Abstract

Banyak penelitian telah menunjukkan penurunan hidrasi stratum korneum pada kulit pasien dermatitis atopik (DA) dengan atau tanpa lesi dibanding kontrol sehat. Pelembab yang mengandung seramid saat ini banyak tersedia dan sering digunakan untuk meningkatkan hidrasi kulit pasien DA, namun harga pelembab tersebut tidak ekonomis. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelembab yang mengandung urea atau niasinamid juga dapat meningkatkan hidrasi kulit pasien DA secara signifikan dengan  harga lebih ekonomis dibanding pelembab yang mengandung seramid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan efektivitas krim urea 10% dan krim niasinaid 4% terhadap hidrasi kulit pasien DA. Pada penelitian eksperimental buta ganda ini, subjek dibagi secara acak menjadi dua kelompok pengobatan yaitu 33 subjek mendapat krim urea 10% dan 33 subjek mendapat krim niasinamid 4% selama 4 pekan. Anamnesis, pengukuran hidrasi kulit pre-ekperimental dan post-eksperimental dilakukan pada semua subjek. Hasil penelitian didapatkan hidrasi kulit post-eksperimental pada kedua kelompok meningkat secara bermakna (p=0.000). Angka kesembuhan hidrasi kulit pada kelompok urea adalah 93.9% dan kelompok niasinamid adalah 84.8%, namun perbedaan tersebut tidak bermakna (p=0.389). Perbandingan efektivitas kedua kelompok didapatkan tidak berbeda secara bermakna (p=0.315). Kesimpulan penelitian ini tidak terdapat perbedaan efektivitas yang bermakna antara krim urea 10%dan krim niasinamid 4% terhadap hidrasi kulit pasien DA.

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas tentang pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran inferensial statistis. Tujuan kognitif pembelajaran Statistika adalah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan literasi, penalaran, dan berpikir statistis. Salah satu tujuan dalam penalaran statistis adalah mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran inferensial. Model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran inferensial statistis adalah model  Statistical Reasoning Learning Environment  (SRLE) yang didasarkan pada teori belajar konstruktivisme. Analisis didasarkan pada: 1) definisi inferensi statistis; 2) definisi penalaran inferensial informal dan formal; 3) kerangka kerja penalaran inferensial informal; 5) model pembelajaran SRLE; dan 6) penelitian terkait penalaran inferensial statistis.Abstract: This article deals with learning that can be used to develop inferential reasoning abilities statistically. The cognitive goal of statistical learning is to develop literacy, reasoning, and statistical thinking skills. One of the goals in statistical reasoning is to develop inferential reasoning abilities. The learning model that can be used to develop static inferential reasoning abilities is Statistical Reasoning Learning Environment (SRLE) model based on constructivism learning theory. The analysis is based on: 1) the definition of statistical inference; 2) the definition of informal and formal inferential reasoning; 3) informal inferential reasoning framework; 5) the learning model of SRLE; and 6) research related to inferential statistical reasoning.

Abstract

Abstrak. Dalam kuliah kalkulus modern, materi tentang pendifferensialan (turunan fungsi) dan konstruksi garis singgung terhadap suatu kurva diberikan terlebih dahulu daripada materi integral dan penentuan luas daerah di bawah suatu kurva. Hal ini berlawanan dengan urutan sejarah perkembangannnya. Penentuan luas daerah yang dibatasi oleh beberapa kurva telah ditemukan pada zaman kuno. Dalam tulisan ini membahas awal konstruksi garis singgung dan penentuan luas daerah yang dibatasi oleh suatu kurva yang pertama kali dibahas oleh Fermat. Kerja Fermat telah memberikan dasar bagi konsep kalkulus modern, khususnya pendifferensialan dan integral. Selain itu, Fermat dikenal sebagai orang yang memiliki kemampuan luar biasa dalam teori bilangan, antara lain dengan Fermat’s Little Theorem dan Fermat’s Last Theorem.Kata kunci: konstruksi garis singgung, luas daerah, differensial, dan integral, teori fermat. Abstrak. In modern calculus course, the material on derivative of the function and the construction of the tangent to the curve given first than the material on the integral and determining the area under a curve. This is contrary to the historical development. Determination of the area has been limited by several curves have been found in ancient times. In this paper discusses the start of construction of the tangent line and determining the area bounded by a curve that was first discussed by Fermat. Work Fermat has provided the basis for the concept of modern calculus, especially derivative and integral. In addition, Fermat is known as a person who has a remarkable ability in number theory, among others, by Fermat's Little Theorem and Fermat's Last Theorem.Keywords: construction of a tangent, wide areas, derivative and integral, Fermat Theory.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan  model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio yang dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar mahasiswa semester IV pada mata kuliah Review Curriculum and Content of Mathematics  di program studi pendidikan matematika FKIP Universitas Mataram tahun akademik 2011/2012. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam pembelajaran berbasis portofolio adalah: mengidentifikasi masalah, memilih masalah untuk kajian  kelas, mengumpulkan informasi, membuat portofolio kelas, penyajian portofolio dan refleksi pada pengalaman belajar dengan mengambil kesimpulan dan penilaian. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan sebanyak 3 siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari siklus 1  ke siklus 3, yaitu 68,46; 78,65; dan 77,5. Ketuntasan belajar  dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 3 secara berturut-turut 87,5%; 100%; dan 95,83%. Skor rata-rata aktivitas belajar adalah 3,29 dan 3,42 dengan kategori aktif pada siklus 1,  3,94 dan 3,82 dengan kategori sangat aktif pada siklus 2 , dan pada siklus 3 skor rata-ratanya 4 dengan kategori sangat aktif. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio dengan optimal dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar mahasiswa semester IV pada mata kuliah Review Curriculum and Content of Mathematics. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran berbasis portofolio, aktivitas belajar, dan hasil belajar.      Abstract: This study aims to implement a portfolio-based learning model that can improve the activity and student learning achievements on Review Curriculum and Content of Mathematics courses of the fourth semester mathematics education in FKIP Mataram University academic year 2011/2012. The steps taken in the portfolio-based learning are: identifying the problem, selecting issues for classroom study, gather information, create a class portfolio, portfolio presentation and reflection on learning experiences to draw conclusions and evaluation. Action research was carried out in 3 cycles. The results showed that an increase in the average value from cycle 1 to cycle 3, which is 68.46; 78.65, and 77.5. Mastery learning from cycle 1 to cycle 3 respectively are 87.5%, 100% and 95.83%. In cycle 1, the mean score of students' learning activities is 3.29 and 3.42 with active category,. in cycle 2, the mean score is 3.94 and 3.82 with a very active category, and the third cycle, the mean scor is 4 with very active category. From these results it can be concluded that by applying the portfolio based learning models can enhance the activity and student learning achievements of the fourth semester on Curriculum Review and Content of Mathematics course.Keywords: portfolio-based learning, learning activities, and learning achievements.

Abstract

Abstrak : Misalkan diberikan data pengamatan independen X i : i  1,2,..., n dengan fungsi densitas f. Ada dua pendekatan dalam mengestimasi f yaitu dengan pendekatan parametrik dan pendekatan nonparametik. Padapendekatan nonparametrik dilakukan jika asumsi bentuk f tidak diketahui. Dalam hal ini diasumsikan bahwa fungsi f termuat dalam kelas fungsi mulus. Salah satu teknik untuk mengestimasi fungsi mulus adalah teknik pemulus kernel.Tingkat kemulusan fungsi estimasi ditentukan oleh parameter pemulus. Semakin besar parameter pemulusnya semakin mulus fungsi estimasi dan sebaliknya.Kata-kata Kunci: densitas mulus, estimator kernel, parameter pemulusAbstract: Let X i : i  1,2,..., nbe independent observation data from a distribution with density function f. There are two basic approaches for estimating f, the parametric and the nonparametric approaches. In nonparametric approaches, an unknown density function f. The function f is assumed to be a smooth function, so the function f could be estimated by kernel estimator. The smoothing level of kernel estimator depends to the smoothing parameter. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Mataram tahun 2007/2008 pada mata kuliah Matematika Dasar pokok bahasan Integral. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus, dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Adapun indikator keberhasilan setiap siklus adalah tercapainya ketuntasan belajar klasikal, yaitu minimal 85 % mahasiswa memperoleh nilai minimal 56 (pada skala 100) atau mendapat nilai C. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan ketuntasan belajar 41,2 %, pada siklus II mencapai ketuntasan 83,8 % dan pada siklus III mencapai ketuntasan 86,8 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Mataram pada pokok bahasan Integral.Kata-kata kunci: kooperatif, Team Games Tournament (TGT), Integral, ketuntasan belajar Abstract: The research aims are to improving students academic reward in Mathematics education program study FKIP Mataram University in academic year 2007/2008 of the Basic Mathematics Lecture on subject integral. This class room action research was done in 3 cycles and every cycle contain 5 steps that is planning, action, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The research is called success if 85 % of the students has score of evaluation minimum 56 or get C at every cycle. The result of research in cycle I was 41,2 %, in cycle II got 83,8 %, and the cycle III achieve 86,8 %, of the students have score minimum 56 . the conclusion is cooperative learning can be improved achievement of the mathematics on subject integral in academic year 2007/2008.Keywords: cooperative, Team Games Tournament (TGT), integral, achievement of the mathematics.

Abstract

This study was aimed to discover the comparison of the cooperative learning model between two stay two stray type and jigsaw typeon thesubject of patterns and row of numbers in SMPN 1 Gunungsari academic year 2019/2020. This researchis considered as quasi experiment group design in whish post test was used. The sample was taken using cluster random sampling, students of VIII-A and VIII-C were used as the sampel. The instruments used in this research were written test and observation sheets consisting of learning process, teacher and student’s activities.The students’ score in using the two sttay two stray class shows an average score 63,67 with 26.66% classical completeness. While in the jigsaw class,the average of students’ score was 65,33 with 30.00% classical completeness. Although the result of both classes are low, but both classes have  increased learning activities each meeting. The implementation of the learning model has been carried out 97%. Furthermore, teacher activities were coresponded with the study plans. The result of this study shows that there is no significant differences between two stay two stray typeand jigsaw type in cooperative learning modelon thesubject of patterns and row of numbers in VIII grade SMPN 1 Gunungsari academic year 2019/2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada pembelajaran kalkulus materi penggunaan integral. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan, yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk dan menguji efektivitas produk tersebut. Instrumen tes yang dikembangkan berdasarkan model Thiagarajan. Prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga langkah, yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), dan develop (pengembangan). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa instrumen tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang telah dirancang memenuhi kriteria valid dan efektif lebih dari 85% mahasiswa mencapai Kriteria ketuntasan minimal.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of cooperative learning models of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type on the students’ mathematics learning achievement of the 8th-grade students of SMPN 13 Mataram Academic Year 2019/2020. This study is a quasi-experimental with the post-test only non-equivalent control group design type. The population of the research was the whole 8th-grade students of SMPN 13 Mataram Academic Year 2019/2020. In determining the sample, probability sampling was being used in the of form cluster random sampling, the sample of the research was the VIII-A class as the experimental class and VIII-B class as the controlling class. The instrumen which was used in this research was the test of the students learning achievement (post-test). Quantitave analysis obtained by using t-test. The results of this research showed that there were differences in students learning outcomes with the TGT type cooperative model and direct learning model students. By the effect size method, we obtain that the effect of TGT type on the student's achievement was high category. Furthermore, that’s mean that TGT type can be given a high effect on students' achievement in the concept of linear equation system for two variables. For teachers, especially in SMPN 13 Mataram should be an alternative learning model of the TGT cooperative model as an one of the next mathematics learning.

Abstract

Textbooks or teaching book used in learning and teaching should have special standard that have been achieved, namely standard of material, standard of presentation and standard of language and legibility. The result of analysis has been worked, in the book of ”Pengantar Teori dan Algoritma Graph” indicates that still be gotten some definition that needs to make more clear; and in the book is not be written standard of competition, basic competition, and whatever the focus that must be achieved by the students. Based on the result of analysis, it should be used the other textbooks in learning teaching for the comparisons in understanding the concept completely; so that the students can be saved from misconception and doing something wrong systematically
