Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students in the use of the web-based Google Classroom application with the implementation of a project-based learning model in physics subject matter thermodynamics. In addition, students' responses to the treatments given were also considered as material for the evaluation of researchers. The research method applied is quantitative with a pre-experimental approach and using a one-shot case study as the research design. The place for implementation is carried out at Gorontalo 1 State Senior High School for the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year, with research subjects in class XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2, and XI IPA 8, with the number of students per class successively 30, 30, and 32. Hypostatic analysis of research data using the mean test technique with t test statistics, where hypothesis testing will be based on the KKM in the research school, namely 75. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the t value for each class is 7.27, 3.44, and 4.17, which greater than the price of the t table which is 1.69 (thit> ttab), then the applicable statistical hypothesis is that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected for all research classes, where H0 states that student learning outcomes are at least 75 with good predicate (B ).

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kualitas perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan model pembelajaran Team Based Learning. Perangkat pembelajaran ini dikembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan validitas melalui validasi perangkat, kepraktisan melalui observasi keterlaksanaan, angket respon guru dan peserta peserta didik. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil: (1) perangkat yang dikembangkan valid melalui uji validitas konstruk dengan rata-rata persentase validitas untuk silabus sebesar 98,33% dengan kategori valid, RPP sebesar 78,48% termasuk kategori valid dengan revisi kecil, bahan ajar sebesar 79,68% termasuk kategori valid dengan revisi kecil, dan LKPD sebesar 76,04% yang termasuk dalam kategori valid dengan revisi kecil; (2) perangkat yang dikembangkan praktis ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata presentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 92,26% kategori sangat baik, kemudian respon guru terhadap perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sebesar 99,39% kategori sangat baik serta respon peserta didik terhadap proses pembelajaran menggunakan perangkat yang dikembangkan sebesar 82,66% kategori baik. Kata kunci: Perangkat pembelajaran; Team Based Learning; Problem Solving; Plomp. ABSTRACTThis research is research and development of learning tools that aim to produce quality learning tools. The formulation of the research problem is how the quality of learning tools developed with the Team-Based Learning learning model is. This learning device was developed using the Plomp development model. Data collection techniques are valid through device validation, practicality through implementation observation, teacher and student response questionnaires. From this study obtained results: (1) devices developed valid through construct validity tests with an average percentage validity for syllabus of 98.33% with valid categories, RPP of 78.48% including valid categories with small revisions, teaching materials of 79.68% including valid categories with minor revisions, and LKPD of 76.04% which fall into valid categories with minor revisions; (2) devices developed practically indicated by an average percentage of learning implementation of 92.26% excellent category, then teacher response to learning devices developed by 99.39% excellent category and learners' response to the learning process using developed devices by 82.66% good category. Keywords: Learning tools; Team-Based Learning; Problem Solving; Plomp.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Tapa , bertujuan menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang berkualitas dengan mengguankan model inkuiri terbimbing, perangkat yang dikemabangkan menggunakan model 4D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran yang telah  dikembangkan berkualitas. Perangkat pembelajaran dikatakan layak untuk digunakan dengan sedikit revisi, berdasarkan hasil rata-rata validasi dengan nilai 3,4–3,6, tingkat keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik yang mencakup ranah kognitif diperoleh N Gain iRat 0,52, dengan kriteria N gain sedang, ranah sikap dengan rata-rata presentase sebesar 80,89% serta rata-rata presentase pada ranah keterampilan 84,04%, hasil pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik 3 kali pertemuan sebesar 79,44% kriteria baik. Tingkat kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran dilihat dari presentasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran selama 3 pertemuan sebesar 86,67%, serta angket respon guru dan peserta didik terkait penggunaan perangkat pembelajaran selama proses pembelajaran daring mendapatkan respon positif. Kata kunci: hasil belajar; pengembangan 4d; inkuiri terbimbing. ABSTRACTThe research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa , aimed at producing quality learning tools using a guided inquiry model, a device developed using a 4D model. The results showed that the learning tools that had been developed were of high quality. The learning device is said to be feasible to use with a slight revision, based on the average validation results with a value of 3.4–3.6, the level of effectiveness of the learning device seen from the increase in student learning outcomes that include the cognitive domain obtained N Gain iRat 0.52, with N criteria are moderate gain, attitude domain with an average percentage of 80.89% and an average percentage of 84.04% in the skill domain, the results of observing student activities in 3 meetings are 79.44% good criteria. The level of practicality of learning tools seen from the presentation of the implementation of learning for 3 meetings was 86.67%, as well as the questionnaire responses of teachers and students related to the use of learning tools during the online learning process received a positive response.. Keywords: Learning outcomes; guided inquiry; 4D development

Abstract

ABSTRAKMasalah narkoba merupakan permasalahan yang memerlukan penanganan secara serius. Desa Tutuwoto Kecamatan Anggrek menjadi salah satu daerah rawan karena letaknya yang berbatasan langsung dengan Ibu Kota kecamatan dan diapit oleh dua pelabuhan provinsi sehingga sangat rawan untuk kegiatan transaksi narkoba. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah melaksanakan kegiatan kampanye bahaya narkoba, melaksanakan  sosialisasi ke sekolah; dan membentuk satuan tim relawan anti narkoba. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan mengunjungi langsung dari rumah ke rumah, kampanye narkoba, kunjungan sosialisasi ke sekolah serta melaksanakan edukasi dan pengetahuan mengenai narkoba secara langsung oleh tim relawan anti narkoba berdasarkan tupoksi yang ditetapkan dalam Surat keputusan dari Kepala Desa. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner diperoleh bawa 50% penduduk belum mengetahui tentang narkoba, bahaya narkoba serta praktek yang mengarah ke penyalahgunaan narkoba. Dengan demikian kegiatan ini perlu dicanangkan dalam APDes yang sebelumnya harus diprogramkan dalam RPJMDes. Terdapat 60% masih belum melaksanakan edukasi dan sosilaisasi narkoba di sekolah, ini menggambarkan bahwa sekolah perlu diwajibkan dalam sosialisasi narkoba. Tim Relawan Anti narkoba yang sebagian besar beranggotakan tim dari Karang Taruna, belum maksimal dalam melaksanakan tupoksi karena kesibukan bertani. Kegiatan ini mengevaluasi langsung upaya yang dilakuakan Desa selama ini terhadap Program Pemerintah terkait Desa Bersinar serta upaya kedepannya dalam memperbaiki kekurangan yang ada. Kata kunci: kampanye; sosialisasi; relawan anti narkoba ABSTRACTThe drug problem is a problem that requires serious treatment. Tutuwoto Village of Anggrek Subdistrict becomes one of the vulnerable areas because it is located directly adjacent to the sub-district capital and flanked by two provincial ports so it is very vulnerable for drug transaction activities. The purpose of this activity is to carry out drug harm campaign activities, carry out socialization to schools; and formed a team of anti-drug volunteers. The method of carrying out activities is to visit directly from house to house, drug campaigns, socialization visits to schools and carry out education and knowledge about drugs directly by a team of anti-drug volunteers based on the tasks stipulated in the Decree of the Vilage Government. Based on the results of questionnaires obtained, 50% of the population does not know about drugs, the dangers of drugs and practices that lead to drug abuse. Thus this activity needs to be proclaimed in APDes that previously had to be programmed in RPJMDes. There are 60% still not carrying out drug education and sosilaization in schools, this illustrates that schools need to be required in drug socialization.  The Anti-drug Volunteer Team, which consists mostly of teams from Karang Taruna, has not been maximal in carrying out tasks due to the busyness of farming. This activity directly evaluates the efforts made by the Village so far against the Government Program related to Shining Village and future efforts in fixing existing deficiencies. Keywords campaigns; socialization; anti-drug volunteers

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' motivation to use PhET Simulation in online learning physics in class XI Science at SMA Terpadu Wira Bhakti Gorontalo regarding self-efficacy and anxiety levels. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were nine class grade eleventh IPA 1 SMA Terpadu Wira Bhakti Gorontalo with high, medium, and low academic abilities. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and qualitative analysis, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/data verification. The results of the research on student learning motivation towards the use of PhET Simulation in online learning physics showed that based on the assessment on the level of self-efficacy and anxiety is categorized as very high. Students with high (H) and moderate (M) academic abilities had high learning motivation very high category. In contrast, students with the low academic ability (L) have a high category of learning motivation. In conclusion, students become motivated in learning because of the use of PhET Simulation in online learning physics class XI IPA SMA Terpadu Wira Bhakti Gorontalo in terms of self-efficacy. Student anxiety is categorized as very high.

Abstract

This research aims to produce quality physics learning tools using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The study was conducted at a public senior high school (SMA Negeri 1 Tapa), Gorontalo, Indonesia. The device was developed using the 4D development model developed by Thiagarajan and Semel. The research results on the device show that the developed device is of high quality. Learning tools are said to be valid for use with little revision. It can be seen based on the average validation results of 3.5 to 3.6. The effectiveness of learning devices is seen in the increase in student learning outcomes. It consists of the cognitive domain from the first meeting until the second meeting. It obtained N Gain 0.54 with N Gain criteria moderate, in the attitude domain with an average percentage of 81.77%. The results of observing student activities during two meetings: 71.80% with good criteria. The psychomotor aspects with an average percentage of 80.36%, and the practicality of the developed devices seen from the observation sheet on the implementation of learning 84.78%, as well as teacher response questionnaires and student response questionnaires with an average the percentage of 79.88% and 84.80% got a positive response. There is an influence on student learning outcomes after the problem-based learning model is set with the help of the google meet application on parabolic motion material in the development of learning devices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity of the discovery learning model assisted by android-based crossword puzzle media in order to see the improvement in the concept of physics. This increase can be seen from the results of the validity of the instrument whether or not the instrument used is feasible. This research method is development research (Dovelopmental Research) with the development design  which consists of (1) instructional problems, (2) learner charity, (3) task analysis, (4) instructional, (5) content sequencing , (6) instructional strategic, (7) instructional delevery, (8) evaluation instruments, and (9) instructional response. The results obtained through two validator experts, the validated device was included in the very valid criteria, so it could be concluded that the instrument was very suitable for use.

Abstract

The learning process carried out online today is still less effective, which makes it difficult for students to understand the material and concepts being taught. The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the use of team-based learning-inquiry devices is in online learning with WhatsApp assisted and zoom meetings. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Telaga Biru, and class X MIPA3 was selected as the research sample using simple random sampling. The results showed that the average percentage of student activity for four meetings after being implemented in team-based learning-inquiry tools reached 86.60%, with high criteria. In addition, there was an increase in student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain individually at the first and second meetings with an N-gain score of 0.71 and for the third and fourth meetings with an N-gain score of 0.74. In the cognitive domain as a group, at the first and second meetings, they achieved an N-gain score of 0.95, and at the third and fourth meetings, they obtained an N-gain of 1. The average student learning outcomes for the affective and psychomotor domains during the four meetings reached 86.60% and 86.61%, with a high category. This study concludes that the physics learning device developed with the team-based learning model is effective in increasing students' activities and learning outcomes in physics.

Abstract

Pada kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pencegahan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan di desa Tutuwoto, program kegiatan yang terlaksana dimulai dari pembentukan tim relawan anti narkoba, agen pemulihan dan intelejen desa, sampai pada pendampingan kegiatan masing-masing tim dalam mewujudkan Desa Bersinar. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan peranan dan kegiatan masyarakat agar lebih produktif dan memiliki inovasi, mendukung perekonomian secara mandiri sehingga diharapkan masyarakat tidak memiliki pikiran untuk menggunakan narkoba dalam memperoleh penghasilan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan assessment di lapangan dirumuskan program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam mewujudkan desan Bersinar kerjasama dengan pihak BNN adalah : (1). Membentuk kelompok masyarakat yang peduli dengan desa Bersinar , (2). Proses fasilitasi perencanaan Desa Bersinar, (3). Fasilitasi dalam peningkatan kapasitas kelompok peduli Desa Bersinar, (4). Kegiatan rutin dalam pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba, (5). Tersusunnya prosedur dalam penanganan penyalahgunaan narkoba, (6). Fasilitasi dalam keberlanjutan desa Bersinar (pendekatan benchmarking Desa Bersinar. Adapun kegiatan tambahan yang dilaksanakan adalah melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat ekonomi kreatif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi melalui kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan enterpereurship dan keterampilan berbagai kerajinan tangan dari limbah plastik, membentuk kelompok usaha masyarakat ekonomi kreatif sebagai upaya mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi. Program tersebut terlaksana dengan baik, namun masih dibutuhkan kerjasama yang berkelanjutan antara semua pihak yang terkait. Sehingga program tersebut benar-benar mampu menjadikan Desa Tutuwoto sebagai Desa Bersinar dan percontohan untuk Desa lainnya.AbstractIn the effort of community empowerment in the prevention of circulation and abuse in Tutuwoto village, the program of activities carried out began from the formation of a team of anti-drug volunteers, recovery agents and village intelligence, to the assistance of each team's activities in realizing Free Drug Village. In addition, there are several activities that can increase the role and activities of the community to be more productive and have innovation, supporting the economy independently so that it is expected that the community does not have the thought to use drugs in earning income. Based on the results of analysis and assessment in the field formulated program of activities carried out in realizing the shining desan cooperation with the National Narcotic Agency is (1) Forming a community group that cares about the Free Drug Village, (2). The facilitation process of Free Drug Village planning, (3). Facilitation in increasing the capacity of the Free Drugs Village caring group, (4). Routine activities in the prevention of drug abuse, (5). The arrangement of procedures in handling drug abuse, (6). Facilitation in the sustainability of Shining village (Shining Village benchmarking approach). The additional activities carried out are empowering the creative economy community to increase economic independence through mentoring and training activities enterpereurship and skills of various handicrafts from plastic waste, forming a creative economy community business group in an effort to realize economic independence. The program is well implemented, but continued cooperation is needed between all parties concerned. Abstract

Tujuan penting pendidikan adalah membangun kemampuan manusia untuk menggunakan pengetahuannya, bagaimana pebelajar mengakses dan menggunakan pengetahuannya dalam pemecahan masalah. Bagi individu atau kelompok yang mendapatkan masalah, sudah barang tentu mereka ingin memecahkan masalah tersebut, dan pemecahan masalah merupakan sesuatu yang dilakukan orang setiap hari. Ilmu fisika merupakan salah satu ilmu yang penting untuk diajarkan di perguruan tinggi yang memerlukan pengembangan kemampuan problem solving dalam memecahkan sejumlah masalah fisika secara tepat oleh pebelajar. Berdasarkan tahapan yang dikemukakan Heller (2010) tentang tahapan problem solving yaitu fokus pada masalah, mengaitkan masalah dengan konsep fisika, merencanakan solusi, menjalankan rencana dan evaluasi solusi, dikembangkan instrumen yang dilengkapi rubrik untuk mengukur keterampilan problem solving dengan 5 indikator yaitu: useful description (penjelasan yang bermanfaat), physics approach (pendekatan fisika), specific application of physics (penerapan khusus fisika), mathematical procedures (prosedur matematika) dan logical progression (kemajuan yang logis). Rubrik dikembangkan dalam batasan yang mudah digunakan untuk pengajar fisika, dan dapat digeneralisasikan ke beberapa jenis masalah dan topik, serta fokus pada pekerjaan tertulis.
