of primary data taken from questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The analysis used to examine the effect of price and company image is multiple linear analysis. From the results of data processing the regression equation Y = -2.211 + 0.387 + 0.869X2 is obtained. Research shows several findings, namely (1) price significantly influences the purchasing decisions of Wingsfood products in the city of Mojokerto, (2) company image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Wingsfood products in Mojokerto, (3) price and image of the company have a simultaneous effect on product purchasing decisions Wingsfood in koto Mojokerto

Abstract

Organizational effectiveness is determined by the role of human resources. The quality of human resources does not only come from work ability but also comes from extra role behaviors such as work experience, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support. Together with other variables, it is expected that all of these factors are carried out effectively in aggregate. Organizational citizenship behavior needs to be observed in order to obtain the expected work results of the organization. This study will examine work experience, organizational commitment, perceived organizational support, and its effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of work experience, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support on employee performance. The number of samples carried out using the census technique were 72 employees. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test assisted by SPSS 26 program. From the results of the study, it was found that work experience had a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Perception of organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance.
