E-cigarettes are growing rapidly and are becoming a trend in the world, including in Indonesia. E-cigarette users are increasing because there are claims to have a minimal effect compared to tobacco cigarettes, and as a medium in reducing tobacco cigarette consumption. This study aims to determine the relationship between ABI values with blood pressure and heart rate in e-cigarette users. This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents was 30 users of e-cigarettes and dual-users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected by measuring blood pressure, pulse frequency, and ABI values. The data were then analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. The results of the analysis showed as many as 20 (66.7%) respondents were users of e-cigarettes and 10 (33.3%) respondents were dual users. The results of the hypothesis test showed that there was no relationship between the use of e-cigarettes with blood pressure (p = 0.163), pulse rate (p = 0.716), and ABI values (p = 0.163); and there was no relationship between the ABI value with blood pressure (p = 0.596) and pulse rate (p = 0.354). Furthermore, it was concluded that the use of e-cigarettes was not significantly correlated with blood pressure, pulse rate, and ABI values; meanwhile, blood pressure and pulse rate were not significantly correlated with the ABI value. Keywords: electric cigarette; blood pressure; pulse; Ankle Branchial Index (ABI) ABSTRAK Rokok elektronik sedang tumbuh pesat dan menjadi trend di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia.
