Abstract

Dalam jangka panjang, industri di Indonesia dihimbau untuk menerapkan prinsip ekonomi sirkular. Nilai dari sebuah produk atau material dijaga dan dimanfaatkan selama mungkin, sehingga timbunan sampah dapat dibatasi sekecil mungkin. PT. Tetra Pak telah melakukan pendekatan open loop model ekonomi sirkular. Sejak 2018 hingga sekarang, proyek pengumpulan kemasan UBC telah dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan ergonomi partisipasi, sebagai tabungan sampah terpilah di Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penanganan kemasan UBC di tingkat bank sampah dan pengepulnya di Kota Tangsel, sebagai bagian dari bentuk dialog yang konsisten. Metode pengambilan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara, diskusi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa perlu terus dibangun hubungan kerja sama, saling menghargai dan memahami antara semua mitra dalam kegiatan yang sudah berjalan. Hasil evaluasi juga menunjukkan opini dari pengurus bank sampah bahwa PT. Tetra Pak Indonesia sudah peduli pada permasalahan sampah kemasannya.

Abstract

Institute of Dharma Keuskupan Agung Jakarta is a community that serves the poor and oppressed in the Jakarta area and beyond. One of the services provided is through the existence of the same Mission to teach residents to be diligent in saving. Currently the manager uses Microsoft Excel to process data 30 groups with 370 cooperative members manually, and this method takes a lot of time and labor. To help solve these problems, a cooperative information system was created that could process data and provide information quickly for cooperative managers using Microsoft Access. The system design is done by the Prototyping method, one of the Systems Development Life Cycle methods, which consists of four stages. The first, the Planning: system requirements are determined and a feasibility study is carried out. The second, the Analysis: functional and non-functional requirements are defined and behavior modeling is carried out. The third, the Design: the interface layer is designed. The fourth, the Implementation: the proposed system program is run and tested. The information system is made capable of receiving financial data input, members, and cooperative groups and then provide information on financial reports, book closing reports, and statistical reports automatically. The application has been tested by the cooperative manager and declared successful in providing information quickly, accurately and easily.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Lembaga Daya Dharma Keuskupan Agung Jakarta merupakan sebuah komunitas yang melayani warga miskin dan tertindas di daerah Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Salah satu pelayanan yang diberikan adalah melalui adanya koperasi Misi Sama untuk mengajar warga untuk rajin menabung. Saat ini pengelola menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk mengolah data 30 kelompok dengan 370 anggota koperasi secara manual, dan cara tersebut memakan banyak waktu dan tenaga kerja. Untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dibuatkan sebuah sistem informasi koperasi yang dapat mengolah data dan memberikan informasi dengan cepat bagi pengelola koperasi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Prototyping, salah satu metode Systems Development Life Cycle, yang terdiri dari empat tahap. Tahap pertama, Planning: kebutuhan sistem ditentukan dan studi kelayakan dilakukan. Tahap kedua, Analysis: kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional didefinisikan dan permodelan perilaku dilakukan. Tahap ketiga, Design: dilakukan perancangan lapisan antarmuka. Tahap keempat, Implementation: program sistem usulan dijalankan dan diuji coba. Sistem informasi yang dibuat mampu menerima input data keuangan, anggota, dan kelompok koperasi kemudian memberikan informasi laporan keuangan, laporan penutupan buku, dan laporan statistik secara otomatis. Aplikasi telah diuji coba oleh pengelola koperasi dan dinyatakan berhasil memberikan informasi dengan cepat, akurat dan mudah.

Abstract

Based on the results of the webinar "Pengenalan Pra Koperasi dan Koperasi Bank Sampah", on June 9th 2021, the PKM team and Pepulih partners felt the need to continue educational activities regarding the introduction of pre-cooperatives or cooperatives for waste management. It is also realized that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the economy and the life of the Indonesian people, which also has an impact on the waste bank community and waste management. For this condition, the best way for the community's economic recovery is to establish and join a  placed  called Koperasi (cooperation). But the problem is that the waste management cooperation is not widely known to the public, and the forms and activities in the waste management cooperation that are suitable for the community are still being questioned. The solution that the PKM team offered to Pepulih partners is to continue the collaboration was to make a digital book with the theme: Buku digital Guyub Koperasi Pengelola Sampah. This digital book was created as a sign of appreciation for community members who have been and are currently pioneering efforts to establish a Waste Management Cooperation in their area. The method that has been used is participation, because based on previous PKM activities, it is known that activities promoting environmental conservation behavior can be carried out through self-actualization activities based on a participatory ergonomics approach, which invites the public, company agencies, communities and government to participate in writing manuscripts which are then published through digital books. The author's participants are practitioners of waste management cooperatives, teachers, observers, and related governments. The purpose of this book is to serve as a means of educating the public, that only through the Waste Management Cooperation, we can strive for Mutual Welfare. The output of this PKM is a digital book with an E-ISBN with the title GUYUB KOPERASI PENGELOLA SAMPAH, it contains 27 scripts. The digital book publisher is CV Read Me Cipta Media in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering UNTAR. This PKM activity was attended by 40 participants. It consists of 16 participants are writer practitioners, 13 participants are writer from non-practitioner, and 11 students from the Imaduta team as a  participants for the book launch webinar event.

Abstract

Strategic planning can facilitate the company in achieving its targets and objectives where there is a consolidation of the company's strategic plan. PT. XYZ is a distributor business that sells various local products. During the covid-19 period, the Company experienced a decline in performance of 11% seen from 2019 sales results of 155,306 product units while in 2020 it was 138,286 product units. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen the strategy implemented by the company starting from measuring performance to find out the root of the company's problems. Performance measurement is carried out through field observations and data collection through distributing questionnaires to employees who have worked for 2 years. The results are then processed using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach, namely the translation of the vision and mission which is divided into 4 perspectives, namely Finance, Customers, Internal Business Processes, and Learning and Growth. The weight of each perspective is 0.318, 0.229, 0.175, and 0.278, respectively. This study resulted in 12 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and then processed using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and the Traffic Light System assessment system. There are 4 performance indicators that are good, 3 performance indicators that have not been achieved, and 5 indicators of poor performance. To overcome this condition, Hoshin Kanri's integration strategy planning is carried out by identifying the company's goals, targets, and actions that need to be taken to strengthen the company's condition. Through these proposals and strategic planning, it is expected that the company will gain a 13% increase in profits.

Abstract

Based on data from SIPSN, the total national waste generation consisting of 200 regencies or cities has reached 21.45 million tons in 2021. Of the total national waste pile, 7.13 million tons (33.26%) are still unmanaged. To help resolve this issue, PT NS together with PT M organized waste bank program which aims to build and develop more waste banks, but fact on the field showed that not all waste bank movements can run smoothly. Therefore, an analysis of the performance of waste bank services was carried out using the balanced scorecard and long-term strategic planning was conducted using hoshin kanri. From the results of the 9 prioritized strategic goals weighting, it was found that increase in profit has the greatest weight with value of 0.171. While new customer acquisition has the smallest weight with value of 0.070. From the performance evaluation carried out with objective matrix and traffic light system, there are 4 performance indicators in green, 1 in yellow, and 4 in red. After this, strategic planning can be carried out using the hoshin kanri strategy map to provide long-term strategy that can help waste banks in the program to operate sustainably.
