Abstract

Abstrak: Pemberdayaan home industry gagang sabit di kabupaten klaten melalui program kemitraan masyarakat difokuskan pada pemecahan 2 (dua) masalah utama yakni masalah utama yang pertama ialah proses produksi dan masalah utama yang kedua adalah proses pemasaran. Masalah utama yang pertama yakni dilihat dari proses produksi, produsen gagang sabit di Kabupaten Klaten ini mempunyai 3 permasalahan, yakni 1) tidak adanya mesin/alat pemotong bahan baku, 2) alat yang digunakan kurang modern dan safety, dan 3) limbah kayu yang perlu di manfaatkan. Masalah utama yang kedua adalah proses pemasaran, yakni secara tradisional atau mulut ke mulut. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut dilakukan dengan beberapa cara sesuai dengan permasalahnnya, antara lain: 1) untuk menggatasi masalah tidak adanya mesin/alat pemotong bahan baku, tim pengabdi mendesain dan membuat alat pemotong bahan baku; 2) untuk mengatasi masalah alat yang digunakan kurang modern dan safety, tim pengabdi mendesain ulang mesin bubut tradisional yang lebih modern dan mengedepankan faktor safety; 3) untuk mengatasi masalah limbah kayu yang perlu di manfaatkan, tim pengabdi mencari pihak yang mau menampung dan mengolah limbah kayu. Untuk mengatasi masalah proses pemasaran, tim pengabdi menggunakan internet marketing untuk pemasaran gagang sabit. Pemberdayaan ini dapat dikatan berhasil karena volume produksi yang sebelumnya 100 buah/hari menjadi 300 buah/hari. Abstract: Empowerment of the crescent handle home industry in Klaten district through a community partnership program over the resolution of 2 (two) main problems, namely the first main problem is the production process and the second major problem is the marketing process. The first major problem is seen from the production process, the manufacturer of sickle handles in Klaten Regency has 3 problems, namely 1) there is no raw material cutting machine / tool, 2) the tools used are less modern and safe, and 3) the wood waste needed in Take advantage. The second major problem is the marketing process, which is traditional or word of mouth. The solution to overcome these problems is done in several ways according to the problem, including: 1) to overcome the problem of the absence of machines / raw material cutting tools, the service team designs and manufactures raw material cutting tools; 2) to overcome the problem of tools that are used less modern and safe, the service team redesigned a more modern traditional lathe and put forward the safety factor; 3) to overcome the wood problem that needs to be utilized, the team is looking for parties who want to collect and process wood waste. To overcome the problem of the marketing process, the service team used internet marketing to market the sickle handles. This empowerment can be said to be successful because the previous production volume was 100 pieces / day to 300 pieces / day.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan di IAIN Pekalongan sebagai usaha untuk menekan penyebaran Covid-19 di lingkungan kampus. Pembelajaran daring yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran yang menggunakan media-media pembelajaran yang dapat diakeses menggunakan layanan internet. Survei dilaksanakan menggunakan google form yang tautannya disebarkan melalui afplikasi WhatsApp. Mahasiswa sebagai sampel yang memberikan tanggapan terhadap survei yang dilakukan terdiri dari Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Prodi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini, Prodi Ekonomi Syariah, Prodi Hukum Keluarga Islam, dan Prodi Tasawuf Psikoterapi. Media elearning yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa IAIN Pekalongan selama pandemi Covid-19 adalah google classroom, e-learning milik kampus, dan whatsapp. Untuk perkulihan tatap muka secara daring menggunakan zoom dan google meet. Durasi penggunaan waktu untuk pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19 antara 5-6 jam/hari atau setara dengan tatap muka konvensional, ini dapat diartikan bahwa dosen-dosen IAIN Pekalongan melakukan tugas sebagaimana mestinya meskipun dari rumah (work from home). Adapun penyedia jasa internet yang digunakan adalah Indosat, XL, Three, dan Smartfren dengan kuota data internet yang dihabiskan antara 6-10 GB/bulan dan 16-20 GB/bulan. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Daring, Pandemi, Covid-19. Abstract This study uses a quantitative approach with a survei method that aims to obtain an overview of online learning carried out at IAIN Pekalongan as an effort to enforce the spread of Covid-19 in the campus environment. Online learning referred to in this study is learning that uses learning media that can be used using the internet. The survei was carried out using a google form, the link of which was distributed via the WhatsApp application. These samples students consisted of the Islamic Education Study Program, the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program, the Sharia Economics Study Program, the Islamic Family Law Study Program, and the Psychotherapy Sufism Study Program. The e-learning media used by IAIN Pekalongan students during the Covid-19 pandemic were google classrooms, campus-owned e-learning, and WhatsApp. For face-to-face online courses using zoom and google meet. The duration of using time for online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is between 5-6 hours / day or equivalent to conventional face-to-face, this means that IAIN Pekalonga lecturers are doing assignments even from home (working from home). The internet service providers used are Indosat, XL, Three, and Smartfren with internet data quota that is consumed between 6-10 GB / month and 16-20 GB / month. Abstract

Critical thinking is one of the HOTS areas that students must master. Students can use these skills to solve contextual problems when studying automotive chemistry. The development of STEM-based instruments to measure STEM critical thinking is still rare. This study aims to develop a STEM-critical thinking assessment to measure students' critical thinking skills in the Automotive Chemistry course. This type of research is R&D which modifies the Borg and Gall model. Instruments developed in the form of questions and reasoning to determine students' critical thinking skills. The questions developed cover the dimensions of critical thinking skills, including argument analysis; answering questions for assignment determination; consider the credibility of the source; monitoring and calculating results; draw conclusions; make and evaluate decisions; define and evaluate terms; identify assumptions; and determine the action. The validation results from evaluators, learning experts and chemistry teachers show that the instrument is valid and can be used to measure students' critical thinking skills in automotive chemistry courses.
